For now I lack any complaints about this tool I am able to use it without any problems and I’m satisfied with all the functionalities offers.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It is visually very easy to use.
I have experience with other CRMs (like Hubspot, Zoho...) and Pipedrive is robust enough, while being simple to use.
When I took over the biz dev team at a new job, one of my first steps was to implement Pipedrive.
Their tech support and KAM is excellent. Super available and helpful.
It is easy to integrate with core tools.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Some features still have a slight beta feel to them.
Like every other CRM, their pitch feels a bit too much like a tool that solves all the world's problems. You learn its limitations as you begin use it.
Still the best CRM in the market.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a biz dev and customer success team that was using spreadsheets to keep track of things.
We are interested in scheduled activities, reminders, and reporting features.

its simplicity, its powerful interface, and that we can centralize all the information of our clients. It is definitely the core of our business; we manage all client relations, the entire sales funnel for our projects, and email marketing.

I like everything, I think the mobile app on iOS could be improved, including the management of prospects and the mobile app.

I like the overall flow and concept behind the CRM. It’s simple to use and easy to understand, but still powerful in its approach to sales. I also like the integrations (ZoomInfo, RingCentral, etc.), and it generally performs well without many glitches or downtime. The pricing feels solid and fair for what it offers.

There's not much to dislike about the program.

I find its ease of use very cool, I think Pipedrive is a very intuitive program and easy to use, with plenty of customization possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Automations are sometimes a bit complex to set up, but nothing too serious, so this could be an area for improvement. And I believe the price is a bit high. It has an integration with Google Drive, but I ended up already using it. This could even be a bit of an improvement, as it's not such a great integrator for documents, and so I don't use any other integration anymore.

I use Pipedrive to manage the control of leads and clients, tracking their stages until they become clients.

Everything. The setup was easy. Implementation is easy. Integration has been a breeze. Their customer support has been fantastic and so easy to reach out. They are very friendly and responsive.

Some of the beta features, such as their Facebook Messenger intergration need to be enhanced (ability to trigger automations and ChatBots).

How helpful everyone is. Easy to use, the integrations that are being added are brilliant.

This isn’t really a Pipedrive problem, but it’s very difficult to get users out of bad habits and keep Pipedrive clean, forced fields would be a massive bonus.

As time goes on and I’m learning more and more, Pipedrive will, and is already, taking away some of the manual tasks by using automations. I am also investigating document creation so there is no need to remind the team (and myself) to upload everything.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like that Pipedrive allows emails to be tied to persons, which shows history and can email many people at the same time with a sales-driven email. Additionally, the initial setup was a pretty easy import.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I find the email view too tight and broken up, which makes it difficult to quickly scan emails. Also, I can only add my email address without extra cost, which is restrictive because I'd have to pay extra to manage other team addresses.

Pipedrive helps with alignment and keeping historical records. I like that I can tie emails to people, showing communication history and allowing me to send sales-driven emails to multiple contacts simultaneously.

I use Pipedrive every day as my main CRM to organize my tasks, outreach activity, and everything I do daily. It helps me stay incredibly organized and efficient by ranking my top important tasks. I love how it keeps a timeline of emails, notes, and lets me attach files to contacts and deals. I'm particularly fond of the smart CC feature because I can run different emails and businesses within Pipedrive. By putting emails in BCC, I ensure everything stays organized and attached to my contacts and deals. Specifically, it helps me keep all communications well organized by contact, allowing me to stay on top of everything at all times. The setup was easy, and once it was done, it works flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I guess if there's anything I could mention, it's better integration into, like, iMessage.

I love how Pipedrive allows me to effectively sort my leads based on their importance and status, which saves me a lot of time. I also appreciate being able to track the progress of our deals without getting lost in all our files, which makes it easier to prioritize leads and sort out those who are not or no longer interested. The simplicity of Pipedrive is another aspect I appreciated, especially compared to our previous tool, Airtable. Additionally, the initial setup was very good and very intuitive thanks to video tutorials.

How easy it is to streamline the different parts (contacts, activities, deals) and have all the information connected so that it can be quickly accessed. We are a team and it's very convenient and easy to follow everyone's processes and the different stages everyone's at, to the extent that it's necessary, because of how clear everything is.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

With so many features, getting started can be overwhelming and there may be additional parts that we haven't even tapped into.

Pipedrive is helping us keep individual and group activities streamlined, as well as keep tabs on a wide range of clients, while also easily referring to administrative matters. It simplifies what would otherwise require two or three different platforms to find.

It’s very easy for my sales team to use, and it’s made them much more likely to enter their data consistently.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Connecting with Outlook as easy as with Salesforce. We don’t want to manage our emails inside Pipedrive; we’d rather log only the emails and calendar events that relate to the deals we actually care about.

We couldn’t easily tell which deals were stagnant or unrealistic. Now it’s much easier to filter for the deals we’re most interested in moving forward and to follow up on them.

Nothing shouts out that I dislike particularly, but I notice when scheduling future activities it makes my calendar look cluttered. I can probably adjust the settings to get around this, but would prefer if my calendar wasn't populated and instead my activities could be only listed on the calendar within the app - or an easy button feature when arranging activities to avoid the entry going to my google calendar

I like how simple Pipedrive is to use. It's great that I can track tasks and create workflows to fit my needs. I also appreciate being able to move tabs along when a task is finished and assign tasks to other users.

Some features require Pro to download the data we have entered. If we want information on how long it takes to complete a task on average for all cases, you need the Pro model to be able to gather this data. It is not helpful when you can add data but not extract.

This tool is extremely helpful for enabling the entire team to see who is handling clients. The only drawback I’ve noticed so far is that there are limited ways to have online submission forms, such as Facebook leads, automatically filter in without incurring additional costs.

Compared to other CRMs, I personally find Pipedrive great for reducing the time it takes to log meetings, providing automatic prompts to create follow-up tasks, organising deals across multiple pipelines, offering easy-to-use dashboard configuration, and including a wide range of third-party plug-ins.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Not much....my only gripe has been: We like to compare the stages, value, actions of deal performance from previous to current month and apply a RAG rating. You can't do this in Pipedrive. It requires us to subscribe to other 3rd party tech like zapier in order to pull data and report in depth.

Keeping us on top of deals and ensuring sales calls are logged, opportunities chased and nothing is lost

I appreciate Pipedrive's simplicity and design, making it easy to use. The ease of configuration for different sales flows means we don't need developers, as most of the setup can be done by salespeople themselves. It's also really great that it has a good mobile application. When integrated with our systems, it works perfectly.

Not a lot. Maybe some integration was a little hard to finalize with the Microsoft systems, but nothing so bad.

I really like how Pipedrive clearly shows momentum. At a glance, I can see whether relationships are moving forward or where they're stalling. I'm no longer reacting to emails or trying to remember who needs my attention, as I'm able to make deliberate decisions about where to spend my time. The initial setup of Pipedrive was surprisingly straightforward, which made getting started much easier.

One thing is how reporting for wholesale accounts. The view is excellent for seeing momentum but it feels cumbersome and limited for tracking order frequency and trends.

I like the organization that Pipedrive provides since it helps us understand what's going on with a file when a customer calls. I find emailing clients using templates very helpful instead of writing the same thing repeatedly. The ability to pin important notes at the top and email with ease is a plus. I appreciate being able to call directly from Pipedrive and enjoy the numerous integrations available, such as HubSpot for backup, Apollo.io for identifying website visitors, and DocuSign for easy customer linking. The marketplace having a ton of integrations is a huge benefit as well. Pipedrive being cost-effective compared to our previous tool was another reason we switched, and setting it up was easy.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love how Pipedrive has improved my workflow in a big way compared to our previous CRM. The ability to separate leads and deals is great, and being able to see when emails are opened and which links are clicked by my contacts is a game changer. I also really like the 'next action' tool, which prompts me to set the next step for each lead or deal, helping me stay on top of my pipeline. The initial setup was quite easy and intuitive, and they have a great onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I like sequences to send emails to my leads. But there's no way to pause that to make sure that the emails don't get sent over the holiday season. Also you can set the emails to be sent after x number of days, but it's always the same time. It would be great if you could vary time (example: send 2nd emails in 3 days + 37 minutes).

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive has significantly improved my workflow by separating leads and deals, tracking email opens and clicks, and helping me stay on top of my pipeline with the next action tool.

I like that Pipedrive is relatively versatile, even though it wasn't built with venture capital investment in mind. It is generalist enough to accommodate various business models. It is relatively easy to set up and also offers great value for money, even with the price in dollars, it is competitive compared to other CRMs on the market. The software allows me to configure multiple layers to extract the maximum possible value for my reality.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think Pipedrive could have a native integration with LinkedIn and eventually with WhatsApp, which are two platforms where I have a lot of contact with business partners. Unfortunately, it still relies heavily on email communication, which has been used less and less. Additionally, the pricing in Brazilian real could be better, as the currency we use makes the price per user less competitive.

I love Pipedrive. It's simple to use and makes tracking my notes for each project easy. I like how you can create deals and move them according to the stage of each project. From start to finish, I can add notes depending on the stage, all the way through to production and install. I also appreciate how easy and simple it is to navigate and how quickly I picked it up from the first day of use. It's great for seeing workflow for everyone utilizing it.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I felt the monthly cost is a bit high and seemed like a stretch for our management to approve. Maybe because we are trying it out. Only improvement would lower the monthly cost so more team members have access. Only sales are granted access.

I like how Pipedrive allows you to suggest a follow-up date and reminds you every day of who you need to follow up with based on the date you set in the activity. This feature is really useful when prospects either ghost you or show interest, as it keeps you organized with all the details for following up. Additionally, I find it convenient that Pipedrive syncs with Moraware. The initial setup of Pipedrive was totally fine for me.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

A couple of the prospects were duplicated, as far as I already made a follow-up date to call the customer in 2026, but those particular prospects showed up as 'overdue' like I missed their follow-up call. I did not. Seems like anything in 2026 comes back and says 'overdue.'

I use Pipedrive to stay on top of prospects with follow-up reminders, helping me know when to reach out if they ghost or show interest.
