What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive to organize and structure my deals, which helps me avoid losing track of my progress and follow a guideline to maintain consistency. I'm typically not great at organization, so Pipedrive really keeps me focused and also provides accurate data for my management team. What I like most is that it's super easy to use. As someone new to CRMs, it's been easy to pick up and learn. Entering data is straightforward, which means it doesn't feel like a chore. It's also easy to input data after calls and appointments to keep track. The initial setup was very easy, and the onboarding call was a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the ease of Pipedrive and that it is not over complicated. I use it for my sales job, and it helps me keep organized with the deals I'm working on and the different stages other deals are in. It also automatically reminds me when I need to follow up with a customer. I switched from Salesforce, and the initial setup was very easy to learn, plus all of our information synced very easily. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would like a better way to track my phone calls. It does not let me just write notes about a call I already had. It prompts me to make a new phone call every time so I resort to just using the notes feature instead of the phone feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive to maintain and organize my interactions with clients, and it effectively prevents me from getting overwhelmed. It ensures no emails or client interactions fall through the cracks and helps me stay on top of follow-ups. I particularly like the user interface because I am very attentive to UX/UI. Pipedrive offers an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing platform that flows smoothly, making it enjoyable to use. The clean UI, combined with drag-and-drop features and ample breathing room, ensures that information doesn't feel cluttered. There are clever ways of presenting necessary information, no matter where I am within the CRM. I'm also very satisfied with the extensive automations and customizations available, which allow me to tailor the CRM to my needs. Whenever I need advice, the support team is readily available to assist. Additionally, I've successfully integrated Pipedrive with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Gmail, which enhances its usability. The initial setup was extremely easy, with a comprehensive setup guide resembling Shopify, followed by a helpful video call with a Pipedrive representative. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like using this platform because it keeps everything organized and actionable. Keeps us accountable and on task. once we customized it to fit our organization, we can monitor every lead and action throughout the process. It is not a magic software that if you buy it you will get customers, however if you manage it and follow through with scheduling and tracking its sure to make an impact. Moreover, the capability to build my own insights dashboard is invaluable, as it forces me to consider and focus on the crucial metrics that need tracking.
