What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I absolutely love Pipedrive's intuitive setup and pipeline feature. It makes tracking leads and deals effortless, providing a clear, single pane of glass view to manage sales processes efficiently. The integration with Microsoft email is fantastic, as it allows me to email clients directly and monitor engagement, such as when they open emails or click links. The chat support is always available and helpful whenever I need assistance. Overall, Pipedrive helps us stay organized, reminds us of follow-ups, and enhances our sales prospecting with insightful reports, ultimately making us more calculated in our sales efforts. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would like maybe more services to be included in our monthly fee. I know that you can add on different campaigns and marketing stuff with higher paying subscriptions, but it'd be great to have some of those other things included that we did get with another vendor. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive makes it easy to keep track of every lead and conversation without feeling buried in software. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What I particularly appreciate is its ease of use: getting started is very intuitive, the interface is clear and pleasant, and you can quickly create a pipeline suited to your activity. The lead tracking and automatic follow-up features are really useful for not forgetting anything. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools (emails, calendar) and the responsiveness of customer support. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The main weakness is that some advanced features (such as more advanced automation or certain detailed reports) are only available in higher plans, which can quickly become costly for a small organization. I particularly appreciate the ease of use of Pipedrive and the clarity of its interface. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I do like that Pipedrive takes care of most things automatically. It drastically saves time. I love that you can hook up email to it and it automatically tracks most communications and you can link any emails that it missed.

There are many parts of Pipedrive that are amazing. It is very feature rich for the price. It does the basics of everything you would need in a CRM. It isn't bloated with a million things and options which I like. Minimalist and gets the job done.

Starting to use Pipedrive and implementing the CRM is easy. You can start using it from day one. It doesn't require a ton of set-up unless you want super custom data entries.

I use Pipedrive fairly frequently. I haven't even been able to take complete advantage of the software. There is still a lot for me to do and streamline with automations.

I'd say Pipedrive is made very thoughtfully and there is great attention to detail in different places.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The app isn't the most user friendly. I wish it was a little more streamlined and had a better user experience. A little more intuitive would be great.

I don't like that Pipedrive is solely web-based. It gets lost in tabs easily.

I wish Pipedrive supported more services and had more integrations natively. Native SMS support would be amazing. However, it has great support for the big and main software that most use.

I would like the ability to change the structure / view of the pipelines. For example, I'd like to be able to stack two different sales pipelines on-top of each other. To have an overview of all pipelines and deals at the same time.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It was a reasonable product while we used it.We had a very good experience with pipedrive. It's a much better and simpler alternative to other CRMs and I would especially recommend it for smaller companies. Their email integration works extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Something to watch out for. Their terms of service state that if you login after cancelation it automatically renews your subscription. After this happened to us, despite explaining that we hadn't used the service in months and did not intend to reactivate, it was very difficult to get the situation fixed and required a long interaction with many customer service reps/managers.
