What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What I particularly appreciate about Pipedrive is that it offers me better ways to keep track of my customers. The system is extremely straightforward, which makes it easier for me to organize my daily workflows efficiently. I find it particularly pleasing that I can view all the important functions a company needs to perform for a contact, which provides me with additional clarity. With Pipedrive, all the necessary functions are clearly available, even to the extent that you can select letters and see them clearly. The initial setup of Pipedrive was also very easy, which significantly facilitated the start of its use. I find Pipedrive incredibly useful as my CRM at work. It truly shines in its ability to help me remember meetings and tasks, and I greatly appreciate being able to view all my leads and deals in one central location. Additionally, the feature allowing the linkage of emails to Pipedrive is very practical, streamlining my communications within the CRM framework. Another aspect I enjoy is the daily progress report available in the notification section. This feature is not only 'pretty cool,' as I mentioned, but it also provides a quick overview of my day's achievements, allowing me to determine if I've completed everything necessary before ending my workday. I like the order I have with Pipedrive, the reminders, my daily summaries, my calendar, and the notifications. Having all the tools that Pipedrive offers makes my work much easier, especially when handling a high volume of deals, allowing me to have order in my management and to complete my scheduled activities or those of higher priority. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the user experience in Pipedrive. It's so simple, neat, and clean compared to any other CRMs. Pipedrive is very simple and easier to understand, especially when compared to something like HubSpot, which can be quite difficult with a lot of text. I think it is a bit costlier compared to any other CRMs right now. I think they should give us different pricing, maybe for startups or something like that. While Pipedrive's automation is useful, setting up complex multi-step workflows can feel unintuitive. Users without technical experience might struggle to fully leverage its automation potential. Creating multi-step, conditional workflows can become cumbersome. For example, if you want a workflow that sends different emails depending on customer type, updates multiple custom fields, and assigns tasks, you often need to create multiple separate workflows. It would be beneficial to introduce a more visual flowchart-style workflow builder where users can easily map out multi-branch logic in one interface and allow combining multiple triggers and conditions within a single workflow instead of forcing multiple separate automations.
