**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love how Pipedrive helps me manage my sales pipeline effectively. The Kanban drag-and-drop feature is particularly useful because I am a visual person, and it makes it easy to visualize what is in my pipeline and what I need to focus on, thus enhancing my efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the initial setup of Pipedrive was simple, allowing me to get started quickly without any hassles.

I find it challenging to add automations such as emails, texts, and phone calls to each stage in the pipeline. The process could be made much simpler.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive is easy to use , implement to our Business Development work flow and integrate to our other systems. We use it daily to track our communications with the vendors and to send out emails to vendors. Customer support is also really good.

Nothing as of now, if anything comes up will share that.

We upload our leads to Pipedrive and assign them to my Business Development (BD) team. My BD team uses Pipedrive to track the leads and to send out emails to the vendors. We use Pipedrive to track my BD performance and assess quality of leads

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like that all of my deals and notes are all in one spot. I can keep track of activities and notes in one central spot. I also like the integration to my Gmail account, where any planned activities automatically go right to my google calendar.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Not much I don't like about Pipedrive. Little bit of a learning curve at first to find everything and to figure out all the functions, but after using it for a while, you get the hang of it.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all of our deals organized, and making plans to actually follow up. You are able to schedule future activities, and with the integration of Google, it goes right to my Google Calendar, and then I get the notification on my phone.

While some advanced features are reserved for higher-tier plans, Pipedrive's fundamental design prioritizes simplicity and efficiency, making it a top choice for anyone seeking a CRM with a gentle learning curve and a focus on core sales activities.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

While Pipedrive is exceptional at what it's designed for—managing the sales pipeline—my primary frustration stems from its limitations as an all-in-one CRM solution. I truly wish I could use it as the single source of truth for our entire customer lifecycle, but it falls short once a deal is won. The lack of an integrated customer support or helpdesk feature is a major hurdle. After closing a deal, we're forced to switch to a separate ticketing system to manage client inquiries and support issues. This creates a disconnect, making it difficult to have a unified view of a customer's history and interactions without constantly toggling between platforms or relying on integrations that don't always feel seamless. Furthermore, its marketing capabilities, while improving, are still too basic for our needs, lacking the sophisticated automation and in-depth analytics required for complex nurture campaigns. This means we're juggling a third platform for marketing, a second for support, and Pipedrive for sales. It's an excellent sales tool, but my hope for a single, elegant solution to manage everything from lead generation to long-term customer support within Pipedrive remains unfulfilled.

Its visual pipeline offers a quick, at-a-glance overview of the entire sales process, allowing for easy tracking of day-to-day progress without getting lost in data. When details are needed, a single click on any deal reveals a comprehensive history of all associated contacts, notes, and activities. This dual-view capability is powerfully enhanced by the email tracking feature, which syncs conversations directly to deals and notifies you of opens and clicks. This ensures that no follow-up is ever missed and every team member has the full context, guaranteeing that valuable opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

I like that it is easily customized.  I don't have a budget for IT so I end up making all the changes myself to make it relevant to me.  I like that it has great tools for deals and projects too.

I have been able, with no tech background to create a CRM that really is able to capture information that I need.  Implementation has been very easy.

Pipedrive has been there to talk if necessary and they have very helpful training videos along the way to explain thins.

I use it 100% of the time, sending and receiving all my emails there.  Currently I only have it integrated with my Outlook, but in the future there are a few sources of data I will tie into it.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would like to be able to get rid of things that aren’t relevant to me - company size for example.  I would like the information  to represent 100% what is relevant to me.

It collects all of the information and makes it easily read to get ready for calls and presentations.

We were using another CRM for 10+ years prior to recently switching over to Pipedrive. For someone with no high level experience setting up CRMs it has been such an easy, and quick process. There are so many integrations and automations that you can set up which was limited with our other CRM. I also love that we can have all our products connected to our deals to enable us to do better reporting.

So far, only small things that don't really affect our work flow such as, I don't like is that there are a few fields within the product field that I cannot change and are not relevant for my industry. I also wish I could set up activity reminders to follow up with clients that are linked to specific templates.

Pipedrive is allowing us to more efficiently do email outreach to our customers and potential customers. I love the built in prospecting feature (I was previously using Hunter IO and manually entering in info). I also like that we'll be able to access more accurate and diverse types of reporting that will be helpful for our business. We are also wanting to eventually use the email marketing feature as well.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It's a cloud based solution that allows me to track incoming leads, the prospects journey through the sales cycle.  We create a Zap using Zapier to automatically upload new leads that come in to our website and that are entered in our email system.   We are able to send emails directly from Pipedrive, and track to see if the prospect has opened the email, which is invaluable.    We can set up Deals, with our own defined pipeline goals.  Navigating the software is easy and very intuitive.  Their Customer Support is outstanding.  And the price is very reasonable, compared to the competition, and value of the system.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

When new records are added to the database, the contact list doesn't automatically refresh.  I'm not too crazy about the design of the system since it separates Companies from Individual Contacts.  Since we are a B2B business, the company is the prospect, not the Individual Contact.  It would be easier if there was a single record for the prospect and not separate records.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:**

Make sure you fully understand the set up of the database before you begin.

It is our SRM as well as customer management, and a general hub for out team, we have outward facing team members and administrators on the system, have our tech team andsupport on Jira and Slack and are connecting the three. This allows us to find lead, do sales, complete marketing task, send external and internal newsletter, and run customer success, as well as stay up to date with all supportneeds and states of system spin up. We are also utilizing a combination of Gravity forms and pipedrive forms. We love the versatility on the site of the gravity forms, but we love the standalone style of the pipedrive forms, so most of our incoming leads are through gravity forms and our customer success and retention forms are through pipdrive. These form fields can then be sent back toour Jira and slack.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

One of the best things about Pipedrive is how easy it is for me to organize my day in there! The first thing I do every day is open my Pipedrive account and see what I have to do for the day on my activities page, so it's my most used work platform. I can see all the activities I have to do during my work day, and it was super easy to integrate my email with my account and now I don't even need to open another tab to see what's on my calendar and on my emails. Besides that, the insights page is so helpful to analyze me and my team's performance, which makes it way easier for us to decide the best strategies for us to follow. I've been using Pipedrive for almost a year and I never had any problems with it. The one time I had to contact Customer Support (which only happened because I had some doubts) they were super fast and had easy-to-understand answers. I saw it being implemented in 3 teams I was part of during my journey in my current job and in all of them we had a very pleasant process.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think it could have a better way of visualizing people connected to a business and their contacts, it's actually really easy to end up becoming a bit of a mess for bigger entreprises. I also believe it would be nice to have more types of automations, like date and/or weekday-based.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm part of a team that works with the adoption stage of a SaaS solution. With Pipedrive, we can easily have our clients handed to us, see all the history of the opportunity up until now as well as track with precision all the evolution that client has from the moment they become our responsability.

While Pipedrive is great for salespeople, it’s not robust enough for enterprise-level needs. It lacks the deep customization, quoting tools, and broad integrations that Salesforce provides, which can make it challenging for sales operations at scale.

As the cliché goes, Pipedrive literally replaced multiple spreadsheets and Google Drive docs for me. I use it to manage emails, track a large number of contacts, and move deals through various stages with ease. Compared to the clutter of spreadsheets, Pipedrive keeps my workflow streamlined, saving time and making it much easier to stay on top of every deal.

This allowed to keep an eye on the implementation time line and milestiones and at the same time predict the go live date and forecast revenue starting point.
