I appreciate the fact that I can integrate Dux-Soup with multiple CRMs, even the most popular ones. That's a really great feature. Also, I can share or import lists from outside, which is fantastic because if I have lists of emails, people's names, or LinkedIn URLs, I can import them back into LinkedIn and start executing at any stage. If I have a researcher or a VA doing this kind of work, I can bring lists in and instantly conduct outreach. The tech support from Dux-Soup is exceptional, which made it possible for me to have it running properly within an hour. **What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?** I think the user interface hasn't changed that much over time. It's a little bit dated in the user interface. There’s always something new to take away and apply straight away such as the Teams integration which I think is so useful and means no messages get lost within the Sales Navigator inbox! I’ve also set up Dux-Soup with a contact list of around 16,000 people, and it’s been consistently and safely working its way through that list without any issues. The automation feels controlled and reliable, which is exactly what you want when working at that scale. On top of that, the Dux-Soup support team deserve a shout-out. There is the possibility that you wrongly configurate your Dux-setup, which hurts your outreach. So, I strongly recommend the beginner lessons if you start fresh. The integration into HubSpot (in our case) feels a bit incomplete. But I am no expert in Hubspot. **What problems is Dux-Soup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Dux-Soup Turbo. I was looking for a LinkedIn-Automation Tool, which does only LinkedIn and not other social media. Dux was recommended to me. We are a startup selling B2B SaaS, early stage and still in our customer validation phase I've been using it for almost year now, mainly for lead gen: I experimented with campaigns to request a contact, ask for an interview and get the prospect into a call eventually. I eventually was able to reach an acceptance rate of 45% and conversion of about 2%. On a weekly basis, Dux-Soup completes about 500-700 tasks on LinkedIn. E.g. Typo discovered after 50 messages were sent out of a 1000 list import. Paused Drip campaign, edited campaign, unpaused thinking it was fine. It wasn't because of the queued activity. Sometimes I don't know how to do something, and it is a bit of a challenge figuring out how to do it, but if I had asked Tech support, they would have had the answer quicker, but I like to figure things out myself. I tried many other solutions like this, and none have had the ease of use and consistently accurate automation that does what it says it will do. I am shocked at how cheap it is compared to the robust programming you can do with it. I spent a few months working around the edges, which was a little confusing, but once I dived into it, it was terrific, and I now tell my colleagues about it, which is something I don't usually do for products that do what they say they will do. This one does what it says it will do, AND it is ridiculously low priced, but I probably shouldn't tell them that :) **What do you dislike about Dux-Soup?** Assumes you know what LinkedIn or tech terms mean and how they are used. It is a downfall of many tech products when trying to explain to the end user how to do what they want when the users themselves can hardly explain what they want. **What problems is Dux-Soup solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can send automated messages to my 2k+ LinkedIn connections, and it's happening while I do other things. It is truly a lifesaver for that process. But even better, I can send an automated "connection" message and increase my connections to a specific target group. Not 100% that Dux soup is at fault though. When you start the robot - you see some kind of summary what will be done - but the message is not displayed - so you have to check what has been sent in linked in. I offered help in pointing UI weak spots and was informed that my offer will be considered - but nobody ever came back to me. In general I spent approx 400 USD in extra paid hours to solve technical issues - and now after 2 months, on the weekend - this robot failed again (in parallel - on both profiles in our company).
