What do you like best about Prospector?

Prospector helps the sales journey to be smooth and quick, helps maintain the aligned qualified leads, and provides the necessary actions to be taken daily and is a well-to-do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospector?

The downside of using the tool is the lagging of the pages occasionally and the pop-ups, which are not so helpful. These are the fee downside I feel this tool have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prospector?

What do you like best about Prospector?

Prospector is a very intuitive and automated platform that has allowed us to strengthen business processes, greater efficiency has been achieved when closing and managing sales, service and delivery times have been greatly reduced by more than half. Part of the fact that the Propector platform allows us to track each sale more accurately, which allows better customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospector?

It is a very useful and easy to use way, but personally I consider that it is too robust and consumes too many storage and memory resources, the maintenance and operating costs to make the software functional are somewhat high, we wish we had a less complex version and easier to operate. What problems is Prospector solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have managed to reduce the loss of sales, the prospector interface allows us to follow up on each order, informing through notifications at each step of the process, this allows both the commercial advisor and the supervisor to be able to carry out a more precise follow-up and guarantee that the process is carried out. carry out successfully, only in this aspect we have managed to reduce the percentage of lost sales to less than one digit and we have doubled the productivity of the commercial department.
