**What do you like best about Snov.io?**

I was unable to find anything positive. The core functionality didn’t work for me, and without proper setup, the platform became unusable. The support process was also inconsistent and disappointing

I had a very disappointing experience with Snov.io.

I purchased two domains along with email setup, specifically to use their platform. Unfortunately, the domains and emails never worked properly making their tool completely unusable for my needs.

I requested a full refund for both the Snov.io subscription and the domains. Initially their support representative (Diara) confirmed that a refund had been issued. However the very next day I was told that the refund was not approved.

After escalating the issue to management, they only issued a partial refund of $48 for the domains but refused to refund the $594 Snov.io subscription.

This makes no sense without working domains and emails, their service is useless yet they still kept the majority of my money.

Overall, very poor customer support, inconsistent communication and worst team. 

I would not recommend Snov.io based on this experience.

Snov.io is supposed to solve lead generation and outreach automation by helping users find email addresses, verify them, and run automated email campaigns from one platform.

However, in my case, it did not benefit me at all. The domains and email setup didn’t work properly, which made the platform unusable. Without a working email infrastructure, its core features like campaigns and outreach have no value. Instead of saving time or generating leads, it resulted in wasted time, frustration, and financial loss

The intuitive UI makes it easy to use, and it offers an abundance of functionalities. The pricing and support are great, and I like that you can add as many users as you need within the team. Overall, it’s easy to navigate and straightforward to work with.

It has certain limitations around personalisation, especially when using it at scale. Compared to major competitors that offer hyper-personalisation at scale, this tool feels more restricted, and those limitations become more noticeable as you try to scale up.

I use it to find contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, from a list. It also pulls in major connections through integrations, from email sync all the way to LinkedIn, which helps me run outbound outreach and also build workflows for inbound. Overall, it supports all of this with great deliverability.

The best thing about this platform is that it has all in one sales focused automation platform. This platform helps us in combining multiple modules like lead generation, email outreach and CRM capabilities, everything into a single interface. Their email identifier tool and verifier are very reliable, it helps me to have and build a clean prospect list and improve overall deliverability. This platform is also very helpful in terms of creating and managing campaigns.

Sometimes this platform can be a bit limited for CRM functionalities compared to other larger CRMs in this competitive landscape. Their reporting and analytics could also be more complex, specifically for multi-touch kind of campaigns. Also, their email verification accuracy is very dependent on the domain scenarios.

I like most about Snov.io is that they have an extension which I can use to find the data really quickly, and I can scan Google searches. It simplifies the process of finding emails, as I just have to write a search query and it finds the email addresses for me. It's rather easy, I would say.

I would like it to be connectable to Instantly.ai or something like CRM software. If it included integrations like that, it would be even better. They can improve the platform significantly by adding automations, integrations, and all.

It is all in one solution which promise a lot.

**What do you dislike about Snov.io?**

We’ve been using Snov.io for our outreach campaigns, and unfortunately we experienced a major technical failure that hurt our reputation.

Without any action from our side, Snov.io’s system resent the same email campaign to the same group of customers. This caused confusion, made our company look unprofessional, and even triggered bounce-backs because the recipients’ servers flagged us as spam.

When you’re running client-facing campaigns, reliability isn’t optional — it’s critical. This kind of glitch is unacceptable for a tool that positions itself as a professional-grade outreach platform.

We reached out to their support, but the fact remains: trust, once lost with clients, is very hard to regain. I can’t recommend Snov.io unless they fix these systemic issues and take accountability for errors that directly impact users’ reputations.

I mostly use Snov.io for cold email campaigns and it’s been super helpful. The warm-up feature kept my emails out of spam, and the verification tool saved me from a lot of bounces. I also like the tracker knowing when my emails are opened or delivered makes follow-ups way easier. It works smoothly with Gmail, which is a big plus

The warm-up takes a bit of time, and the reports could show more detail. Would also love better integrations outside of Gmail. But overall, its good.

Used this in my marketing partnership strategy for finding the mails and initially warming up the mail id, and it's been the best. Easy to use, and implementation was also super easy, plus customer support was also very good.

Till the point I have used this tool, I haven't found anything as such which I should say as I disliked. Great tool and easy to integrate as well.

As someone who has handled all cold outreach for years, It's great how everything is in one platform - finding leads, verifying emails, building sequences, sending multi-step campaigns, and tracking responses —all from a single dashboard.

I have been using Snov.io for the past 4 years and have not faced any major issues with the platform.

Their support team is also very responsive and quickly resolves your issues.

makes it easy to find and verify email addresses quickly, which saves a lot of time when building prospect lists. The interface is intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get started, and the Chrome extension is very handy for prospecting directly from LinkedIn or websites.

Sometimes the email verification isn’t 100% accurate, and a few bounced emails slip through. The credits can run out quickly if you’re running multiple campaigns, so pricing can feel limiting for heavy users.

Getting the right details for the target ICP is by far the best thing. Helps a lot for reaching out the right person without being held back by door keepers.
