The email database is not always accurate, but the competition isn't that much ahead either. There are some improvements on the interface that I would appreciate. I shared those suggestions with the Snovio support and they were forwarded to the development team. So, I hope those will be emplemented at some point in future. **What problems is Snov.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides me with a framework for structured and coordinated prospecting. I can do a particular search for related companies or prospects, or I can simply see one mentioned on social media and add it to my lists. It's basically my CRM for prospecting. In another stage, I can verify contact information through LinkedIn. Integration with LinkedIn is ideal, as it is the source of the most accurate contact information. All of this can be used for personalized email outreach or email marketing that is automated and tracked. Simply wonderful. ### 20.
