I wish there were parameters to set up, for example, only tracking within business hours, etc. I would often delete my personal drives because I didn't feel my company needed my personal information. It was a bit tedious to weed them our, or at times, there wasn't a long enough break between business and personal for the app to recognize them as two different drives. I use MileIQ every day as a service tech and find it simple and easy to keep track of my mileage and time spent on-site without having to track it by hand. There are some things that I dislike such as they are no longer included in my Office365 Subscription. Also, the app has some issues with distinguishing places if they are close to each other. Sometimes I will have to go in and correct the location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is automatic, and I can mass classify at the end of my day. Setting 'work times' and home times is convenient, too. Autoclassify is useful to me.

The last update made it a little more time-consuming to mass classify, the separated boxes are not as easy to use as a 'file' or list view, but it's not terrible.

The segments / start-stop points aren't perfect, and sometimes, a long, slow ride has break ups, and a multiple stop is all one segement. for my particular purpose, I only need end of day totals, so it's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love that MileIQ just tracks our mileage for us simply by having the app on our phone. You can designate business hours so it automatically classifies mileage that's business related, and you can designate trips that weren't as well. At the end of the month my employees just submit their reports, I print a log for our files and issue a check for reimbursement.
