**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I really like Pipedrive's Kanban view because it helps me visualize my deals and keep track of everything easily. Creating my own personalized stages in Pipedrive is particularly valuable for organizing my next steps and sharing where deals are with my team. The initial setup of Pipedrive was very easy, which made the transition smooth for my team.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I wish 'won' deals didn't disappear so I could visualize the follow up.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive for scheduling future follow-ups and organizing my next steps. The Kanban view helps me visualize deals and share easily with my team where they are.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I find Pipedrive easy to use, and I really like the integrations it offers. These features make it possible for us to train new team members in days instead of weeks, which is great since other software options are often complicated with unnecessary features. Setting up Pipedrive was very easy, and I have no complaints about that.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think automations could be improved with the addition of forked paths. Also, having better explanations of the differences between automations and sequences would be helpful.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive to keep deals from rotting and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. It's easy to use and lets us train new team members quickly, unlike other complicated software.

It makes is much easier to keep up with outstanding estimates, see if clients are opening my emails, keep a running tally of closed deals, etc.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I can't think of anything.  It is very easy to use and to integrate with other applications.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Following up with clients on open estimates used to take a day or two, now i can do all of them in just a couple of hours.

I can easily see who the last communication with the client was to find out "where were we on this?"

I love that I can see if the client opened my email or clicked on attachments and links!!!

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like how intuitive and easy Pipedrive is to use. The mobile app is slick and it creates actual functionality for our sales team instead of being process for the sake of process. The intuitive interface allows our team to quickly move from deal-to-deal, and the mobile app lets them log from anywhere, including nice integrations with phone and email.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The ability to track multi-year deals is somewhat clunky. We have sorted a workaround using products, but this was surprising to see there wasn't a better native solution.

Pipedrive allows our sales team to stay nimble, track all activity, and enhances reporting on our leads, deals, and sales activity by representative.

I love how Pipedrive integrates with my emailing system and shows how many emails have been sent. This feature is valuable because it helps me avoid over-spamming my clients by tracking the touches.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would love if it could remind me when deals are getting old. I would love it if it could import information directly from an email thread. Grabbing the essential contact info from the email, like Name, Phone, Email Address, type of event, type of vehicle quoted and date of event.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive for CRM and quoting clients, which helps me stay in touch with prospective clients. It solves touches and follow-ups with clients and integrates with my emailing system to prevent over-spamming by tracking email touches.

Pipedrive is an effective and efficient CRM that provides reports, tracks communications, activities, leads and deals effectively for membership sales. Their tech support chat bot and human team are both very helpful. Syncing with emails works seamlessly.

Currently all is going well with Pipedrive.

This is our first CRM and it solved our problem of not being able to effectively track sales in our Association Management System. This allows us to produce sales reports. Pipedrive is saving time by automatically tracking email communications so the sales team can concentrate on having conversations instead of documenting them.

I love Pipedrive for my daily follow-up reminders, it's really convenient. I also appreciate the access to my notes, which is available everywhere and at any time. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to the support of an external integrator.

Synchronization with OUTLOOK, we'll see later

Pipedrive integrates my reminders with dates and my notes, which helps me in managing client follow-ups. I particularly appreciate having my follow-up reminders every day and access to my notes everywhere and at all times.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Low learning curve. Customizable, add the fields you need. Sales teams have filterable views to stay on top of lead nurturing. Easy to see the status of all clients and filter by status. Reporting makes sales teams easy to supervise. 

Their onboarding process provides a free live demo and Q&A before you're a customer. And when you sign up you'll get an Account Manager assigned who assists in implementation and training.  

My client uses it for their admin and sales team. And I love being able to see all the current clients and their status as that is useful to me when I'm creating content and doing strategy.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Has invoicing, but that only integrates with Quickbooks. I'd like to see them add more options.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client uses it for their sales team's lead nurturing. The Pipedrive online form builder integrates with their email solution. The client doesn't need to use a separate email solution because Pipedrive can manage email automation and drip campaigns. You can connect it to your existing forms; it is just easier if you use theirs as the integrations are already done. 

The built-in graphs make it easy to see sales performance overall and for individual team members. And the ability to add custom fields means all the information on each client can be captured in one place. Anything that eliminates individual spreadsheets and docs is a positive.

Pipedrive is most helpful by helping me organize my sales workflow, tracking my activities and logging my email conversations for each deal. I find ease of mind by being able to see each deal I'm working on in one place. It saves me time because I don't have to create/type reports to my superiors. They can run their own dang reports to see what I've been doing and what's going on in my pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The downside of using Pipedrive is that it can create "blindspots" if I've set an activity in the future but conditions change where the activity can be executed sooner than I anticipated. Also, I wish that I could lock in a default filter for each pipeline.

The permission-based levels and lead generation functionalities are also beneficial. I find the pipeline management and activities tracking highly effective, and I am pleased with the security measures Pipedrive has in place. The newly added AI polls and the ability to integrate with Zapier to create automations have notably improved the workflow. As long as Pipedrive maintains its cost-effectiveness and security, along with innovative features like AI, I would consider purchasing it again in the future.

What I particularly appreciate is its ease of use: getting started is very intuitive, the interface is clear and pleasant, and you can quickly create a pipeline suited to your activity. The lead tracking and automatic follow-up features are really useful for not forgetting anything. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools (emails, calendar) and the responsiveness of customer support. This allows me to save time and have better visibility on the progress of my business efforts.

The main weakness is that some advanced features (such as more advanced automation or certain detailed reports) are only available in higher plans, which can quickly become costly for a small organization. **What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I do like that Pipedrive takes care of most things automatically. It drastically saves time. I love that you can hook up email to it and it automatically tracks most communications and you can link any emails that it missed.

There are many parts of Pipedrive that are amazing. It is very feature rich for the price. It does the basics of everything you would need in a CRM. It isn't bloated with a million things and options which I like. Minimalist and gets the job done.

Starting to use Pipedrive and implementing the CRM is easy. You can start using it from day one. It doesn't require a ton of set-up unless you want super custom data entries.

I use Pipedrive fairly frequently. I haven't even been able to take complete advantage of the software. There is still a lot for me to do and streamline with automations.

I'd say Pipedrive is made very thoughtfully and there is great attention to detail in different places.

I love Pipedrive and will continue to use it for my business. Highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The app isn't the most user friendly. I wish it was a little more streamlined and had a better user experience. A little more intuitive would be great.

I don't like that Pipedrive is solely web-based. It gets lost in tabs easily.

I wish Pipedrive supported more services and had more integrations natively. Native SMS support would be amazing. However, it has great support for the big and main software that most use.

I would like the ability to change the structure / view of the pipelines. For example, I'd like to be able to stack two different sales pipelines on-top of each other. To have an overview of all pipelines and deals at the same time.

I do wish it supported Yubikey for hardware security.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is centralizing a lot of the sales cycle in one place. It is putting all the information together from different sources. Neatly and nicely. It is also providing additional features and services that I would need for closing deals. Like e-signatures, invoicing integration, sending forms / contracts and storing documents.

Pipedrive is simplifying a lot of things. It is streamlining a lot. Saving me a lot of time and mental energy to allow me to focus on sales.

It syncs contacts with google, so I can enter them somewhere else and they show up in Pipedrive.

Almost everything.  The fact that you have to click the edit button in a field to edit it in this day is crazy.  Finding deals after they've been won? Nope they just vanish somewhere. Lots of head scratching

None and none.  I think there are many better options out there and this service does not do a good job of anything specifically.
