What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love Pipedrive for its intuitive user interface, which is compact, straightforward, and easy to navigate. The colors are also eye-catching, enhancing the visual experience. I appreciate how it efficiently helps us keep track of projects and provides us with overall statistics of our activities, making project management, tracking, and scheduling seamless. The transition from our previous software, Monday, to Pipedrive was driven by its ease of use, and the initial setup was pretty straightforward, thanks to the assistance from the provider. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how Pipedrive allows email campaigns to be edited and managed on one platform without relying on other apps. I appreciate the click rate feedback feature, which helps in assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns. I also think Pipedrive manages CRM and campaigns well, making it easier to handle customer data and email marketing. The initial setup was very easy, and I find that to be a big plus. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is most helpful by helping me organize my sales workflow, tracking my activities and logging my email conversations for each deal. I find ease of mind by being able to see each deal I'm working on in one place. It saves me time because I don't have to create/type reports to my superiors. They can run their own dang reports to see what I've been doing and what's going on in my pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The downside of using Pipedrive is that it can create "blindspots" if I've set an activity in the future but conditions change where the activity can be executed sooner than I anticipated. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I have been using Pipedrive for about a year to manage my pipeline of deals, and I really enjoy its capabilities. The initial setup was straightforward and not difficult, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. Even though their customer support was good and someone helped me out, I found it easy enough to navigate without any assistance. Pipedrive has really helped me with time management by having everything in one place, and it offers a visually compelling way to manage my sales funnel. I particularly appreciate the pipeline lists and the ability to visualize deals from beginning to end, which enhances my understanding of the sales process. Another feature I find incredibly useful is the capability to create multiple pipelines, which I utilize for different business lines. I am also considering upgrading my subscription because I am quite satisfied with the service, provided the pricing remains reasonable. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I appreciate Pipedrive for its ease of use and straightforward interface which makes it easy to manage and navigate through. It’s ideal for small businesses like ours because it’s not only easy to use but also cost-effective compared to more complex CRM solutions like HubSpot or Salesforce. The cost-effectiveness of Pipedrive was a major influence on my decision to choose it. Additionally, Pipedrive’s features such as the ability to track lead flow traffic statistics, source implementation, and activities tracking are invaluable. The permission-based levels and lead generation functionalities are also beneficial. I find the pipeline management and activities tracking highly effective, and I am pleased with the security measures Pipedrive has in place. The newly added AI polls and the ability to integrate with Zapier to create automations have notably improved the workflow. As long as Pipedrive maintains its cost-effectiveness and security, along with innovative features like AI, I would consider purchasing it again in the future. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I dislike the limitations in the reporting section, particularly the restricted number of filters that can be applied per report. This limitation makes it inconvenient for tracking custom metrics. Although I understand there are different pricing plans, I believe that comprehensive reporting should be a core feature available to all users, regardless of the plan. I absolutely love Pipedrive's intuitive setup and pipeline feature. It makes tracking leads and deals effortless, providing a clear, single pane of glass view to manage sales processes efficiently. The integration with Microsoft email is fantastic, as it allows me to email clients directly and monitor engagement, such as when they open emails or click links. The chat support is always available and helpful whenever I need assistance.
