The onboarding and assistance has been tremendous. We tried other CRMs that didn't have this and this is integral to our success and a long relationship.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

My single-most favourite feature of Pipedrive is how it prompts the user to create follow-up activities whenever you complete an activity. This action-driven approach is extremely helpful in keeping momentum on driving sales forwards, and is the reason I chose Pipedrive over other CRM options. Each time I complete a sales activity I get a dual sense of accomplishment from checking a task off, and motivation from defining what my next action will be.
Additionally, I like the UI which is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. I also like the distinction between leads and deals which aligns very well with my mental model for sales. It is also fast, and easy to use, and was quick to set up for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

What I dislike about Pipedrive is that the side menu on some pages has buttons for features that are not available in my subscription tier. I find these distracting, and I wish they could be hidden. I also dislike that "new activity created" is not available as a trigger event for integration with Asana, so it is not possible (AFAIK) to automate new task creation in Asana when I create a new activity in Pipedrive.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Pipedrive is solving is being a single source of truth for capturing contact and lead information on the fly, and management of this information as they convert into deals. The forms and UI make this easy and a pleasure to use.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I appreciate that Pipedrive is pretty easy to get started with and offers a simple solution for CRM needs, avoiding the complexity and excess of more extensive systems like Salesforce. It's great for basic tasks, functioning effectively as a glorified spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I find Pipedrive lacks flexibility, particularly in how information can flow in and out of the system. It doesn't support seamless data integration as well as I'd hoped. While Zapier offers some workaround capabilities, I wish these features were more inherent within Pipedrive itself. Additionally, I find the product more of an advanced spreadsheet rather than a sophisticated CRM because it doesn't match the complexity of others like Salesforce, yet it's not free. I feel that Pipedrive should either offer more advanced features to justify its cost or be available for free due to its simplicity.

I find Pipedrive solves basic CRM needs with simplicity, making it easier than more complex solutions like Salesforce, but I wish for better data flow and built-in integrations.

I love the intuitive setup of Pipedrive, making it easy to implement with the help of short instructional videos. The drag-and-drop feature on the dashboard is convenient for managing projects and tracking their progress over time. Additionally, the seamless integration with Outlook allows for effective communication tracking, enhancing my workflow. I appreciate having all my contacts in one accessible place, simplifying contact management and linkage to projects.

I would like to be able to add various labels, which I'm discussing with the admin. Additionally, from a business development perspective, it would be really good to be able to share in the software the amount of money being spent on networking with certain individuals or companies, and to see this data summed up monthly, quarterly, or yearly to relate it to business outcomes.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The user interface is extremely simple and allows an 'at a glance' view of your sales pipeline. You can also customise the side ribbon to remove anything that is irrelevant which provides a very clean interface when compared to other CRMs. 

I also love the fact that it doesn't attempt to be something it isn't. It is literally plug and play with a very easy edit to the sales pipelines if required. We used it right out of the gate and have found it invaluable in our daily business to keep on top of opportunities.

Client support is exceptional - all questions are answered quickly. We have also found integrations to work very well with other platforms (we integrate with Zapier to Google Calendar and others).

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Email integration/inbox could be better from a labelling perspective. It would be great to have the ability to create email subfolders to 'file' away the inbox so it could be used standalone. This would keep sales teams 'in the box' entirely within the CRM on a daily basis and encourage better overall usage of the software.

Overall view of the business opportunities and management of existing contracts including provision of detailed notes and communication trail.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Our small service-based business loves Pipedrive. It has everything we need to track leads. It helps visualize our pipeline and project revenue. Its an amazing reminder of when we need to go out and prospect, if we can see there aren't enough deals in motion. It is easy to use, and only took a couple of hours to set up and implement into our business. We refer back to it almost daily.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would like a more robust project management system with the ability to assign tasks to team members without having to pay for an additional account.

Additionally, I wish there was more seamless integration with Calendly, or a better booking system internally. 

My main critique is the amount of nickel-and-diming for features. It is nice to have affordable plans, but there are so many add ons and levels that the price could become incredibly high quickly if you're not strategic with how you select packages.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Pipedrive to track leads and potential media placements. The main benefit is being able to see when our pipeline is drying up and set reminders to nurture relationships.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Ability to curate the platform to our business. We were able to add little descriptive details that made it so much easier to get a good idea of our customer base. We were up and running in under a week, set up was so easy. We use it daily to keep track of our tasks. Everyone caught on very fast.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The only dislike I would have would be when creating contacts or importing contacts, the organization and people section is confusing. Took us 5 tries to get our import to look right or not fail.

Update progress with our deals, so we can all see who is making progress and how we can help eachother.

I’ve been responsible for rolling out Pipedrive across our organization, and what I appreciate most is how seamlessly it integrates with other systems. Its robust, well‑documented API and the ability to build custom apps let us tailor the platform exactly to our needs, while the extensive marketplace of pre‑built integrations means we rarely have to start from scratch.

At the same time, Pipedrive remains refreshingly simple and reliable as a CRM. Even colleagues who are barely comfortable with basic computer tasks can pick it up quickly and navigate day‑to‑day activities without extensive training. That intuitive ease of use was a huge help during our implementation, and the fact that we can extend functionality through API and custom apps without sacrificing simplicity for end‑users makes it a perfect fit for teams of all technical levels.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

One thing I’d like to see improved is more flexible pricing options per user. Right now Pipedrive bills strictly on a per‑seat basis, which can be limiting for smaller teams or occasional users. It would be great to have the option to pay either per user or based on actual usage—similar to Microsoft licensing, where you can choose a flat per‑user fee or a consumption‑based model (e.g., pay only for the features or hours you actually use). That kind of flexibility would help companies optimize costs and scale more predictably.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using Pipedrive, all of our customer data lives in one centralized location—no more hunting through spreadsheets or email threads to find a phone number or past conversation. Every call, email, and meeting note is logged right alongside the deal, so we never lose track of how and when our team has interacted with a prospect. On top of that, all incoming leads flow straight into each salesperson’s Pipedrive account via our integrations, meaning no one has to play “find the new lead” or manually copy details over. It’s been a game‑changer for our workflow: everything is visible, organized, and immediately actionable, so our team can focus on building relationships instead of wrestling with fragmented data.

I have enjoyed using Pipedrive since we selected the platform, the pipeline function is perfect for our business, as we can completely customise the different sections of the pipeline and set "weighted" probability to each section. This is a very helpful feature. The overall ability to customise almost everything is a huge benefit and why I would recommend Pipedrive to companies in our industry especially.

I think could be big improvements to the prospector add on. We have used this since we selected Pipedrive and although we were told this used information from Cognism, I do not feel this has access to much information as the amount of phone numbers it finds is very limited compared to Cognism and other data tools.

Pipedrive has changed plans and functionality. So I wanted to speak with sales/support and make changes before rolling over our subscription. I reached out to them over 20 times on email, chat, and a meeting over a 30-day period. I tried to renew online but it said it couldn’t and to call support – I have been and they are NOT helping?! Support wasn’t resetting our subscription as they said they would, as we had discussed over and over again. And they lied about saying they would not shut down our account until they had sorted it out on their end; instead they shut us down – so we have been without a CRM for over 24 hours?!! Do not use Pipedrive – their support is terrible.

After moving from HubSpot, what struck me most about Pipedrive is that it actually feels like it was built for sales teams. HubSpot, often felt bloated, with too much focus on marketing automation, email journeys, and “do-it-all” functionality. Pipedrive, on the other hand, keeps things clear, fast, and focused: pipelines, deals, follow-ups, and closing revenue.
Great customer service. 
Overall, it’s been a great switch: clean UX, easier team onboarding, and just enough structure without drowning us in complexity. Pipedrive helps us stay in flow and focus on what matters - selling.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I’m currently on the Advanced tier, and while it gets the job done, I do find it lacking in some key features that feel like they should be standard, especially compared to what’s bundled in elsewhere. For example, deeper reporting, revenue attribution, or integrations require an upgrade, which is a bit of a shame.
Sales team was a bit pushy trying to convincing me when I was convinced already, many phone calls that could be emails etc

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re juggling sponsor/partner conversations, LP outreach, and startup dealflow all at once.

Pipedrive gives us a simple way to track and prioritise each of those pipelines without getting overwhelmed. Instead of a mess of spreadsheets, we now have a clear view of who we’re speaking to, where things are at, and what needs follow-up  across fundraising, partnerships, and startup sourcing.

It’s helping us move faster, stay consistent with comms, and ultimately build better long-term relationships, without letting anything fall through the cracks.

Exactly what we need without paying for customizations. It was really easy to import our outlook contacts and our array of excel sheets we were using for lead tracking.

I haven't found anything that hasn't worked for us, just dislike that I didn't find it sooner.

Pipedrive is helping us manage our leads, turn them into deals and remind us to follow up on upcoming projects as well as proposals. This consolidates some of our efforts all into one place as well as give us insights to our sales performance. **What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I would like to preface this review by saying I am not normally a person good at using a calendar, nor a day planner, which makes a tool like Pipedrive all the more invaluable. Additionally, rather than using pipedrive to track sales, we call them "deals" which will make the rest of the review make more sense. I'm not in sales full-time, but rather a jack of all trades at our office, so there are times where I am not using the software regularly for a week or two. 

We have several people at our office (relatively small, family-owned auction company). It is one of those work apps that is effective depending on how often you use it. I'm trying to integrate it more and more on a daily basis, whereas my colleague has at least a dozen Pipedrive tasks assigned per day. He's not super tech savvy either, but has integrated it into his daily routine flawlessly. So what I like best about Pipedrive  includes:

-How quickly you can onboard a brand new or older employee into the platform
-How you can modify the columns and even create new separate sections for each employee to track their own deals with a different benchmark process
-How well it synchs onto google calendar
-Obviously, the feeling of pressing the deal won button (you get like a cyclist or ice skater animated graphic once in awhile, which is fun!)
-How colleagues and managers can check the status of a deal without sending an email or making a phone call (let alone a zoom or in-office meeting!)
-Very useful for an international company where we have employees in time zones all around the world traveling

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would be lying if I said the customer support process couldn't be a bit better...Pipedrive relies heavily on their chatbot and I believe charges an additional fee for live tech support. 

The "Green / Grey / Yellow / Red" status prompts of sales/deals can also be a bit convoluted. Aside from grey meaning activity has been assigned for a follow-up and red meaning overdue, I've lost track of how to even reach the other colors. Seeing a sea of red after you've been working on other things for a week can be a little depressing. 

All of my other complaints have more to do with issues our office is having (arguing over what the columns should be called has been an ongoing saga for many years now!) and are less related to the platform itself. But hey, it's tech, no one can ever be truly satisfied after each update!

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling action items on google calendars. Acting as our guide for our weekly deal and business development meetings.

The scheduling in Pipedrive is phenomenal. I am able to schedule, meetings, follow ups, emails, phone calls, research, etc. I have been able to keep up on my job without issues and able to connect my important information when needed. I use this every single day and it works great and helps me keep up with all of the calls.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think categorizing information could be more in depth. I would like to be able to follow the leads only distributed in one certain month. If there is a way to do this already, the information to find it isn't easy to access.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of the process the lead goes through from the second the call comes in, till they accept or deny the job. I am able to schedule all sorts of things to help me keep up with what I need to be wathcing/ paying attention to. I have made a pipeline for every sales rep in my company and the stages the calls are in, so it is easy for me to track the employee's progress.

The overall UX is very streamlined and intuitive. As an account administrator and IT representative, I'm very pleased with how easy the implementation has been so far. Details such as a universal search bar, a quick and intuitive import/export system, the ability to update single/multiple records with just a few clicks, and the possibility to customize the interface according to our needs add up to a fantastic user experience.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

So far, I've only come across two details that have I see as potential points of improvement:
1. When creating views/filters, and adding a new filter option, the select box always opens by default, but closes on any first interaction. This (as I mentioned) is really just a detail, but since I create/update views and filters very frequently, it is something that also comes up frequently.
2. A more robust automation system would be really appreciated, with new triggers such as "contact entering/leaving a filter/view", or calculation properties that can do more than arithmetic operations and number type return values (ex. "if Property A > 3 return 'Qualified', else return 'Unqualified')

Having a simple yet fully functional CRM platform, with integration options to Email marketing tools.

The tools, the metrics and the seemingly easy flow. The import templates were invaluable to get our info ported over from our other CRM. Optionality for the system is great for customizations. This is a sales heavy platform - exactly what we were looking for.

This is a lot for people to get in a short amount of time if you need to be up and running. You'll need to watch videos or read articles. But once you understand the flow of Pipedrive it will come. Also, some feature creep is overwhelming.

We have NO metrics. This solves our huge problem of not knowing project margin or close rate or ARR.

Pipedrive is extremely easy to use, my partner and I successfully and swiftly implemented the product into our daily routine with ease. We use it daily, and it facilitates the transfer of leads we capture through the funnel, thanks to the large number of available features. Although we haven't needed to use it, there is always a pop-up informing about the availability of customer support, and the ease of integration with other platforms.

I have not yet identified any disadvantages, but I just suggested that more options for movement opportunities be applied on the same page in the interfaces.
