What do you like best about Ringover?

We use Ringover mainly for customer service, and our experience has been very positive. What we appreciate the most is its ease of use and the high level of customization, especially for the IVR, which allows us to tailor the call flow to our needs. What do you dislike about Ringover?

I really appreciate that Ringover is very easy to use, which is essential for my teams, especially in the context of a diligent customer service managing dozens of incoming calls every day. The admin dashboard is also simple, which greatly facilitates the management and organization of administrative tasks. Additionally, the Ringover support team is responsive, which is extremely valuable when assistance is needed. What do you like best about Ringover?

Its great that with ringover connected to our CRM and VOIP phone systems I can use any devise, including mobile, and the call record updates the CRM client activity record. When a contact calls in the call opens the client record so thatyou can pick up on activity data seamlessly. In a client record the telephone contact is highlighted as a Ringover integration and making a call is as simple as clicking the phone number.With ring over connected to all my devices calls reach me wherever I am and the internal directory allows me to connect to team mates and internal departments quickly. What do you like best about Ringover?

I love the simplicity of using Ringover. It is really easy to use once you get familiar with it, even though at first, getting the hang of it was a bit difficult. As an administrator, I manage the system very well now. I am particularly satisfied with the quality of communication, which is good when I make calls for mutual appointment scheduling. Moreover, the responsiveness of customer service is remarkable; whenever I have a need, I contact them and receive quick responses. I also appreciate the customer follow-up they implement, they are always attentive, which is reassuring. Features such as call recordings, reminders, and missed call management are efficient. Ringover integrates well the messages left by callers, which is very useful for our organization. Each member of our team has a license to call and it works perfectly. All of this contributes to why I love Ringover and I highly recommend it, in fact, I would rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of likelihood to recommend it to others.
