What do you like best about Pipedrive?

There are several features I really think sets Pipedrive apart from the other CRMs I have used in the past. First, I like that it was super easy to download (web and app) and immediately use with limited training and integration. I like that it is so intuitive about the sales process and is scalable depending on sales type. Since implementation, I am using both the web and app multiple times per day and it is truly keeping up with my sales on the fly. I also have found that I appreciate the customer support services. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

My single-most favourite feature of Pipedrive is how it prompts the user to create follow-up activities whenever you complete an activity. This action-driven approach is extremely helpful in keeping momentum on driving sales forwards, and is the reason I chose Pipedrive over other CRM options. Each time I complete a sales activity I get a dual sense of accomplishment from checking a task off, and motivation from defining what my next action will be.

Additionally, I like the UI which is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. I also like the distinction between leads and deals which aligns very well with my mental model for sales. It is also fast, and easy to use, and was quick to set up for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What I dislike about Pipedrive is that the side menu on some pages has buttons for features that are not available in my subscription tier. I find these distracting, and I wish they could be hidden. I also dislike that "new activity created" is not available as a trigger event for integration with Asana, so it is not possible (AFAIK) to automate new task creation in Asana when I create a new activity in Pipedrive. "Simple CRM, But Needs More Flexibility"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I appreciate that Pipedrive is pretty easy to get started with and offers a simple solution for CRM needs, avoiding the complexity and excess of more extensive systems like Salesforce. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I find Pipedrive lacks flexibility, particularly in how information can flow in and out of the system. It doesn't support seamless data integration as well as I'd hoped. While Zapier offers some workaround capabilities, I wish these features were more inherent within Pipedrive itself. Additionally, I find the product more of an advanced spreadsheet rather than a sophisticated CRM because it doesn't match the complexity of others like Salesforce, yet it's not free. I love the intuitive setup of Pipedrive, making it easy to implement with the help of short instructional videos. I would like to be able to add various labels, which I'm discussing with the admin. Additionally, from a business development perspective, it would be really good to be able to share in the software the amount of money being spent on networking with certain individuals or companies, and to see this data summed up monthly, quarterly, or yearly to relate it to business outcomes. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The user interface is extremely simple and allows an 'at a glance' view of your sales pipeline. You can also customise the side ribbon to remove anything that is irrelevant which provides a very clean interface when compared to other CRMs.

I also love the fact that it doesn't attempt to be something it isn't. It is literally plug and play with a very easy edit to the sales pipelines if required. We used it right out of the gate and have found it invaluable in our daily business to keep on top of opportunities.

Client support is exceptional - all questions are answered quickly. We have also found integrations to work very well with other platforms (we integrate with Zapier to Google Calendar and others). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Email integration/inbox could be better from a labelling perspective. It would be great to have the ability to create email subfolders to 'file' away the inbox so it could be used standalone. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Separating tasks and keeping clients on a timeline. Sorting and following up is easy thanks to prioritizing events. I can check it every day and find something useful. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Our small service-based business loves Pipedrive. It has everything we need to track leads. It helps visualize our pipeline and project revenue. Its an amazing reminder of when we need to go out and prospect, if we can see there aren't enough deals in motion. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would like a more robust project management system with the ability to assign tasks to team members without having to pay for an additional account.

Additionally, I wish there was more seamless integration with Calendly, or a better booking system internally.

My main critique is the amount of nickel-and-diming for features. It is nice to have affordable plans, but there are so many add ons and levels that the price could become incredibly high quickly if you're not strategic with how you select packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
