Very intuitive to set up and track all aspects for business. Easy to use for beginners and small business.

Workflows and automations are only available on the Growth plan, and the workflow editor isn’t as flexible as we’ve found in other CRMs

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to track all contacts, email campaigns and interactions with all prospects in one place. Easily documented and adjustable to specific clients.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love everything about Pipedrive! One of the things I like the most is that with this tool I feel like I have everything under control, my leads, follow-ups, upcoming activities, important meetings, everything. Thank you for making my day at the office easier.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I don't see anything wrong with it, honestly. The only thing I can say is that the additional services are out of reach for most of us, but it really is a great CRM.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very difficult to manage so many businesses and clients without forgetting some detail or activity. Pipedrive does all that for me and notifies me of pending activities and so on. It is very very useful.

Nothing. Everything is excellent. I will probably suggest to simplify the Automations. I feel that to create sequence is overloaded with too much information.

The only downside is not being able to send automated emails in reply to an earlier email. This is quite important in sales so the prospect can see the original email referred to in a follow up email.

Its visually simple to the eye, it doesn't take too long to get a hold of its basic concept and sales pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The lack of customization proves to be an issue at the moment, requiring me to use external automations and creative ways to get to point B.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving our organizational needs at a top level. When I entered the company they were using excel sheets and I was tasked with finding something that would be simple, can get the job done and not too complicated for our seniors.

- well structured FAQ and videos for onboarding
- modular offer: you only pay the functionalities you need (and can even chose to give access to specific features like project management to only parts of the team)
- Automations and AI features help gain in productivity
- great options to integrate with other tools in use (slack, mailchimp, Google Suite, ...)

It has become our daily go-to source for all information regarding prospects, clients and ongoing projects.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Slight surprise about the definition of a lead which is rather a first step to the deal than a differentiation on "person" level

Customer Base -> CRM with 360 degree view from new leads and prospects to existing customers
Sales analytics: Deal pipeline, upcoming opportunities, sales workflow and ARR/... measurement (all relevant KPIs available in easy to use Dashboards and even AI featured reports)

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

New to Pipedrive, I’ve been enjoying the simplicity compared to our previous software. It has what you need without overcomplicating things. The pipeline view is clean and easy to work with, giving instant visibility into deals without the clutter. Customization was straightforward, so we could quickly adapt it to our sales process.

I also use it frequently for scheduled activities and emails - I like how these are laid out and easy to work through, and the email integration was simple to set up. Overall, implementation has been relatively painless, and I’m confident we’ll expand our use beyond what we initially planned.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The biggest drawback so far is the activities. You can schedule them, but there’s no way (at least that I’ve found) to set up recurring activities. This would be helpful for regular check-ins and follow-ups. It’s possible to recreate them manually, but that adds extra steps that could be avoided.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of our sales pipeline for the whole team to see, as well as tracking emails and activities. It's simplicity has been a breath of fresh air compared to our previous software which was far too complex for our needs.

I find Pipedrive's automatic reminder for activities really helpful. I like getting a list of activities in the morning; it makes things really straightforward for me. It definitely eases my work.

When I reply, it should move automatically from deal to first contact. The initial setup was not easy.

Getting the email integration to work sucks, I don't have admin rights on my laptop and never will have, the developers need to work out how to get email working with a standard email email account

I have three sales activites and I know where every opportunity is as Pipedrive supports multiple pipelines, it also works in multiple currencies as i sell in Sterling and Euro.

I can integrate several tools that are key in my day-to-day, from my website, my calendar, my email, my Zoom platform, my work team, I can generate reports on my performance, it is truly powerful and the virtue it has is that it is very intuitive, easy to apply or execute. I have been working with Pipedrive for years and I can say that a percentage of my positive results has been thanks to using it.

Honestly, I have no complaints, it has what I need and they know how to provide it in a way that is easy for me to implement, and also the customer service is efficient.

It helps me visualize the information from my work in the best possible way. I have my calendar linked to my Zoom, my email, and my CRM, where I can use everything like a small orchestra to make my business flow in the best possible way.

It's quite intuitive and easy to play. I am able to configure it on my own without some use of consultants etc.

I sometimes did face issues and the pipedrive team is quick the resolve the same.

I have used salesforce before therefore if there was a little more customization in terms of Reports that would be great.

We are a new business and it's helping us managing our funnel from the start till the end.

Pipedrive is simple, clear, and easy to use. It has a low learning curve and is applicable to different types of sales methods.

The automation and integration capabilities are sufficient for medium-sized companies, and Pipedrive makes it possible to automate most of the daily work.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The only weakness of Pipedrive that is significant to me is changes. Sometimes something changes, but there is no advance notice of the change. As a head of sales, looking for problems in the automation chain, for example, is a task that I don't really have time for. The problem itself would be easy to fix with better communication.

Pipedrive has replaced several different systems and brought sales data together in one place. It has made everyday life easier, streamlined analytics, and, most importantly, made the salesperson's daily work easier.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The Pipedrive is the tool that I have the most ease in teaching to use for my new salespeople, besides I had to use its support a few times and in all of them my problem was solved quickly or I was given an alternative way to do what I wanted, I use it every day and if it went offline today my team would be without records (including, I think I'm going to make a backup), I use today only the sales funnel resources and automations, in addition to the insights for daily activity tracking.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

At a time when I was heavily working on making my Pipedrive as automated as possible, I found some barriers within more complex automations that I would like to have, in addition, I wanted to be able to see the number of open deals by company within the Pipedrive, but this is only possible by extracting an XLSX and doing it myself, I also don't like the project tracking interface and the pre-sales part of it, I've been using other tools to do it for myself.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Pipedrive allows me to manage my contacts and customers easily, in addition, I can make the filling of fields by my salespeople to be much more fluid and not bother them much with this information, because I'm such a pest when I ask for it.

The report building. I can generate lots of reports and all the data is very well interconnected. We use it everyday. New people adapt quickly to it. The task management is good.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

A bit expensive and some features that i would like to use, for instance integration with voip or whatsapp messaging are not included.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The task scheduling so i dont forget about the leads. Also the report generation is good to analyse my team's metrics.

It is the most user friendly CRM i have ever used.  From importing data to manually keying in information, it is just simple.  It is a tool that we use everyday that helps us achieve our goals.  It was also very easy to set up.  We utilize Teams integration, Ring Central integrations and are looking to add more.  I implemented this myself as a salesperson.  Any time I have an issue; I can jump on the chat and have that issue handled within minutes.  Would highly recommend.

There isn't much I dislike.  I would say it would be nice to be able to run some formulas in the insights section to get a better idea of a close ratio and things like that.

The app. If the app had the same features like able to track open views of emails and links that would make this over the top. The app feels half finished. There’s so many things (the deals function should hold and drag like on an apple calendar) the website that just work and they don’t on the app.

The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved. Fixes that are rolled out are often reverted causing the same issue again.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:**

If you have the budget then bigger companies have better offerings, but for its pricepoint, if you can handle the bugs, pipedrive is sufficent for  a small team, however, if your running a big team and trying to use pipedrive, i would suggest there are better solutions as we notice issue after issue with consistent use in a effective sales envirotnment and there is poor support to resolve those issues.

Nothing. It's like using a rip off of every other CRM.

The basics of a CRM is hidden behind multiple paywalls. 
In Czech Republic and Slovakia it's not even run by Pipedrive it's run by another company called Davame. 
Buyers beware, every step is another way to scam you out of more money.
You need to pay full price to use anything close to its competitors.

It was meant to help with CRM but so far a pen and paper is more useful

Pipedrive is very intuitive and provides a great action based feedback. The team has also really quickly picked up and implemented the tool, and customer support has helped where necessary. The frequency of use has picked up versus of our previous tools due to the ease of integration.

Some views can be difficult to find, and it not clear to us if we can build company dashboard or if it user needs to build their own dashboard.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive is super intuitive and easy to customize. 

I built my last business, a nonprofit, around Pipedrive, and I'm building my new tech startup with it, too.  There was very little training required to onboard myself to Pipedrive, and I did it all via video tutorials. I especially love that I can add and rename fields on the fly.This was a huge upgrade from Salsa, which I used at my nonprofit before Pipedrive. Before that, I was grinding myself and my team to use Salesforce, which required advanced admin support anytime we needed to adjust something. 

Pipedrive's interface is modern, friendly, and logical. I love spending time in it, and I recommend it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The "Notes" field for documenting conversations is too small. I wish it retained formatting in its activity preview, too, instead of showing  my notes in one long string of text.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a consistent cadence of outreach. I appreciate how easy it ease to follow reminders for the day's activities so I don't lose track of our stakeholders.

I like that Pipedrive incorporates a calendar and email along with the normal CRM attributes. Its a nice "all in one" feel

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The aspect of followers and groups is a little perplexing. I had a coworker upload all of our clients into Pipedrive and now he's a follower for every organization and there's no way to bulk delete him off. We have to individually remove him from each account.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of quotes that we've sent out to customers. We send out dozens of quotes per week, per salesman and its difficult to keep track of them all. Pipedrive helps schedule follow up activity and close the sale
