**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like that Pipedrive integrates with Google Calendar and gives me reminders. It is perfect for me. The initial setup was easy peasy. I also think it is easy to use and pretty intuitive.

I use Pipedrive to save information, organize appointments, follow up with new clients and tasks, and for data analysis. I like its integration with Google Calendar, which provides helpful reminders.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It is streamlined, clear, and concise. There are MANY tools that it offers to its users, so much so that it can seem overwhelming. But it is easy to learn all the CRM offers to make effective sales moves.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I wish Pipedrive didn't have exclusive features which are only offered in more expensive subscription packages. I have also noticed some glitching when it comes to copying and pasting data rom one database into Pipedrive.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is so important for helping remind me to make contact with all of my customers. I used to just write notes on paper - call customer A about xyz, or on the calendar - follow up with customer B. Now I can schedule reminders in advance and record conversations for future reference.

I find Pipedrive pretty intuitive and simple to use. The pipeline makes sense and is easy to understand, making it straightforward to get my head around. All the information is easily accessible, which is probably the best thing about it.

Sometimes, linking people to deals and a few things like that are a bit clunky and don't really work very well.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love that in the hard times of war that my country, Ukraine, faced, Pipedrive took action and started supporting Ukrainian defenders in the hardest fight against evil invaders. Pipedrive has it all as a sales CRM, and I enjoy working with it, but having that extra socially responsible step makes it 11/10 for me and sets it apart from the competition, as they are doing what is right.

Maybe the fact that there is not enough Marketing features.

It helps my SDR work with client, as Pipedrive is the holder of all appointments. So our MQL end their presale journey in Pipedrive and are on track of our sales team.

I like how easy it is to use, the price point compared to hubspot, and the various abilities to connect to our other systems

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

It has been hard to get the team onboard, and they have struggled with the transition from HubSpot

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our SRM as well as customer management, and a general hub for out team, we have outward facing team members and administrators on the system, have our tech team andsupport on Jira and Slack and are connecting the three. This allows us to find lead, do sales, complete marketing task, send external and internal newsletter, and run customer success, as well as stay up to date with all supportneeds and states of system spin up. We are also utilizing a combination of Gravity forms and pipedrive forms. We love the versatility on the site of the gravity forms, but we love the standalone style of the pipedrive forms, so most of our incoming leads are through gravity forms and our customer success and retention forms are through pipdrive. These form fields can then be sent back toour Jira and slack.

I like Pipedrive's clear UI and granular permissions. The integration with Microsoft is also a huge plus. These features add real value in tracking activities and make it simple for end users. The initial setup was quite easy too.

I would like even more permissions options. Also, the integration with Microsoft Teams and Copilot AI could be improved.

I really like how easy it is to manage affiliates with Pipedrive. It's also simple to create deals and organize a lot of information in one place, which makes my tasks much more efficient.

I would say that there could be more features inside the deal. It could also use more space inside the deal to add, for example, contracts or sign contracts, and more integration with things like Google Drive.

Great & clean UI/UX with easy to create pipelines, deals & stages. Direct drag drop features help in deal movements. It also has multiple activity scheduler, which creates efficiency. We have also synced our emails, hence we are able to see activities or timelines for each and every deal

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Funnel reporting of deal stages can be made more easy or straightforward.

1. We replaced Excel entirely, all our operations are fulfilled using pipedrive. Intuitive and organised platform
2. All mails are synced, hence everyone is aware of timeline for each deal or what was the activity done
3. Multiple tags & data fields possible, hence we have put accordingly for our ICPs

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

One of the best things about Pipedrive is how easy it is for me to organize my day in there! The first thing I do every day is open my Pipedrive account and see what I have to do for the day on my activities page, so it's my most used work platform. I can see all the activities I have to do during my work day, and it was super easy to integrate my email with my account and now I don't even need to open another tab to see what's on my calendar and on my emails. Besides that, the insights page is so helpful to analyze me and my team's performance, which makes it way easier for us to decide the best strategies for us to follow. I've been using Pipedrive for almost a year and I never had any problems with it. The one time I had to contact Customer Support (which only happened because I had some doubts) they were super fast and had easy-to-understand answers. I saw it being implemented in 3 teams I was part of during my journey in my current job and in all of them we had a very pleasant process.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think it could have a better way of visualizing people connected to a business and their contacts, it's actually really easy to end up becoming a bit of a mess for bigger entreprises. I also believe it would be nice to have more types of automations, like date and/or weekday-based.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm part of a team that works with the adoption stage of a SaaS solution. With Pipedrive, we can easily have our clients handed to us, see all the history of the opportunity up until now as well as track with precision all the evolution that client has from the moment they become our responsability.

As someone who is a big fan of Salesforce, I recognize it has its place for large enterprises. But for leaner, faster-moving sales teams, Pipedrive is a better fit. It’s simple yet powerful—robust enough to support sales teams while avoiding the complexity of Salesforce, where even basic tasks can take several minutes. The intuitive interface makes it easy to learn—especially if you’ve used Salesforce before—and effortless to use every day. I can quickly log activities and manage tasks in the background, without disrupting my workflow. Pipedrive is practical, efficient, and user-friendly—ideal for salespeople who value speed and usability on the go.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

While Pipedrive is great for salespeople, it’s not robust enough for enterprise-level needs. It lacks the deep customization, quoting tools, and broad integrations that Salesforce provides, which can make it challenging for sales operations at scale.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the cliché goes, Pipedrive literally replaced multiple spreadsheets and Google Drive docs for me. I use it to manage emails, track a large number of contacts, and move deals through various stages with ease. The labeling feature is immensely helpful for keeping things organized and quickly identifying priorities. Compared to the clutter of spreadsheets, Pipedrive keeps my workflow streamlined, saving time and making it much easier to stay on top of every deal.

Pipedrive was helping in two main area at the same time, the classic CRM Lead and pipeline management, plus it was adapted to manage the customer techical implementation project and timeline considering we would start capture revenue only after the implementation was completed. This allowed to keep an eye on the implementation time line and milestiones and at the same time predict the go live date and forecast revenue starting point.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

With a little help I was able to easily setup a simple deal pipeline and approach in Pipedrive. As a small business just starting to track leads and sales, Pipedrive is already helping me stay on top of things. Because of Pipedrive's activity focus, I secured a sale that I migh thave otherwise lost or gone stale witout follow up. After a slow start (on my part), I am now in Pipedrive everyday.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

It took me a little time (and AI help) to understand how certain fields work, where to update them, etc. But, this is to be expected from working with a pretty sophisticated yet still mostly simple databaase tool. I'm still working out some kinks with how my reporting dashboard is handling leads vs. deals, leads that were converted to deals, etc. but all in all, there's not much I dislike about Pipedrive yet. Oh, well... it is one of those tools (like so many on the market) with lots of upsells once you get in. The flexible pricing is great when just starting out but it doesn't feel good to be constantly thinking "do I need this upgrade, that upgrade, etc."

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Tracking sales (which I wasn't doing before) and actually doing sales activities - by doing this tracking, I am developing more deliberate processes, workflows, templates, etc.
2. Tracking lead quality by source - will help me when I work with my advertising partner to understand the quality of leads we're getting, from where
3. Building a lead pipeline - without tracking previously, sales were all ad hoc, now I'm starting a more deliberate process

I love that Pipedrive is easy to use and it only took me an hour to completely integrate with my business. The customer support team is always there to help with any issues that arise. There are so many features that could be used to advance my business, but the straightforward approach Pipedrive uses is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The only thing I dislike about Pipedrive is how the email sync isn't available on the lowest plan. I don't want to spend more than $24 per month on the service and I feel like the email sync should be a basic feature. At the end of the day, I get that they want more people on the higher plans, so I see why they wouldn't want to offer the email sync at the lower tiers.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive allows me to have all of my current sales I am working on in one spot. It is easy to manage all of the sales I have going on, and I can set reminders for when I want to do certain tasks within each individual sale or lead. I have already landed 5 sales and they have been huge! Without Pipedrive, I wouldn't have been able to keep them organized because I have talked to so many people.

I love that I can really customize my CRM with the information I use in my industry. The simplicity to customize and organize my pipeline to how I like it and makes sense to me it is great.

One downside that I experience is that I am not able to view commission value as its own separate total. I can only view the total of over sale prices I have in my pipeline.

I like the ease of use of Pipedrive. I use the leads dashboard a lot, as I'm interested in knowing how many leads we have and how much revenue we are generating to have more data about our sales.

Now we move to another system because it has better integrations with other applications like Apollo. The integration must be easy, simple, without the need to use APIs.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

There are several features I really think sets Pipedrive apart from the other CRMs I have used in the past.  First, I like that it was super easy to download (web and app) and immediately use with limited training and integration. I like that it is so intuitive about the sales process and is scalable depending on sales type.  Since implementation, I am using both the web and app multiple times per day and it is truly keeping up with my sales on the fly. I also have found that I appreciate the customer support services. They have been there when I needed them, but haven't occupied my time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Compared to the other CRMs I have used, this seems to be leagues above the rest.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved all of our issues with our prior CRM system.  It works and updates in real time, on the fly. That is such a HUGE time savings.  I think I am winning more deals!

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

My single-most favourite feature of Pipedrive is how it prompts the user to create follow-up activities whenever you complete an activity. This action-driven approach is extremely helpful in keeping momentum on driving sales forwards, and is the reason I chose Pipedrive over other CRM options. Each time I complete a sales activity I get a dual sense of accomplishment from checking a task off, and motivation from defining what my next action will be.
Additionally, I like the UI which is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. I also like the distinction between leads and deals which aligns very well with my mental model for sales. It is also fast, and easy to use, and was quick to set up for my needs.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

What I dislike about Pipedrive is that the side menu on some pages has buttons for features that are not available in my subscription tier. I find these distracting, and I wish they could be hidden. I also dislike that "new activity created" is not available as a trigger event for integration with Asana, so it is not possible (AFAIK) to automate new task creation in Asana when I create a new activity in Pipedrive.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Pipedrive is solving is being a single source of truth for capturing contact and lead information on the fly, and management of this information as they convert into deals. The forms and UI make this easy and a pleasure to use.

I appreciate that Pipedrive is pretty easy to get started with and offers a simple solution for CRM needs, avoiding the complexity and excess of more extensive systems like Salesforce. It's great for basic tasks, functioning effectively as a glorified spreadsheet.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I find Pipedrive lacks flexibility, particularly in how information can flow in and out of the system. It doesn't support seamless data integration as well as I'd hoped. While Zapier offers some workaround capabilities, I wish these features were more inherent within Pipedrive itself. Additionally, I find the product more of an advanced spreadsheet rather than a sophisticated CRM because it doesn't match the complexity of others like Salesforce, yet it's not free. I feel that Pipedrive should either offer more advanced features to justify its cost or be available for free due to its simplicity.

The user interface is extremely simple and allows an 'at a glance' view of your sales pipeline. You can also customise the side ribbon to remove anything that is irrelevant which provides a very clean interface when compared to other CRMs. 

I also love the fact that it doesn't attempt to be something it isn't. It is literally plug and play with a very easy edit to the sales pipelines if required. We used it right out of the gate and have found it invaluable in our daily business to keep on top of opportunities.

Client support is exceptional - all questions are answered quickly. We have also found integrations to work very well with other platforms (we integrate with Zapier to Google Calendar and others).

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Email integration/inbox could be better from a labelling perspective. It would be great to have the ability to create email subfolders to 'file' away the inbox so it could be used standalone. This would keep sales teams 'in the box' entirely within the CRM on a daily basis and encourage better overall usage of the software.

Overall view of the business opportunities and management of existing contracts including provision of detailed notes and communication trail.
