**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love the ease of Pipedrive and that it is not over complicated. I use it for my sales job, and it helps me keep organized with the deals I'm working on and the different stages other deals are in. It also automatically reminds me when I need to follow up with a customer. I switched from Salesforce, and the initial setup was very easy to learn, plus all of our information synced very easily. We recommend it to others in our field all the time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would like a better way to track my phone calls. It does not let me just write notes about a call I already had. It prompts me to make a new phone call every time so I resort to just using the notes feature instead of the phone feature.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive keeps me organized with deals and stages, and automatically reminds me to follow up with customers. It's easy to use, not overcomplicated, and allows quick access to needed information, unlike my previous CRM.

Switched form vanillasoft to pipedrive and the best thing is that if I miss a day of work any calls, tasks, demos or events set for the day I was absent are still available to me

when completing a call i get a pop up to schedule next activity if i do anything other than the hours or days suggested it doesn’t show up on my calendar

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like the simplicity and design of Pipedrive. Creating leads, contacts, and deals is super easy. I can quickly and easily make entries on the go. Pipedrive also offers me a good overview of leads and open projects as well as key figures. The synchronization with Outlook is very helpful for me in sales, as it allows contacts to be automatically saved on the smartphone. The initial setup of Pipedrive was quite easy, and I found my way around immediately.

Currently, I have nothing negative to report.

The one thing Pipedrive is lacking is complex customer/prospect relationships. I also was only able to associate one contact to one company. It also lacked parent/child/grandchild relationship structures.

It is solving the issue of managing teams during the sales pipeline and helps us identify regions where we may be lacking in distribution which helps drive sales strategy.

The integration with other tools, such as Google Calendar and Google Workspace, is one of the features I appreciate the most, as they allow me to stay focused. Pipedrive offers an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing platform that flows smoothly, making it enjoyable to use. The clean UI, combined with drag-and-drop features and ample breathing room, ensures that information doesn't feel cluttered. There are clever ways of presenting necessary information, no matter where I am within the CRM. I'm also very satisfied with the extensive automations and customizations available, which allow me to tailor the CRM to my needs. Whenever I need advice, the support team is readily available to assist. Additionally, I've successfully integrated Pipedrive with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Gmail, which enhances its usability. The initial setup was extremely easy, with a comprehensive setup guide resembling Shopify, followed by a helpful video call with a Pipedrive representative. Overall, it's a stellar start for our first CRM experience.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like Pipedrive's simplicity and the support we've had. It didn't take me long to actually pick up using the tool. It's a really valuable tool for managing your pipeline from a very early stage lead right through to closed won or lost, and it's really helpful for forecasting as well. Pipedrive helps automate all of that. The initial setup was very easy, and we received structured training with ongoing support.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I definitely find the part around external marketing in Pipedrive challenging. People have to double opt-in for GDPR.

I use Pipedrive to centralize duplicate leads, simplifying our spreadsheet chaos. It's great for managing sales pipelines from leads to closed deals and helps automate forecasting figures for management.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like using this platform because it keeps everything organized and actionable. Keeps us accountable and on task.  once we customized it to fit our organization, we can monitor every lead and action throughout the process. It is not a magic software that if you buy it you will get customers, however if you manage it and follow through with scheduling and tracking its sure to make an impact. We currently dont use all the features but will likely expand them as time goes on.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There is a lot of features you have to pay extra for.  Nice thing is you can Al a cart them instead of having to pay for a ton of features one may not use, but some things seem like it would be nice if they were included.

This helps us track all our contacts and not waste time on dead ends.

I like how I can set a time and day to remind myself and also keep it categorized as to when I did the last activity to talk to the client. We love Pipedrive and have stuck with it since we first used it. The initial setup was very easy, even though it took some learning.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I think Pipedrive could be better with faster upload times for transferring customer info, rather than taking a day. I would also like to see more integration of AI with Pipedrive.

Pipedrive helps me follow up at the right time and schedule tasks to maintain client relationships. I like setting reminders and categorizing when I last interacted with clients.

user friendly and versatility of use. The tutorials are helpful and its also very customizable. I like that theres an app also so i can stay on top of my work at all times

There are certain things i do wish we could already change with the free version like there are small things that i wish i could change to really make the CRM personalized as possible 

offer templates and things like that

its sollving the practicality issue of google sheets. Eventually i will have a big book of business that will make my google sheest obsolete and hard to track and even with the reminders I wanna set in place it will get confusing and i will lose track of it. Pipedrive fixes this for me and can scale for another 2-3 years

I like Pipedrive's connectivity with different embedded apps, which makes it really versatile for me. It's also very easy to use, which is a big plus. The initial setup was pretty easy, making the transition smooth for our small team.

It could have more flexibility on how to build custom pipelines. It would be good to customely add actions when something on the pipeline happens. Certain automations like sending auto emails is not possible.

The customization of the funnel and other parts of the system is something I value greatly because I can tailor Pipedrive to my tastes and preferences, allowing me to make changes to my funnel, stages, types of activities, and other custom fields, creating a very user-friendly environment. I also found that the cost-benefit ratio is excellent, especially with the Lite plan, which has everything I need at a very affordable cost. Although the initial setup process was complex in the first 60 days, I found it intuitive thanks to YouTube videos that helped me learn to use it better. Additionally, the integration with tools like Google Calendar, Google email, and Chat GPT is fantastic.
