What do you like best about GetResponse?

It is highly user friendly just by drag-and-drop email building becomes fast and accurate. It allows us generate thousand different emails templates in seconds.

It also have seamless analytic and reporting dashboard that keeps us updated on maters marketing and campaign in all channels.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse makes email marketing very easy for us. The automation workflows are clean and intuitive, so it’s simple to set up sequences without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how landing pages, pop-ups, and email campaigns are all in one place, which helps us save time and keeps everything connected. The deliverability we are getting is just great. What do you dislike about GetResponse?

GetResponse is a great email tool, but I feel there are times when the reports feel less in-depth. Also, I felt that many times, customisation options in the templates were limited. The pricing is on the high end, as the email list increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

As someone who manages email marketing for several clients, I find the drag-and-drop builder to be a real lifesaver. It allows me to quickly create branded templates without needing to consult a designer each time. The workflows are also very intuitive, enabling me to set up onboarding sequences, product reminders, and nurturing campaigns within minutes. What do you like best about GetResponse?

What I like most is the quality of the human support. I recently needed to migrate from a Gmail account to a professional domain for my educational project, Mandala Mastery Workshops México. The process could have been confusing, but Peter from the support team provided clear and patient guidance. Within minutes, I confirmed my new email and started fresh with confidence. What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The only aspect that felt slightly confusing was the transition process between accounts. At first, I wasn’t sure if my institutional address had duplicated my workspace or replaced it. A bit more clarity during the switch would have helped. However, thanks to support, it was resolved quickly. Other than that, everything else has been smooth and intuitive. What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse has been amazing for our business. The implementation & integration is really easy and there are tons of tutorials which help you set everything up. We use it on a day to day basis for our email marketing. All features that we need are covered and the prices are the cheapest we could find. Customer Support is great too. They even send you hand-made video recordings if you have a specific question about a feature that isn't explained elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Some things were a bit difficult to understand at first (like the fact that if you add contacts via API you need to make sure to add them to the autoresponder list seperately, otherwise the Auto Responder won't work), but that was mainly our own mistake and was easily fixed by their support team. The system is not very intuitive; it would be very useful to provide a list of steps to follow if we want to perform specific actions. For example: to create a newsletter, you need to follow these steps, or to connect GetResponse with your landing page. What do you like best about GetResponse?

I run a 27-year-old company, and despite many attempts over the years, I never managed to fully commit to a mass mailing/email marketing platform. Relying on organic, individual emails slowed down our business significantly—and worse, some messages were flagged as spam for no valid reason.

Recently, I decided to test several email marketing programmes. While some looked appealing and were cheaper, I quickly and almost effortlessly adapted to GetResponse—which honestly surprised me. That ease of adoption is a testament to the platform’s design: everything is built to be intuitive and user-friendly. There’s also a wealth of information available, so you can grow as advanced as you like, yet the system remains straightforward and accessible.

I’ve come to truly respect the company—not only for how they run their business, but also for how they explain, guide, and support customers through webinars and resources.

The customer support team is outstanding. I received lightning-fast, clear, and complete responses to my questions. On one occasion, they even recorded a custom video during a live chat to resolve my issue instantly. That level of service is extraordinary. Having trained hundreds of people in complaint handling and communication myself, I can confidently say their support sets a benchmark in the industry. The only way it could get better would be if someone from GetResponse visited me in person with their laptop!

There's lots of ways to learn how to use GetResponse. The videos are clear and engaging and show how easy it is to use. When I needed support, it was very easy to get in touch with an agent. The personal touch was fantastic, even creating little videos for me to specifically show me how to do what I couldn't work out. Was not expecting that! A really great way to welcome newbies like me.
