"Strong Value for Money but Needs Tagging Improvement"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I like the organization and the visuals for GetResponse. It makes it easy to ensure I'm sending emails to the right people and makes it easy to track my campaigns. The analytics are very efficient. I appreciate how GetResponse makes it easy to get organized when communicating with customers, especially for sending promotions, software updates, or special product releases. The pricing is very clear, with non-confusing tiers, which makes it easy for me to know what to choose as a business owner. GetResponse was pretty solid for the price compared to other services I've used before, like Kit, Constant Contact, and ActiveCampaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The tagging system in GetResponse isn't very efficient. It's a bit complicated when working with different lists and tagging users, especially the way automation works. It was sometimes difficult to organize and follow through with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One GetResponse Powerhouse, but Advanced Features and Reporting Cost More"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

The best aspect of get response platform is it offers a very strong combination of email marketing automation landing pages webinar and a CRM style customer engagement tool all bringing under a single platform drag and drop email builder is very much intuitive and their automation workflows are also very flexible this platform is overall beginner friendly still supporting the advanced campaigns their features like auto responders and audience segmentation and AI assisted content generation 2 web hosting and conversion funnels make this platform very much useful for sales and marketing teams and the sales enablement team of growing businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Some of their advanced automation and ecommerce features are hidden behind the expensive high-tier plans, which significantly increases the cost at or business as it is scaling. Their user interface is generally clean, but certain workflow section needs to be polished, which is a bit complex for first-time users who are using a large number of tools in this space. Reporting customisation should also be deeper hints at certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Marketing Solution with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I use GetResponse for email marketing, marketing automation, landing page creation, lead generation, and ecommerce marketing. It helps me run campaigns, nurture leads, recover abandoned carts, host webinars, and track performance all in one platform. GetResponse solves several key marketing problems for our business. It lets us create and send professional email campaigns without technical skills. It helps capture leads with landing pages and forms, and nurtures them with automation workflows. It unifies email, automation, and basic ecommerce tools in one place, so we don’t need multiple separate platforms. It also tracks campaign performance clearly, helping us improve results efficiently. What I like most about GetResponse is that it’s an all-in-one marketing platform that combines email marketing, automation, landing pages, and lead generation in one easy-to-use solution. It’s simple enough for quick daily tasks but powerful enough to run full marketing campaigns, saving us time and letting us manage everything without switching between tools. The email marketing editor and marketing automation workflows are extremely valuable. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to design professional emails without coding. The automation tools let us nurture leads and follow up with customers automatically, saving a lot of manual work. I also really appreciate the landing page builder—it’s fast to set up high-converting pages to grow our email list. Having all these tools in one place keeps our marketing consistent and efficient. The initial setup of GetResponse was so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

A few areas could be better: Some advanced automation features are less flexible compared to other tools. The reporting dashboard could be more intuitive and visually clear. Certain template designs look a bit outdated. Integrations with some third-party tools can also be slow or limited. Customer support can sometimes take longer to reply during busy periods. "Easy to Use, Great Templates, and Fast, Helpful Support"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

It’s very easy to work with, and it offers a lot of templates that I can use. It also integrates smoothly with my other services. The price is very accessible for all the features it comes with. Whenever I’ve run into an issue, the support team has been very helpful and has resolved the problem within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Probably the only issues I’ve found that affect me are that the automations and the landing page builder feel limited. Don’t get me wrong—it does the job, but I’d really love more options and flexibility when creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and User-Friendly Email Marketing"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

I like that GetResponse is easy to use with its integrated forms, lists, and stats. I also appreciate the ability to embed forms that connect directly to the email list and the ease of uploading tags for creating segments. Additionally, the automated email function is a great feature. Another reason we prefer GetResponse is that it is more reasonably priced compared to other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The reporting in Google Analytics is often off...email traffic is lost and recorded as unassigned or indirect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Marketing Platform with Powerful Automation and Built-In Webinars"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

All-in-one marketing platform – It combines email marketing, automation, landing pages, webinars, forms, and CRM-style features in one tool, which reduces the need for multiple platforms.

Powerful automation workflows – The visual automation builder is intuitive and allows for advanced, behavior-based campaigns (tags, triggers, scoring), even for non-technical users.

Strong email deliverability – GetResponse has a solid reputation for inbox placement, which is critical for campaign performance.

Easy-to-use email and landing page builders – Drag-and-drop editors with ready-made templates make it quick to launch campaigns without design skills.

Built-in webinars – A standout feature compared to many competitors, useful for lead generation, onboarding, and product demos without extra software.

Good analytics and reporting – Clear insights into open rates, clicks, conversions, and automation performance help optimize campaigns effectively.

Scales well for growing businesses – Suitable for small teams but capable enough for more complex marketing needs as a business grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

1.Pricing can get high as you grow

The cost increases significantly when you need more contacts or want higher-tier features like automation, webinars, or advanced analytics.

2. Learning curve for advanced features

While basic email campaigns are easy to set up, some of the more powerful automation and segmentation tools take time to master.

3. Interface feels a bit dated in places

Some users find the UI less modern and fluid compared with newer platforms, which can make navigation feel clunky.

4. Split testing limitations

A/B testing isn’t as robust as some competitors — for instance, it might lack multivariate testing or deeper experimental controls.

5. Support quality varies

Some users report that support responsiveness and expertise can vary depending on time of day or plan tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and great email marketing tool"
What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse makes email marketing very easy for us. The automation workflows are clean and intuitive, so it’s simple to set up sequences without feeling overwhelmed. I also like how landing pages, pop-ups, and email campaigns are all in one place, which helps us save time and keeps everything connected. The deliverability we are getting is just great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

GetResponse is a great email tool, but I feel there are times when the reports feel less in-depth. Also, I felt that many times, customisation options in the templates were limited. The pricing is on the high end, as the email list increases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
