Sequences are inclusive of different channels of messaging like Call, Email, Linkedin Voice, Video, Whatsapp etc. I also find it very productive when Amplemarket lets me skip a step if it wasn't completed within a designated about of days. Some basic features like moving the prospect to a certain stage, out of a OOO pause, or simply editing an email after it's scheduled without cancelling are a big miss. Also, the team that does the account management for the company I work for is easy to reach, and the support team is very prompt. We switched from Lemlist to Amplemarket mainly because of the signal feature that we got with Amplemarket and that was not available in Lemlist. The initial setup was done with the help of the New Biz account managers in hours, which made it not too complicated.
