Sequences are inclusive of different channels of messaging like Call, Email, Linkedin Voice, Video, Whatsapp etc. I also find it very productive when Amplemarket lets me skip a step if it wasn't completed within a designated about of days. I started using it 3 months ago and feel super confident in using it everyday. Amplemarket's customer support team is also very responsive. Linkedin Integration is definitely good, needs improvement. Some basic features like moving the prospect to a certain stage, out of a OOO pause, or simply editing an email after it's scheduled without cancelling are a big miss. Amplemarket is very strong at combining prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and AI-driven personalization in a single workflow. The data quality is solid, setup is fast, and it significantly reduces the time required to go from ICP definition to outbound execution. The AI-assisted messaging is especially useful for scaling first-touch personalization without sacrificing relevance, and integrations with CRM and email providers are reliable. I really like the AI factor for creating sequences. The Duo feature that writes personalized sequences for leads with identified intent is also a big plus for me. Many companies provide AI-generated messages, but Amplemarket does it better. The intent data is something we can put together with our own signals at the company. The company is kind of in its infancy right now, so it is still developing some abilities like being able to modify contact data or enter 1-off tasks completed. I want to be able to do everything I can do in Salesforce with a lead or contact, right within Amplemarket so that I don't have to go into Salesforce and duplicate what I've already done. I like Amplemarket's ability for massive outreach and its integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce. It's a great tool to find valuable prospects and follow up with them. I love the AI outreach aspect, especially the Duo Copilot signals. This has helped me book one or two extra meetings per month, helping me reach quotas quicker. I would to see the team have a bigger focus on ensuring current workflows are as efficient and effective as possible before adding all of these new features. The ability to edit emails has been something that we've been thinking about for over five months, and that's something that still hasn't been fixed. Fixing little bugs in the dialer, viewing / sharing call links, speed of data enrichment, etc.. Finally, for prospecting, being able to have more intel on lead's current role and the description of their their day-to-day from LinkedIn would be huge for nailing down top prospects. Calls are quite a good option, but I think they could integrate AI options that transcribe the conversation and provide us with useful information for market analysis. I would like that every time a call ends, the record of the conversation could be generated by AI, since sometimes when writing the notes yourself, they may not be saved properly if not done correctly. I use Amplemarket for outbound processes, and I like how easy it is to use. Creating sequences is very intuitive, and there are lots of different signals to use to find prospects. I really like the Unibox feature, which lets me see where responses come from and understand statistics about how well my outbound sequences perform. It helps me keep track of people I reach out to. I also like the web button because when viewing a profile, it lets me take action on a prospect easily and quickly. The Unibox makes it easy to see who is responding and to what, and gives me easy options to respond. Sequence creation feels natural and easy to follow, and I like the different paths based on conditions like LinkedIn connection acceptances. The web button is a neat feature because it lets me easily sequence individuals I find on LinkedIn without visiting Amplemarket's website. The initial setup of Amplemarket was very easy. Finding old sequences is sometimes challenging. I wish there was a better catalog feature to search for previous sequences. Sometimes when responding to prospects if you click out of the chat via email, the whole window disappears. I appreciate Amplemarket because it solves problems like LinkedIn automation, which other tools couldn't handle. I love that it lets me automate connection requests and messages easily. The amazing signals feature is incredibly helpful, showing me the perfect time to reach out to prospects. Amplemarket even creates personalized sequences, tailored to individual personas, making it super effective. The CSM team was amazing during setup, helping us get up to speed quickly, even at a large scale. Compared to other platforms, Amplemarket performs better, and I give it a 10 out of 10.
