Everything. Switching from Quickbase has been easy and my company is saving a TON of money. Tadabase has all the features we used on quickbase and more. Its also easier to use. The BEST part is the customer service. If I have a question or dont know how to do something, first I ask the AI. 75% of the time I get the information I need. If the AI cant help then I message customer service and they respond quickly with the information I need. Today Tim helped me set up a custom domain name for my app. Even though my question was on information to put into the Domain Hosting website he was happy to help and got my issue solved quickly.

This app is a must have for any small buisness. It's extremely customizable for any use-case while being easy enough to use that someone with no coding/website/app design background can easily and efficently make a powerful tool. 10/10 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tested several different database platforms, and Tadabase best served our needs. We were able to build custom workflows and dashboards depending on the permissions each employee should have. Our onsite techs have a clean dashboard that makes perfect sense, while our office staff can see overall job statuses.

What I like best is how flexible and customizable it is. Our business has had multiple changes in our operations, and we quickly adapted in nearly real-time. I don't have much to complain about, but having dedicated phone support would be awesome if I had to choose one thing. The chat is super responsive, especially Tim, Lee, and Chem always answer my questions, but calling a dedicated support rep would solve our questions quicker. Ease of use. Once you understand the platform's power and what a database can do for your business, you open the door to the ultimate competitive advantage. We've been able to do the work of multiple developers with no-code, and since our requirements constantly evolve, we continue to build and iterate. We started with some simple requirements for a database and now have over 6 unique portals. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Tadabase and excited for what is to come. I can't say there is anything I dislike about Tadabase. I would like to see further improvements on certain features, especially PDFs and reporting, but overall, I am super happy with the platform and Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tadabase has made excel useless!

Since I could create apps for my factory, I could digitalize many processes and communication for my employees and, more importantly, give them autonomy to do their jobs.

With Tadabase only, I was able to create (I) a production app to run all the clothing manufacturing processes; (II) an internal HR for my employees to access their invoices and other infos; (III) a pricing system to help calculate clothing costs and update them quickly when a fabric or other price point necessity; (IV) one app exclusive for integration with one of our leading clients, which is a digital graphic, so we can receive their orders using an API.

I was able to build this by myself since April 2020, when I discovered Tadabase, after using Trello in its full capacity. And before that, I also tried Smartsheet and Bubble.

I think that Tadabase got me covered so well because I was more focused on data management, although customer experience or user-friendliness of the app.

Maybe the design-builder could be easier... As I'm not very concerned about design and UX, my apps are not the best in style. If you know CSS, HTML and Javascript, you will overcome this with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say enough good things about Tadabase! As someone with little to no coding experience, I was blown away by how easy it was to build my own application using the platform. What's more, the Tadabase support team has been nothing short of amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and they went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot any issues I faced. Despite some initial challenges with wire framing and project structuring, I was able to create a prototype that has already attracted multiple users. "I think Tadabase is great for building custom applications without needing to know how to code, but I do have one suggestion for improvement. As a noob, I find it tough to make my application look really polished and professional. I'm not a designer, so I struggle to dive into custom CSS. I love the limitless possibilities. It isn't a question of if, but a question of how you can do that with Tadabase. The connections to API (pipes) that Tadabase can offer is the killer feature. Add that to an easy builder UI and their "no-code" components, you are going to a create an app fast and simply. Don't let the "no-code" label scare you. The apps rarely turn out fancy. There is a no frill design to the Tadabase platform. Not that this is a bad piece, just it doesn't create, at least out of the box, really beautiful designs. With many subscription based applications on the market designated for our specific industry, finding a Customer sign in portal to fit our exact needs wasn't easy. Using Tadabase's user friendly pre-built templates as a foundation, we were able to modify and customize our app all the way down to the smallest functions. It's been a couple months since we've implemented our app and I can honestly say that we've been able to service more clients with greater attention in the same amount of hours of operation.
