**What do you like best about Vainu?**

I love how Vainu delivers accurate real-time company data and makes finding the right prospects fast and easy. I especially appreciate Vainu's intuitive interface and powerful filters, which makes navigating large amounts of data simple. The real-time company data and smart filters save us time and help our team personalize outreach. Vainu is a real reliable tool for data-driven growth. The initial setup was straightforward and the interface is intuitive, so getting the team onboard took minimal time.

Vainu can feel a bit overwhelming for new users and integration with some CRMs could be smoother. Minor data delays happen occasionally but overall it is very effective.

**What do you like best about Vainu?**

Stable platform, easy to implement, in which you can leverage detailed firmographic data to identify great accounts. But further gives you peace of mind that data is continuously being updated and synced on your existing accounts (through the hubspot integration), keeping your most important prospecting / customer data up-to date. This saves a lot of time. The team is also a pleasure to work with!

**What problems is Vainu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of keeping key data up to date across 300k+ accounts.
The tool further helps us identify competitors customers and other relevant account sgements helping us strategizing on high priority prospects in a efficient and systematic way.

**What do you like best about Vainu?**

The best thing about Vainu is its simplicity, that it is quick and easy to prospect. Analyze segments, target groups, create twins and prospect not only based on industry, number of employees, turnover, etc., but also based on Vainus' own "custom industry" and words or technology that companies have on their website. And also that you can monitor changes within twins and segments.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

I lack contact persons and contact details for decision makers at the companies, that would help even better.

No contact data. No filters for contacts when you have them. More filters from the old one would be nice to have like when you could filter companies established between certain dates etc.

I use Vainu to find people who make decisions of purchases. Vainu has a great database for that and it only takes seconds. I have used Vainu also at my previous job for the same reason.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

I don't have any complaints. The cellphone versions wasn't that good at first but nowadays it works fine.

**What problems is Vainu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do B2B and B2C sales and often I don't know who is the person that makes decisions. I can track that company or condominium from Vainus database and see the party i'm looking for.

Vainu helps our company to find the companies we want to find. Narrowing down the options for different targets groups is fast and easy. Data is sufficient and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

The one thing we would appreciate concerns financial data. Now Vainu shows  the data from only two previous years. It would be useful to narrow down to for instance companies that have grown for two, three or more years in a row.

Makes prospecting faster, more exact and more efficient. Time is saved when wrong kind of companies or wrong people are not contacted. Vainu also usually provides contact information of the people we want to contact.

I like the company 360 degree view a lot. It saves us a lot of time in the prospect research phase where the option otherwise would be to go to several different webpages to generate the same amount of information, if even possible, to gather all the information we find in Vainu within seconds, elsewhere.

Of course, everybody in sales wish for more contact information on companies. Still, within the EU we have the GDPR law to take into account and of course, we understand that it's difficult obtaining more contact information.

Vainu solves our problem of creating lists for sales to prospect, containing companies from our Ideal Customer Profile. It also helps us with the prospect research phase and the triggers that we need to look after at relevant companies so that we are there with our offer when it's likely to be wanted.

Easy to find the latest data on B2B companies. Dynamic lists make it possible to have a quick overview of companies / open deals at CRM. Easy to use, pleasant to view.

What I'm missing is more detailed personnel information. Now I'm using a lot of time to find the right decision-makers. Maybe more information about HRM / HRD / HR would be good.

Good tool to find industry and company information and quickly get an overview. Possibility to search by industry or company type as well as industry branch codes. It's also possible to integrate with other platforms if needed. We've also received good customer support from Vainu.

The user interface could be more appealing. It works well,  although it could be more exciting and possibly easier to read too. Not a problem or fault, but a plus if improved in the future.

There's a lot of features we haven't gotten around to using yet. We didn't really get started until quite late after signing the agreement.

Dynamic lists, the ability to search based on website content and through a long list of filters be able to zero in on your ideal customer and make better use of your time.

inability to search based on employee growth in norway, inability to show only results with employees and contact info listed.

The amount of data and easy access to it. Vainu is very easy to use. If you don´t know something or you have a problem, the guides will help you. If you still don´t know what to do, there is always someone in person to help you via chat - and fast!

Haven´t figured out it yet. Sometimes integration with CRM doesn't work as good as it should.

It is supereasy to make targetgroups and to add favourites. Great help when reaching out to companies - just use the Vainu list I created and save time only entering the reached ones, etc in our crm.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

Well, I do not see many downsides. Every now and then the information is not current to the tech stack a company is using, but that does not in itself make or break a deal posssibility.

**Recommendations to others considering Vainu:**

Make your lists workable, go top down, dont collect an entire country database :)

For instance - lets say I want to find the biggest 100 in a specific industry and be able to export them. Saves me time compared to working directly in our crm

**What do you like best about Vainu?**

It helps us to identify the buying window and the contacting angle. The signals give us up-to-date information about the changes of our prospects. Also, when finding new prospects we can import all the relevant business information to our CRM. This decreases manual work.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

Occasionally, the product is slow and we need to refresh whole page in order to continue what we were doing. Especially in cases when you have many filters are applied, the software's loading time is long. In addition, the amount of people's contact information is very limited in Vainu.

**Recommendations to others considering Vainu:**

It helps implementing Vainu, if you have an idea your ideal customer profile. This step is not necessary, but it helps a lot. I recommend that you import the list of your customers to Vainu for several reasons: you can filter existing customer out from searches, you can create signals for your customers so you know when there are changes.

Our sales team knows more about their prospects and get the latest insights from them. This information can be used when contacting the prospects and gives us a contacting angle. It gives us the idea when it is the best time to contact our prospects and what kind of technology they are using.

It is good that Vainu retrieves almost all the information I need through one search. This information includes the company's business ID, turnover and its changes, number of employees, information on recruitments, etc.

I am looking for companies that have made a positive result and have two or more employees. I also target searches by industry and also by geography. I am primarily looking for companies that have an acute need for recruitment or possibly a need for a skilled workforce in the future.

Vainu does automatically the search for news/current issues for the specific companies as you define, helps a lot to keep yourself up to date with clients. Vainu can draw up a lot of information together, saves a lot of time from searching different databases and combining data.

Still a bit tricky to get certain type of listings of companies with some criteria.

I dislike that there are no direct connections with marketing automation tooling like Phantombuster for chaining sales outreaches.

Lack of personnel data is a bit of a setback. One has to use both Vainu and a search engine to find new contacts and prospects properly.
