What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love how Pipedrive integrates with my emailing system and shows how many emails have been sent. This feature is valuable because it helps me avoid over-spamming my clients by tracking the touches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I would love if it could remind me when deals are getting old. I would love it if it could import information directly from an email thread. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Low learning curve. Customizable, add the fields you need. Sales teams have filterable views to stay on top of lead nurturing. Easy to see the status of all clients and filter by status. Reporting makes sales teams easy to supervise.

Their onboarding process provides a free live demo and Q&A before you're a customer. And when you sign up you'll get an Account Manager assigned who assists in implementation and training.

My client uses it for their admin and sales team. And I love being able to see all the current clients and their status as that is useful to me when I'm creating content and doing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I love the daily activities tab in Pipedrive because it helps me check all my client follow-up tasks so I don't miss out on anyone. The funnels feature is great for seeing where my prospects are in the process, which helps me know where to push them forward. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how Pipedrive allows email campaigns to be edited and managed on one platform without relying on other apps. I appreciate the click rate feedback feature, which helps in assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns. I also think Pipedrive manages CRM and campaigns well, making it easier to handle customer data and email marketing. The initial setup was very easy, and I find that to be a big plus. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is most helpful by helping me organize my sales workflow, tracking my activities and logging my email conversations for each deal. I find ease of mind by being able to see each deal I'm working on in one place. It saves me time because I don't have to create/type reports to my superiors. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The downside of using Pipedrive is that it can create "blindspots" if I've set an activity in the future but conditions change where the activity can be executed sooner than I anticipated. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It's not complicated, which makes it the most straightforward CRM tool I've tried. It doesn't require too much configuration, unlike other CRM tools. Setting up the workflow was quite straightforward too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I have been using Pipedrive for about a year to manage my pipeline of deals, and I really enjoy its capabilities. The initial setup was straightforward and not difficult, which speaks volumes about its user-friendly interface. Even though their customer support was good and someone helped me out, I found it easy enough to navigate without any assistance. Pipedrive has really helped me with time management by having everything in one place, and it offers a visually compelling way to manage my sales funnel. I particularly appreciate the pipeline lists and the ability to visualize deals from beginning to end, which enhances my understanding of the sales process. Another feature I find incredibly useful is the capability to create multiple pipelines, which I utilize for different business lines. I am also considering upgrading my subscription because I am quite satisfied with the service, provided the pricing remains reasonable.
