
I do like that Pipedrive takes care of most things automatically. It drastically saves time. I love that you can hook up email to it and it automatically tracks most communications and you can link any emails that it missed.
There are many parts of Pipedrive that are amazing. It is very feature rich for the price. It does the basics of everything you would need in a CRM. It isn't bloated with a million things and options which I like. Minimalist and gets the job done.
Starting to use Pipedrive and implementing the CRM is easy. You can start using it from day one. It doesn't require a ton of set-up unless you want super custom data entries.
I use Pipedrive fairly frequently. I haven't even been able to take complete advantage of the software. There is still a lot for me to do and streamline with automations.
I'd say Pipedrive is made very thoughtfully and there is great attention to detail in different places.

The app isn't the most user friendly. I wish it was a little more streamlined and had a better user experience. A little more intuitive would be great.
I don't like that Pipedrive is solely web-based. It gets lost in tabs easily.
I wish Pipedrive supported more services and had more integrations natively. Native SMS support would be amazing. However, it has great support for the big and main software that most use.
I would like the ability to change the structure / view of the pipelines. For example, I'd like to be able to stack two different sales pipelines on-top of each other. To have an overview of all pipelines and deals at the same time.
