What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I do like that Pipedrive takes care of most things automatically. It drastically saves time. I love that you can hook up email to it and it automatically tracks most communications and you can link any emails that it missed.

There are many parts of Pipedrive that are amazing. It is very feature rich for the price. It does the basics of everything you would need in a CRM. It isn't bloated with a million things and options which I like. Minimalist and gets the job done.

Starting to use Pipedrive and implementing the CRM is easy. You can start using it from day one. It doesn't require a ton of set-up unless you want super custom data entries.

I use Pipedrive fairly frequently. I haven't even been able to take complete advantage of the software. There is still a lot for me to do and streamline with automations.

I'd say Pipedrive is made very thoughtfully and there is great attention to detail in different places.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The app isn't the most user friendly. I wish it was a little more streamlined and had a better user experience. A little more intuitive would be great.

I don't like that Pipedrive is solely web-based. It gets lost in tabs easily.

I wish Pipedrive supported more services and had more integrations natively. Native SMS support would be amazing. However, it has great support for the big and main software that most use.

I would like the ability to change the structure / view of the pipelines. For example, I'd like to be able to stack two different sales pipelines on-top of each other. To have an overview of all pipelines and deals at the same time.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It was a reasonable product while we used it.We had a very good experience with pipedrive. It's a much better and simpler alternative to other CRMs and I would especially recommend it for smaller companies. Their email integration works extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Something to watch out for. Their terms of service state that if you login after cancelation it automatically renews your subscription. After this happened to us, despite explaining that we hadn't used the service in months and did not intend to reactivate, it was very difficult to get the situation fixed and required a long interaction with many customer service reps/managers.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The visual sales pipeline helps me see exactly where each deal stands at a glance, and the customizable stages mean I can adapt it to fit different workflows. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive for lead generation and as a CRM tool. It's simple to use, and the onboarding was fairly pain-free. I find the Deals section intuitive, and the Contacts layout is well designed and well structured. It allows me to manage my contacts, keep track of communications, and track opportunities. I also appreciate that it presents me with reports to share with the Board. I've used many CRM and lead gen tools before, and this suits me and my needs at the moment. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Our team has some members that never used a professional CRM solution prior to joining. I think its a testament to the quality of what Pipedrive delivers that most of them find the siftware easy and intuitive to use.

Also, I do like the fact that Pipedrive is easily customizable by the client, with no need to third parties to make it work for our particular use case (healthcare).

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I don't really have a feature or aspect of Pipedrive I would say is bad or malfunctions regularly.

I do think the Insights feature could be better and more robust, with more types of data we could link it to and even more options for graphics and visualizations.

Although Automations are extremely easy to use and offer a variety of possibilities, they could be even better, mainly with the logic and conditions available to the user.

For our location and use case, the other problems we find are related to either the billing in USD (we are in Brazil) or the difficulty of managing Deal participants (add or delete) via API endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
