Reply makes my life easier, especially when it comes to contacting attendees for trade shows before/during/after the events. During busy seasons, we have 4 shows a month and Reply makes e-mail marketing a breeze. I upload the full attendee list, set the messaging, frequency, how to handle replies, etc., and Reply does the rest of the work. Best of all it integrates beautifully with Gmail, so that all messages to/from my Reply blasts come straight into my Inbox!
Every now and again, there are some issues with "People" lists being uploaded. Sometimes I find myself having to upload the same list 3 or 4 times before the full list appears in the campaign. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, but it's the only negative I can think of.
Having never used any other email automation tool, I can't say how it relates functionally... but for the price, I'm not sure there's a better or easier to use option out there.
Without Reply, I was manually sending e-mails to a subset of lists. I was doing manual e-mail blasts! It was brutal and took a lot of time. Reply makes it possible for me to load a full list into its system, compose the messaging, and like the Ron Popeil Rotisserie Oven, "Set it and Forget It!"
