"Streamlined B2B Orders but Setup Is Challenging"
What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

I like how Salesforce Commerce for B2B lets our customers order on their own with the right pricing. They don't need to call or send emails for repeat orders; they just log in and reorder and it's done. This self-service online portal has really improved our ordering process by reducing delays and mistakes that came from manual and fragmented ordering methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

The main downside for me is that it's not quick and simple to set up. A lot of configuration is needed around products and pricing. The setup is quite complex and time-consuming. Pricing, product catalogs, and customer rules are not very intuitive to configure, and integration with ERP systems requires a lot of technical effort. A better guided setup, simpler pricing management, and more out-of-the-box integrations would make it easier to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

I start with saying that Salesforce commerce makes handling complex catalogs and negotiated pricings much easier. The software connects smoothly with our CRM, so my team & i can see our customer history, offers we provided and price details. IT also supports multiple storefronts, which helps us manage different regions without duplicating efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

It's very minimal. To point out, I'd say, some features feel buries in the menus, so it takes extra efforts to find and use it when needed. also hard when training new employees. The reporting tool is not very intuitive, we often have to export data to Excel or Gsheet while sharing the report. sometimes page loadings takes a longer time which leave us frustate. other than these its all good. "Powerful B2B Commerce Platform with Robust Features and Some Complexity"
What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

What I appreciate most about Salesforce Commerce for B2B is its ability to streamline complex business purchasing processes while still delivering a smooth, consumer-like experience. The platform offers robust tools for handling extensive catalogs, custom pricing, and account-based purchasing, all on a highly scalable foundation. I also value how seamlessly it integrates with CRM, Service, and Marketing Cloud, which helps create a comprehensive view of customers and their interactions. The self-service features enable buyers to manage their orders, quotes, and reorders at any time, boosting efficiency for both buyers and sellers. Additionally, its high level of customization allows businesses to adapt experiences for various segments or partners. In summary, it transforms traditional B2B commerce into a more agile, data-driven, and customer-centric environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

While Salesforce Commerce for B2B offers robust capabilities, there remain areas where it could be enhanced. The platform’s flexibility often introduces a level of complexity, particularly when it comes to customizing advanced workflows or managing integrations. For newcomers, the initial setup and data modeling can be daunting without a strong technical background. Optimizing performance for extremely large catalogs or handling high-traffic scenarios may also demand additional configuration. Furthermore, some features still seem more oriented toward B2C needs, so B2B-specific functions like contract pricing or bulk order management could be made more user-friendly. Licensing costs might also pose a challenge for smaller businesses. Nevertheless, Salesforce is consistently improving the platform, and with each update, it becomes easier to create modern and efficient B2B commerce solutions. "Great Improvements in Commerce Lightning, but Licensing and Integration Need Work"
What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

We are on Cloudcraze version transitioning to Commerce lighting. What I like the mist about new lightning version is the out of box core objects shared across platforms and the inclusion of agentforce innovations for Commerce. Both are not available for Cloudcraze version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

Licensing is confusing and integration with marketing cloud is not native even in lightning version. Cloudcraze version dislike list too long to list, but soon no longer relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Experience, using it for disposables E-store"
What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

We use it to make it easier for our Customers to order disposables for some of our products. It's only a small range of disposable items (less than 500), but is helps us saving costs by automating processes and it helps our Customers too as they can place their orders at a point of a click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2B?

We've got a bit of a challenge when integrating it with our Order Management system which is not Salesforce, but from other provider. But we were kind of expecting this, so nothing to do with E-Conmerce product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
