Salesforce offers a very publicly recognized product. The tool provides a lot of solutions at an enterprise level.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?**

Salesforce is very tough to learn their language and nuances. Not accessible to onboard tech-lite users. The tool is ok to use for out-of-the-box instances but customizing the software for an enterprise solution requires a lot of customization. Development vendors recommended by Salesforce are not helpful and cost more time and money than hiring additional in-house resources.

Knowledge base, marketing cloud solutions, interaction studio, and service cloud.

I like the workflows. That is one consitency I have always liked and can follow easily with Salesforce B2B.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?**

The errors that can pop up when there are certain types of prices of infomation needed to complete a full workflow. It would be helpful to have a checklist to follow to complete each workflow. That way even the newest employee can see what they are missing to complete a workflow quickly and easily.

Definitely the top candidate when choosing a CRM tool.

I am errors pop up when I try to complete a workflow when I make a sale for a company. 
The best part of Salesforce is having every piece of info needed for the company on one page, i.e. contact info, product list, competitors, and where in the sales process the company is at. It makes is super helpful to have all of that information right there and to eventually complete the sale/workflow with ease.

The classic version is more complex to customize than other platforms. The newer B2B Commerce based on Lightning is much simpler but still lacks functiinality expected.

Enable self service for B2B customers in order to reduce operation costs  and to enable customers to have access to a platform thatbcan serve them 24/7 without requiring interaction with a Sales or Service Agent. It is very helpful that the solution is SaaS based and has a great deal of "out of the box" features that you can use right away with little configuration.  You can get your sight up and running quickly.

Customization of the product, since it is a SaaS application any customizations need to be carefully thought through and will require re-work if you upgrade.

we were replacing a legacy commerce solution that was built by the client in house and was being sunsetted, we were able to get up and running quickly and the client is able to configure new customers quickly and manage the product catalog easily.

Salesforce provides a big scale commercial enterprise with a wide scope of business tools. This application not only helps to accumulate information and collect all information at a fixed position. Billing and invoices are never easy to operate before using this software. Customers can purchase and there is an option of reselling all purchased articles. It serves to amend the product quality and manage to arrange all the selling articles in a single course. Mobile edition is likewise available to fit the forward motion for further communication.

One affair that is lacking is its inability to order in volume. This application can manage and store the files, but unable to drive home at once. I must observe the relevant file to send. Salesforce software is for large scale businesses so small venders can’t handle it properly and can be costly for them. Online service depends on the good internet connection there is no offline option to apply.

I’m truly filled and happy for its eternal benefits. My line of work is growing as I’m passing an employee in a mobile society. My sales, Billing, and invoices are easily doable and it supplies heavy communication with my team to collaborate new details and estimates. An excellent source of information that can help to choose what’s good for my line of work.

Maximal scalability, integration potential, updates, low use of coding, excellent automation, a supportive community and continous innovation (AI) are some advantages/aspects that make SFCC a great product to implement in mid-large eCom  businesses. Additionally, the capability to also use Sales, Marketing or Sevice Cloud in the same ecosystem makes it a very powerful business tool.

Storefront UI/UX can be sleeker, and also the speed/performance of the sandbox enivorment could use a little bit of improvement since a lot of testing is done there from consultants and developers.

As an implementing consultant of the SF B2B Commerce Cloud I can say that businesses have found this platform very helful to reduce the costs of sales, manage leads/accounts, offer a better custumer service and increasing the productivity of their employees. I like the flexibility of the tool, the connectivity to the SaleForce.com platform, the ability to quickly adjust our products and pricing to match our supply and current situations.  It is highly configurable and the multi-lingual capabilities are critical in our European market.
The ability to integrate with our background ERP/Sales Systems was great... had several options around pricing too.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?**

Not too many downsides, we have some disconnected B2B platforms that are in other regions and this is a much more complete and stronger solution.  The disconnection in our other systems, does not provide the value that this solution does on the SalesForce platform... and our ability to share that information (and customer data) with other apps.

Look at the needs in your markets and assess the tool against those requirements...

We wanted a global platform that can be used in markets where smaller retailers can purchase directly from us.   The cost to serve is low and it allows us to have a professional solution that is Amazon-like for our retailers,  It provides the capabilities we need and flexibility to have a common look and feel across global markets while still customizing as necessary.

I worked on cloudcraze ecommerce cloud.salesforce commerce cloud is not merely a medium to run online business,it is future-rich cloud-based ecommerce platform that gives confidence to businesses to create intelligent and thought-provoking shopping experiences for customers across all channels like mobile, web, social, store, etc .Customers can easily access products through stores.All the internal users of organization and people outside the organization can access the shopping experience through customized,rich,mobile friendly ecommerce portal .

It was a tool that was an overall integrator. At Safran which had a huge number of clients, employees, and backlog around the world. It was well integrated and easily accessible to all persons with permission access.

For me, salesforce was an excellent tool for a large company like Safran. Having access to almost every single information about your customer and competitor. 

However, a version of this for an SME's would be perfect. I do feel however the price of subscription for Salesforce would be a bit expensive. 

A light version of this would be perfect for small enterprises.

For me, salesforce was an excellent tool for a large company like Safran. Having access to almost every single information about your customer and competitor.

As a market analyst at Safran, we were able to solve the problem of not knowing which products were performing better than the other. With salesforce we were able to get live information from the front office to back.  This allowed for more accurate decision making.
We were also able to communicate with our other departments worldwide by updating leads and opportunities.
We could also easily find sales managers that were owners of opportunities and contact them.

CloudCraze is by far the best solution out there for b2b commerce. It comes with all the most important features customers expect from a modern eCommerce solution. It comes with a robust, configurable data model and UI and can be integrated with external systems such as ERPs.

UI comes with templates but most customers require heavy customizations to the front end. It also does not support offline payment methods which is something we run into all the time in the b2b space.

Quick to get up and running.  Lots of out of the box functionality.  Great solution for a company that wants to start to automate the purchasing process for their business customers.  Low barriers to entry to get started quickly with B2B e-commerce.

More of an issue with solutions built on Salesforce than Cloud Craze specifically, BUT it is too easy to abandon software development processes and principals.  If your development team is not disciplined enough, developers move code between environments without checking in/out of a code repository.  Too hard to roll back, and too easy for developers to step on one another's toes.

As we say it's cloud age now.Everywhere and every sophisticated company is trying to switch to cloud and when some one tell you that they can set up the business site for you and you do not even have to have all big fat servers at your place,your data is going to be secure and firewall protected and is going to be placed on cloud, I am sure no one will deny such proposal.This is what cloud is all about.
No execution of unit tests when production deployments occur.
Cloudcraze  typically runs within customer community or even within partner community and obviously it can run within salesforce.

For a large scale business like big retailers (best buy or home depot) cloud craze will have limitation of storing such a huge data.

The need for online ordering for different divisions.  The multi-storefront model is enabling for this purpose.
