**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive makes it easy to keep track of every lead and conversation without feeling buried in software. The visual pipelines are intuitive and customizable, so we can build stages that actually match our process instead of forcing our workflow into theirs. I also love how quick it is to log calls, send emails, and set reminders—all in one place. It keeps our follow-up consistent and our team aligned.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I don't like that Webforms lack customization and I've had issue embedding them on our website. We don't have a high volume of leads, so I've been alright.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to juggle guest group leads through email threads, sticky notes, and mental checklists. Things slipped through the cracks. Now, every lead lives in one place, with clear next steps and reminders built in. It’s made our process more consistent, helped us follow up faster, and made it easy for anyone on the team to jump in and see what’s going on.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Compared to ActiveCampaign, the main advantage is that information is far more accessible—I no longer have to navigate through several layers just to find what I need. This makes the whole process much quicker.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

So far I don't have any dislikes using Pipedrive. I have only been using it for about a week and no real frustrations as yet.

What I appreciate most about Pipedrive is its ease of use combined with great efficiency in managing the sales pipeline. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easy for the whole team to get started, even for those who are not computer experts. Moreover, the clear visualization of the different stages of the sales process allows for precise tracking of opportunities and helps to better prioritize actions. Finally, the automation features and integrations with other tools make the work smoother and optimize productivity.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

What I appreciate the least about Pipedrive are certain limitations in custom reports, which can lack flexibility for specific needs. Sometimes, advanced features require a more expensive subscription, which can be a hindrance for small businesses. Finally, although the interface is generally intuitive, some options or settings could be simplified for a better user experience.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive solves the problem of scattered and unclear management of business opportunities. Previously, our tracking of prospects and clients was often done manually or through several non-integrated tools, which led to information loss and a lack of visibility. Thanks to Pipedrive, we centralize all business data in a single tool, which facilitates sales tracking, prioritization of actions, and improves team collaboration. **What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

What I particularly appreciate is its ease of use: getting started is very intuitive, the interface is clear and pleasant, and you can quickly create a pipeline suited to your activity. The lead tracking and automatic follow-up features are really useful for not forgetting anything. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools (emails, calendar) and the responsiveness of customer support. This allows me to save time and have better visibility on the progress of my business efforts.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The main weakness is that some advanced features (such as more advanced automation or certain detailed reports) are only available in higher plans, which can quickly become costly for a small organization. The mobile app, although convenient, is less smooth than the desktop version. Finally, the initial implementation still requires some time to adapt in order to properly configure the pipeline according to specific needs.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive allows me to centralize all my business opportunities and have a clear view of the progress of each prospect. **What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I particularly appreciate the ease of use of Pipedrive and the clarity of its interface. The visual pipeline system allows for easy tracking of business opportunities and provides an overall view of ongoing activities. The tool is very intuitive, even for new users, and integrations with other applications (such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Zapier) greatly facilitate daily work. Reporting and automations also help save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

What I like less is that some advanced features are only available in the higher plans, which can limit small teams. The mobile app could be a bit smoother, and some custom reports take time to set up. Additionally, even though customer support is generally responsive, it is not always available in French, which can make communication a bit more complicated.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I do like that Pipedrive takes care of most things automatically. It drastically saves time. I love that you can hook up email to it and it automatically tracks most communications and you can link any emails that it missed.

There are many parts of Pipedrive that are amazing. It is very feature rich for the price. It does the basics of everything you would need in a CRM. It isn't bloated with a million things and options which I like. Minimalist and gets the job done.

Starting to use Pipedrive and implementing the CRM is easy. You can start using it from day one. It doesn't require a ton of set-up unless you want super custom data entries.

I use Pipedrive fairly frequently. I haven't even been able to take complete advantage of the software. There is still a lot for me to do and streamline with automations.

I'd say Pipedrive is made very thoughtfully and there is great attention to detail in different places.

I love Pipedrive and will continue to use it for my business. Highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

The app isn't the most user friendly. I wish it was a little more streamlined and had a better user experience. A little more intuitive would be great.

I don't like that Pipedrive is solely web-based. It gets lost in tabs easily.

I wish Pipedrive supported more services and had more integrations natively. Native SMS support would be amazing. However, it has great support for the big and main software that most use.

I would like the ability to change the structure / view of the pipelines. For example, I'd like to be able to stack two different sales pipelines on-top of each other. To have an overview of all pipelines and deals at the same time.

I do wish it supported Yubikey for hardware security.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is centralizing a lot of the sales cycle in one place. It is putting all the information together from different sources. Neatly and nicely. It is also providing additional features and services that I would need for closing deals. Like e-signatures, invoicing integration, sending forms / contracts and storing documents.

Pipedrive is simplifying a lot of things. It is streamlining a lot. Saving me a lot of time and mental energy to allow me to focus on sales.

  ### 8. Google Contacts Sync Is Great, but Overall Experience Needs Improvement

It syncs contacts with google, so I can enter them somewhere else and they show up in Pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Almost everything.  The fact that you have to click the edit button in a field to edit it in this day is crazy.  Finding deals after they've been won? Nope they just vanish somewhere. Lots of head scratching

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None and none.  I think there are many better options out there and this service does not do a good job of anything specifically.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

It was a reasonable product while we used it.We had a very good experience with pipedrive.   It's a much better and simpler alternative to other CRMs and I would especially recommend it for smaller companies.  Their email integration works extremely well.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Something to watch out for.   Their terms of service state that if you login after cancelation it automatically renews your subscription.  After this happened to us, despite explaining that we hadn't used the service in months and did not intend to reactivate, it was very difficult to get the situation fixed and required a long interaction with many customer service reps/managers.

Still, that one thing did not outweigh years of excellence.

Tracking accounts with multiple users and touchpoints.

It has a lot of customization options, even with a basic subscription. I also like how easy it was to import the contacts and customers once I had the template.

It is a lot to take in at first, and I'm still working out how to organize everything and stay on top of the tasks. Also, I don't yet see a way to combine goals when they end up intersecting.

Pipedrive is helping me stay on top of my many projects so things don't fall through the cracks. There is still a heavy learning curve, and staying up to date is taking time to get used to.

I like the automations, the flexibility, and the beautiful and intuitive interface of Pipedrive. The ease of use it offers is a strong point that made me choose Pipedrive after leaving HubSpot. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, especially because the import module of Pipedrive is very good.

It would be interesting to have a field of the evaluation type, where I could score my leads based on fields from Pipedrive.

I like how user-friendly Pipedrive is, even for people who aren’t tech experts. The visual sales pipeline helps me see exactly where each deal stands at a glance, and the customizable stages mean I can adapt it to fit different workflows. The built-in reminders and activity tracking make it easy to stay on top of follow-ups, so nothing slips through the cracks.

The reporting features could be more robust out of the box , sometimes I need to export data to get deeper insights. Also, some automations require extra add-ons or third-party tools, which can add up if you want advanced features.

I think Pipedrive is very cost-effective and pretty simple to use and set up. Once you get past the slight learning curve, it's pretty straightforward. They have great integration features, automations are easy to set up and use, and email template features are great.

I wish it were HIPAA compliant. The learning curve for less tech-savvy users.

I use Pipedrive for lead generation and as a CRM tool. It's simple to use, and the onboarding was fairly pain-free. I find the Deals section intuitive, and the Contacts layout is well designed and well structured. It allows me to manage my contacts, keep track of communications, and track opportunities. I also appreciate that it presents me with reports to share with the Board. I've used many CRM and lead gen tools before, and this suits me and my needs at the moment.

The email campaign module is very expensive and I have to use an external tool instead.

I use Pipedrive to manage my contacts, track communications and opportunities, and get reports for the Board.

Being able to create our own pipeline stages and add custom fields has made all the difference in tailoring it to fit our workflow. It’s become the core of how we manage and grow our business.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Our team has some members that never used a professional CRM solution prior to joining. I think its a testament to the quality of what Pipedrive delivers that most of them find the siftware easy and intuitive to use. 

Also, I do like the fact that Pipedrive is easily customizable by the client, with no need to third parties to make it work for our particular use case  (healthcare).

Support is fast and responsive. Knowledge base is extensive.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I don't really have a feature or aspect of Pipedrive I would say is bad or malfunctions regularly. 

I do think the Insights feature could be better and more robust, with more types of data we could link it to and even more options for graphics and visualizations. 

Although  Automations are extremely easy to use and offer a variety of possibilities, they could be even better, mainly with the logic and conditions available to the user.

For our location and use case, the other problems we find are related to either the billing in USD (we are in Brazil) or the difficulty of managing Deal participants (add or delete) via API endpoints.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing the company's contacts and deals with a visible and predictable sales pipeline has helped on our short and long term planning for years.

I like that all of my deals and notes are all in one spot. I can keep track of activities and notes in one central spot. I also like the integration to my Gmail account, where any planned activities automatically go right to my google calendar.

Not much I don't like about Pipedrive. Little bit of a learning curve at first to find everything and to figure out all the functions, but after using it for a while, you get the hang of it.

Furthermore, its marketing capabilities, while improving, are still too basic for our needs, lacking the sophisticated automation and in-depth analytics required for complex nurture campaigns. This means we're juggling a third platform for marketing, a second for support, and Pipedrive for sales. It's an excellent sales tool, but my hope for a single, elegant solution to manage everything from lead generation to long-term customer support within Pipedrive remains unfulfilled.

I like that it is easily customized.  I don't have a budget for IT so I end up making all the changes myself to make it relevant to me.  I like that it has great tools for deals and projects too.

I have been able, with no tech background to create a CRM that really is able to capture information that I need.  Implementation has been very easy.

Pipedrive has been there to talk if necessary and they have very helpful training videos along the way to explain thins.

I use it 100% of the time, sending and receiving all my emails there.  Currently I only have it integrated with my Outlook, but in the future there are a few sources of data I will tie into it.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I would like to be able to get rid of things that aren’t relevant to me - company size for example.  I would like the information  to represent 100% what is relevant to me.

We were using another CRM for 10+ years prior to recently switching over to Pipedrive. For someone with no high level experience setting up CRMs it has been such an easy, and quick process. There are so many integrations and automations that you can set up which was limited with our other CRM. I also love that we can have all our products connected to our deals to enable us to do better reporting.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

So far, only small things that don't really affect our work flow such as, I don't like is that there are a few fields within the product field that I cannot change and are not relevant for my industry. I also wish I could set up activity reminders to follow up with clients that are linked to specific templates.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is allowing us to more efficiently do email outreach to our customers and potential customers. I love the built in prospecting feature (I was previously using Hunter IO and manually entering in info). I also like that we'll be able to access more accurate and diverse types of reporting that will be helpful for our business. We are also wanting to eventually use the email marketing feature as well.
