  ### 1. Very great platform for email marketing

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Excellent dashboard that includes all important metrics that I want to see: total engagement, total emails delivered, total clicks, total responses, total meetings. The dashboard has extra metrics like duration, total page view, unique visitors, etc. Very powerful dashboard, I can make decision by looking at their dashboard, I don't have to download data and create my own dashboard.

It has metric performance for every email template I put on. I can see the date that I created the template, the copy of the template, open rate, click rate of the email template, etc. Which allowed me to sort out the best performance template.
In HubSpot, it shows you the performance of only email you use in the sequence. In Sopro, they show you the performance of every emails as long as you used that email at least one time in the sequence.

Sopro provides you both the platform for email automation, but they also draft the emails for you. It's very useful if you run out of marketing resources because Sopro can draft emails and let you review it.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

Price increased so it's pretty expensive. The latest price I know was £3 per email.
Very late response from customer support team. It took me few weeks to create my account on Sopro

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email automation platform, we run marketing campaigns with Sopro and got a few good leads through Sopro, so very happy with it.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Sopro has delivered on the promises made during the sales conversation. Their team has been superb both in the setup phase and afterwards. Their experience helped shape our campaign in a great way leading to some impressive results. I also really like the platform itself, making it easy to make changes on the fly and to get the right insights into the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

Not many. There will always be prospects/leads that are not the biggest fan of being cold approached, but because of the careful design of the campaign this is a very small percentage.

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Sopro to get our message in front a niche audience. It allowed us to do this at mass, and it helped us to get in touch with key decision-makers that would have been difficult to reach in other ways.

Specialist in personalised email prospecting. Sopro has been a great new customer acquisition channel for us. We've won a new customer with plenty of others in the pipeline.

Would love for them to expand their capabilities to cover other channels beyond email.

There is a significant time commitment to make the most out of the service. It can be uncomfortable handing over so much brand control to marketers

Getting immediate new business and raising awareness of services for the future pipeline

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Besides the SoPro process in creating leads for us, we also very much appreciate the communication with Joe Elliott and Laze Todorov, our main contact persons within SoPro.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

I really can't think of anything specific.

**Recommendations to others considering Sopro:**

They offer an excellent methodology for creating leads!

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the Covid19 pandemic, we created most leads by attending or exhibiting at industry events. As these events completely stopped, we needed a different approach in creating leads.
Regarding benefits: with the first two contracts closed on leads generated through SoPro we were already showing positive figures.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

SoPro has made a huge difference, we were struggling to generate the number of leads we needed but we're getting 4-5 hot leads a week. The SoPro Hub is great for tracking prospects and exclusions. The team are really helpful and responsive. They are always looking for measures to improve the campaign.
It's really handy having the information pushed into our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

Not being able to set an Out of Office reply for prospects that reply to the emails.
Not being able to report on combinations of factors, such as industry size and job title, in one table.
Would be great to be able to push exclusions from our CRM to the SoPro Hub as we need to do this manually at the moment.

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has boosted our sales pipeline big time, it means we don't need to spend time doing lead generation and can focus on fostering relationships with leads.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

I value the relationship we have with our designated account team. Both James and Elena are fantastic to work with. They take the time to understand our needs, they offer invaluable advice and will (quite rightly) challenge our thinking to help ensure we achieve the best possible return on the investment we make. I've certainly learnt a great deal from them and am so grateful for this. They also happen to be a joy to work with. Professional, decent people!

I can't think of anything so am typing this to fill the character limit required!

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email marketing, whilst highly effective, can be resource intensive which, in the past, has posed a challenge for a small team. SoPro enables us to continue with this highly valuable element of our marketing strategy whilst freeing us up to focus on other important areas too. The expertise of the SoPro team is also hugely beneficial in enabling us to ensure that our email marketing is implemented using the latest insight and best practice, helping us achieve the best possible ROI.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

SoPro have been really supportive. They have helped us create responses to customers when we have struggled to know how to respond. They have stayed engaged and helpful throughout the project. At the beginning they listened to what we want, who we want to target and how we feel our customers respond and used this to create our plan. Within 6 months we have got more than 10 new customers who we have ongoing talks with. In our industry this is great, and SoPro have been very supportive throughout this process; explaining best practice and helping with content.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

I cannot think of anything I would change about SoPro, they are very proactive. So we feel in very safe hands. They are very responsive, so if you get in touch they will reply quickly. We have enjoyed working with them and feel like we have learnt a lot regarding customer service from their actions.

**Recommendations to others considering Sopro:**

I would highly recommend SoPro, we have achieved more than we thought possible in such a short space of time. I have felt conformable asking SoPro for support and equally they are forthcoming with advice and information.

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged with SoPro because the industry we work in is so large; to find and contact the relevant people is very difficult and time consuming. However, SoPro's tactics have worked. The messages are finding the right leads or allowing us to discover the right leads through referrals. We have also learnt good techniques for contacting potential customers and customers. For example, keeping up with chasers and how to deal with declines. It has been a great learning curve on all fronts.

The communication and feedback have been top-notch. The flexibility our team has offered us as we continue to pivot our goals has been unmatched. Our team has always been helpful, inquisitive, and taken on the challenges we have presented.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

Unfortunately we have not seen as many leads that our company refers to as qualified, but we are reaching larger companies than we could have reached on our own.

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized the benefits of using Navigator LinkedIn which was not on anyone's radar prior to the relationship with SoPro. We've also been able to reach, and get responses from, a number of very large, global companies which we did not think would be possible.

Granular level specificity, targeting our best audience. Very regular updates and contact from the team who seem to fully understand and learn our objectives even as they change.

Once a part of a campaign ends, we have had to use another company to continue to touchpoints with potential clients

Just do it - even if your main goals aren't achieved you will still learn a tremendous amount about your target market

Realising our target market, broadened our idea on ideal client job description, company size, location.

Sopro collaborate with us and ensure that our specific requirements are met. They are approachable and knowledgable which is great as we know the service they are providing gives us a greater standing in our market place.

We wish there was endless data - There are no real negatives

Increase our market share and approaching the right businesses that sit within our strategic sectors. The main benefit we have realized is getting in touch with the end users faster.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Have been with them for a year and a half, they have a great account management team (James and Marco have been with us for over a year and they have been truly fantastic). They are super prompt with communications and they have a very consistent, fantastic product that has been able to deliver consistent pipeline for us for our entire time with them. We have increased our investment and coverage with them multiple times.

Their reports are also fantastic. We have been able to leverage the insight from the work they do and include the lessons learned in our own demand generation efforts. 

They offer some additional value-added tools (such as email content validation and market research tools) that have been helpful for some of the different teams we have in the organization.

**What do you dislike about Sopro?**

They lack coverage is certain regions (LATAM and APJ)  and more global coverage would obviously be better because we would love to do more with them. They have been very up-front about their strengths and weaknesses and obviously we appreciate the transparency.

**Recommendations to others considering Sopro:**

We're in a competitive industry and they have been quioteconsistent for us. Definitely worth a try.

**What problems is Sopro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliable, consistent pipeline in key regions (NA AND EMEA) with consistent ROI.
Simple onboarding with ability to start small and scale up
Low up front cost to get started and test out.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Great proactive team and project approach overall. We are very happy with current results and highly recommend So Pro to other companies. In a little window of time we have reached and engaged with a lot of qualified prospects and made interesting deals. Console is very intuitive and complete, clear information for all the team all the time.

We are very happy at the moment, so nothing to complain about.

**What do you like best about Sopro?**

Extremely professional,

We have been using SoPro’s services for around 4 months and I must say I have found them to be the most professional outsourced sales outfit I have ever used. 

The transparency on the data they use and the metrics they’re achieving are second to none. I have access to a dashboard to approve the data they are working on and to review the success of their campaigns. 

In addition we have regular catch calls where they offer a summary of the week gone by and improvement suggestions.

All in all a top class service.

Excellent customer service - our team (Carmen and Laze) are on the ball, insightful, proactive and most of all supportive - and a pleasure to work with.
System is easy to navigate and quick to understand - really user friendly.
The outcomes have exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to do more!

Approving data is time consuming, but must be done for the best results!
