"Effective for Large Conferences, Needs Improved Stability"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like using Zoom Workplace for its effective communication capabilities, especially when it comes to holding large meetings and conferences. I really appreciate the room options for large audiences, which make it easy to manage big events. The feature that allows us to divide attendees into groups and separate rooms is very easy and effective, and I find it particularly useful for large conferences. I also enjoy the screen sharing feature with the ability to highlight using a pen, as it makes it very easy to circle any area and point out important details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes it gets hang and crash, which feels irritating. It happens during call or at the time of joining. I think performance and load testing needs to be done properly. When usage is high, it causes issue. The initial setup is quite lengthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Excellent Recording and Sharing"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like using Zoom Workplace because of its good user interface, which allows me to see all participants on one screen and monitor them effectively. I appreciate the recording option, which is essential for creating reference materials for candidates. The screen sharing option is also a big plus, as it makes the training interactive by allowing me to share PowerPoints, videos, and documents, helping candidates better understand the concepts. I find it valuable that I can make multiple people share their screens and even assign host roles to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes during the session it's hanging or reconnecting, which makes it difficult to present information. Also, if you give screen sharing option to someone, the recording stops until you allow the candidate to start recording again. It needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless, Reliable Meetings in a Clean All-in-One Collaboration Hub"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I really appreciate how seamless it feels to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I don’t waste time figuring out where things are. Meetings start quickly, and the video/audio quality is consistently reliable. I also love that it’s not just about meetings anymore—features like Team Chat, Whiteboard, and integrations with other tools make it feel like a complete collaboration hub rather than just a video call app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming, especially for new users. It takes a bit of time to discover everything and figure out what’s most useful for your workflow. Also, while Zoom has improved a lot with hybrid work tools, switching between devices (like laptop to mobile) could be smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Dependable Meetings with Clear Audio/Video and All-in-One Scheduling"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most is how simple and dependable it is. Meetings start on time, the audio and video quality are clear, and I don’t have to worry about tech issues. I also like that chat, meetings, and scheduling are all in one place, which saves a lot of time. Even people who aren’t very tech-savvy can use it without much trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

There are a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little confusing at first. Some tools are hidden in menus, so it takes time to find everything. Also, some of the more useful features are only available on paid plans, which can be frustrating if you’re on a budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Solution, Strong Video, Needs UI Refinement"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I really like the AI companion feature in Zoom Workplace. It's like having a meeting summary with intelligent chapters, such as for budget discussions or action items. This feature allows me to join a meeting late and catch up on what happened without interrupting anyone, which is a game changer when I'm switching between meetings with a full calendar. Additionally, I find Zoom Workplace solves issues of meeting amnesia and connection stability, along with automated note-taking and low bandwidth reliability. I appreciate that it consolidates tools like team chat and whiteboarding into one app, helping us save money on separate licenses for apps like Miro or Slack. Its integration with Google Calendar is essential, offering a one-click join experience, and I like how we can automatically log meeting recordings and transcripts into client CRM profiles with HubSpot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I think the UI clutter is a problem. They keep adding buttons for apps, whiteboards, notes, clips, and a catalog. The interface feels overwhelming compared to the clean simplicity of the original Zoom. So I think the interface could be improved. I mean, just simplify the pre-meeting experience. Currently, when I open Zoom, I'm bombarded with a home dashboard full of calendars, notes, and chats. Sometimes, I just want a big new meeting button to just start. "Stable video calls and AI that summarizes meetings: simple, fast, and saves time"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I highlight the most is the stability of the video calls and how easy it is to join a meeting with just one click. I really like the screen sharing feature and the new AI tools that summarize what was discussed in the meeting, which saves me a lot of time taking notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes, the free version feels limited by the 40-minute limit, which forces long meetings to restart. I would also like the resource consumption on the computer to be a bit lower when using virtual backgrounds or advanced filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it brings everything related to work. communication into one place. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom workspace can sometimes feel a bit cluttered because it tries to do a lot in one place. With meetings, chat, mail and other tools all bundled together, it can take time to get used to where everything lives. Another downside is that some advanced features are locked behind higher plans, which can be frustrating if you are on a basic tier. Also, during long meetings, performance can depend heavily on internet quality, which can interrupt the flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Clean Calls with AI Meeting Summaries That Keep Work Moving"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most is how easy it is to jump into a call and just get work done. For client meetings, it feels quick and clean: join links work, audio and video are steady most of the time, screen sharing is crisp, and I’m not hunting around for hidden buttons. Setting it up on a new machine is painless too—I sign in and I’m good to go, so I don’t lose an afternoon fiddling with settings. Day to day, it’s simply convenient. I can move through back-to-back calls and it keeps up without drama, which really matters when clients are waiting.

The feature set covers what I need without feeling bloated. Recordings, transcripts, chat, reactions, a waiting room, a basic whiteboard, and polls when we need them—it’s all there, and it behaves the way I expect. The AI summarize feature is honestly a win for me: the meeting ends and I can pull a clean MOM to share, assign owners, and move on to the next task. I also like that the recap sits with the recording, so anyone who missed the call can catch up quickly without me having to write a long email. The support docs and help articles are decent as well; when I get stuck, there’s usually an answer that gets me unstuck fast.

Integrations have gotten better, too. The latest update that pulls in my official Google Calendar meetings is a plus—now everything just shows up, and joining is one click from the calendar view. Scheduling is straightforward, recurring invites behave, and links don’t break when we tweak details. It also plays nicely with email and files: sharing a cloud recording or a transcript link is simple, and the permissions make sense so clients can access what they need without jumping through a dozen hoops. I’m in it most workdays for client calls, standups, and quick syncs, and it keeps the flow calm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

My only real dislike is the mic noise cancellation. It’s not quite on par with a few other tools I’ve used that have stronger voice isolation, so loud fans or keyboard clacks can still leak through at times, and I end up muting more than I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker—just a bit of friction I notice on busier days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
