**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally is helping us lay a foundation for a strong research democratization program across our organization. With many PMs, designers and researchers doing research, we've been able to scale and streamline our processes with less hands-on support from our very small Research Operations team. 

A few of the main pros of Rally have been: 
1) tool consolidation - instead of onboarding stakeholders to 4-5 different tools, we can now easily onboard them to ONE tool that supports customer outreach, screening, scheduling, incentive payment all in one place; 

2) governance - the ability to build templates, set contact limits, and create very specific role permissions has enabled us to have a stronger research process with less oversight; 

3) connection to an external panel - we have loved tapping into Respondent participants directly from Rally and appreciate how easy it is for our stakeholders to run their projects with proxy customers; 

4) the Rally team has been fantastic to work with, they are always extremely responsive and give real solutions to any obstacles we've had - they have been an incredible partner for us.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Our company has a very mature Research Ops practice so for us, it was a bigger lift to transition into Rally. For example, we were using TangoCard for our incentive platform and had to transition to Tremendous for Rally. Or using Qualtrics for our panel opt-in form and moving over to Rally's form.There's nothing we're disliking, just some growing pains as we rethink our workflows and adjust to using a new tool.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally is helping us scale our research processes while remaining legally compliant and maintaining a good experience for our customers. It's also automating a few workflows for Research Operations so we can focus on more strategic initiatives versus the day-to-day recruitment and incentive payment tasks. Rally is also helping us create a beta program for our organization where various teams can build their own customer panels and outreach them for real-time feedback and testing.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

What I appreciate most about Rally is how it has transformed our entire research workflow while providing visibility and control to me as a team manager. The platform has streamlined our end-to-end research process from recruitment through incentive management, making what used to be complex logistics feel effortless. My team is in Rally on a daily basis! Getting onboarded and transitioning our team to Rally was pretty straightforward; we didn't experience any disruption and I'd say we were fully on Rally within a month of getting access to our workspace. Rally has also elevated the professionalism of our participant communications with consistent, polished branding that reflects well on our team and organization. One of the biggest pluses has been the ease of focus group scheduling, which used to be an absolute nightmare and now feels seamless. The comprehensive visibility into all team studies, including recruitment progress, communication history, and participant tracking, has been invaluable for managing our research operations effectively. Beyond operational efficiency, Rally's built-in governance rules have been game-changing, automatically enforcing research best practices like cooldown periods and company-specific participant eligibility rules, which has eliminated guesswork and actually strengthened our relationships with Customer Success and Sales teams. Perhaps most importantly, the Rally team's hands-on approach and responsiveness sets them apart. Our monthly check-ins with customer success help us continuously optimize our workspace, and I'm consistently impressed by how receptive they are to feedback and how quickly they implement improvements based on our needs. Thank you Rally team! We love working with you!

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Honestly, there's very little to dislike about Rally. It's been an amazing tool that has truly helped our team, and I can't point to any real downsides to using it. The only minor consideration is that as a newer platform, Rally is still actively developing certain features (though I should note that everything they've promised on their roadmap has consistently rolled out when expected). We're hoping for some more advanced functionality that would be specific to our company's unique workflows, and while we've had great conversations with our customer success person about these needs, we don't yet have a clear timeline for when those particular features might be available. But this feels more like growing pains of working with an new evolving platform rather than a true downside, especially given how responsive and committed the Rally team has been to continuous improvement.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally is solving several critical problems that were major pain points for our research operations. Before Rally, our end-to-end research process was fragmented across multiple tools, and as a team manager, I lacked visibility into our research pipeline and participant history. We also struggled with research governance, constantly second-guessing participant contact rules and eligibility requirements.

Rally has transformed these challenges by providing streamlined workflow management, seamless scheduling, team visibility, and automated governance rules that enforce both research best practices and company-specific requirements. The platform also elevated our communications with professional branding.

The benefits have been transformative: our research operations are significantly more efficient, budget management is clearer, and I have the visibility needed to effectively manage our research portfolio. Most importantly, the built-in governance features have eliminated guesswork around participant eligibility, actually strengthening our cross-functional relationships. Rally allows us to focus on strategic research rather than getting bogged down in operational logistics.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I like using Rally UXR for organizing all the clients and partners signed up for our user research program. It helps us easily manage contact information, track when they last participated, and see if they qualify for current studies. The integration with Salesforce is helpful for determining a good match for our users. Rally UXR sets up observer rooms so more people can be involved in interviews without being physically present, and this feature has been a great tool for us. I appreciate that it allows us to pay incentives with gift cards at the end of studies, making it an all-in-one solution that’s really great for our company.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Rescheduling can be buggy and it doesn't automatically account for no-shows.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rally UXR to organize client contact information for our user research program. It helps track interviews, set up observer rooms, pay incentives, and identify qualified participants seamlessly, making it a great tool for managing studies.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally UXR is the backbone of how I run my qualitative research studies. It makes it easy to run my recruits, incentives, and scheduling for interviews all in one place, which saves me time and makes organizing easier. I love that it generates Zoom backrooms for me that I can send to my stakeholders. It does a great job helping keep me organized throughout the entire research process. Everything is all-in-one place, and it automatically organizes my participants depending on where they are in the process so I don't miss if I need to send an incentive or reschedule. Rather than having to use multiple disparate tools, I can use just one. I also integrated it with my Google Calendar and Zoom, which adds to its convenience.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I don't dislike anything about Rally. They're constantly improving based on our feedback and I think their whole team is fantastic.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has been transformative for us as a workspace that was doing customer tracking, recruitment, and payments manually and through piecemealing. Rally has helped us send out personalized emails to customers and track their participation, which benefits our customer relationship as well. I appreciate the email templates and customizations, the seamless payment system that allows us to track who has claimed incentives and resend them as needed, and the ability to integrate study screeners and quotas. I absolutely love the end-to-end recruitment and tracking features. I also love how Rally enables us to have visibility into everyone's work, such as recruitment strategies/messages and payments, enabling us to grow as a team and stay accountable. We've had a lot of success in creating populations, and even using forms to create a specific User Research Community of customers who are eager to complete research with us.  Using quotas and screeners ensures that we get exactly the number of participants we need for a study. Rally has overall been a massive timesaver for us.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There are a few features I'd like to see improved or added, such as notifications to include pending incentives across studies so that we don't miss paying anyone and the ability to house two modalities under one study (or otherwise be able to 'connect' studies). We've also found some edge cases, like needing parent-child relationships within people records, that we are pending additional features from Rally UXR.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rally UXR to organize participants and track customer information, which saves hours of time every week on recruitment and payments. It automates emails and personalizes them, integrates screeners, and provides dashboards for team visibility, solving many manual tracking headaches.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I like that Rally UXR isn't trying to be something it's not. It's not bringing in shiny AI features that don't actually help. I appreciate that Rally focuses on making the parts of user research that actually take up time much smoother. It's great that we now have engagement rules in place that automatically activate if we mark someone as a no-show to an interview. Having a centralized place to build and manage our user research participant panel has made our process much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There are still quite a few manual workarounds that we have, though we’ve been working with Rally so that they can understand our processes. The notifications aren’t super helpful: for instance, there are no notifications around pending incentives which has sometimes meant that people have been paid later than we would like. We currently have to remember outside of Rally to pay people, which takes up a fair amount of brain space. We went through a couple of months of pain in the setup, at the time the platform was quite buggy (this has massively improved) and we had more manual workarounds to figure out than we had hoped.

Rally UXR centralizes our user research activities, improving communication with participants and streamlining scheduling, organizing, and paying them. It smoothens recruitment processes with engagement rules, and we're hopeful future updates will address current manual workarounds.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I love how responsive the Rally UXR team is. I often get quick responses in our Slack channel, sometimes even from the CEO himself, which shows how much Rally cares about customer experience. I also like how simple the recruitment process is, from collecting NDAs to sending out emails for screeners or scheduling. Having the entire recruitment process within one platform makes it easier for researchers to learn and keep things organized. Automated workflows include NDA signatures, standardized participant spreadsheets, and built-in observer rooms and recording capabilities, which previously required fragmented automations. This simplicity gives me more confidence that researchers can adopt the recruitment process and help scale our recruitment practice.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There are a few things that I find a bit confusing. For one of my projects, I didn't realize we didn't have the first and last name selected to be required for email invitations. We had the first and last name selected, but we didn't have the email invitation box checked. Therefore, the study didn't collect their names. Another is that I find the participant status fields a bit confusing (e.g. all, not started, invited, screening, in progress, etc.). My flow is usually I have a list of people who haven't been invited to take the screener yet, so I'd like to invite them. Then, there's people who have been screened that I'd like to invite to schedule. From there, there's people who have completed and need to be compensated. I think the categories here could be simplified or clarified to make it easier to target the specific people you're looking for depending on what you're trying to do (screen, schedule, etc.). Another issue is that the Tremendous integration doesn't actually connect to your Tremendous account. You'd need to send the money directly to Rally to have the Tremendous funds added within your Rally account. So if your funds are within your own Tremendous account, you're unable to use the incentive automation within Rally.

I use Rally UXR to streamline participant recruitment and CRM for my research team, unifying scouting, scheduling, and NDA workflows in one platform, reducing setup time, improving organization, and simplifying processes for researchers.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

We were looking for a straightforward solution to manage our internal research panel, and Rally delivered exactly what we needed. The entire process, from onboarding to setting up the panel, has been smooth and efficient. Managing the panel has been effortless, and we've noticed a clear increase in both response rates and customer participation.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

So far, we haven't encountered any issues. We've launched several studies using Rally, and whenever we've had questions, the support team has responded promptly. We really appreciate the user interface, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it work well for research teams.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with low response rates from one-off research invitations, frequent no-shows, and a lack of tools to actively track and manage our research panel. Rally has addressed all of these challenges for us, and it also provides access to a variety of incentive options through Tremendous. Our customers enjoy signing up and taking part in our studies, and we've observed a significant reduction in the time it takes to launch new projects.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has revolutionized how easy it is for us to run and manage recruitment. It is so easy to send recruitment messages, schedule (no more calendly!), monitor click and open rates, track interviews, and send incentives. Plus we can manage our recruitment, segment and filter by all kinds of custom fields, create rules for frequency of contact, and so many other features. The new observation rooms are AWESOME. I honestly couldn't be happier. I can't possibly imagine going back to doing research without Rally.

Nothing! I wrote this review a few years ago and am revisiting it at the end of 2025. Every single thing I said I wished Rally would build they have done so in that time. I've never worked with a team that was so responsive to user's needs!

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I really appreciate Rally UXR for its ability to fully democratize user experience research within our company, allowing anyone on our product teams to engage directly with users. This capability is vital because it empowers self-serve research at scale, which would be impossible without Rally UXR. The product's automation features for governance rules are invaluable—they prevent unwanted user contacts and streamline participant management effortlessly. Another standout feature is the exceedingly responsive product and support teams, who not only address our queries promptly but also action our wishlist items efficiently, which significantly enhances our user experience. Rally UXR is incredibly user-friendly, making it accessible even to those who aren't specialized UX researchers. This is a major differentiator for us compared to other tools that are often too complex for general product teams. Additionally, the integration of data sync through Snowflake ensures our data is fresh and compliant, while their new API endpoint and Typeform integration remarkably streamline our workflows, saving us considerable time and effort. These features make the participant journey smoother and faster by automating processes such as incentive distribution, which used to be manual and time-consuming. Finally, the seamless initial setup was surprisingly easy, enhancing my appreciation of the software even more.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I occasionally encounter some latency or slowness since Rally UXR is still a younger product. Although we have synced hundreds of thousands of participant records without significant performance issues, these occasional slowdowns can be noticeable. I feel there could be more granularity in some scheduling options, such as being unable to set a weekly limit for a round-robin study, which would be very beneficial once resolved. There is a need for better email automation. Currently, we have to send emails manually to reach desired participant limits, and having automation for this process would greatly enhance efficiency.

Rally UXR automates governance rules, simplifies participant management, and enables self-service research. It integrates seamlessly with tools like Snowflake and Typeform, streamlining data processes and incentive distribution, making research accessible for non-specialists and ensuring compliance.

I really appreciate Rally UXR's top-notch support; they're always responsive and ready to help. We've seen an increase in sign-up and participation rates, which is really exciting for our team. Their onboarding process is seamless, and I appreciate the research operations consultant they brought on to create thoughtful structures to expand the tool from research ops to researchers. The initial setup was very easy -- much easier than expected.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has become an indispensable orchestration tool for my team at Chegg. It streamlines the end-to-end process of planning, coordinating, and conducting interviews with our learners. The Observer Rooms are particularly impactful, making it effortless for stakeholders to drop in and observe moderated sessions. This not only improves visibility into research but also fosters organizational alignment around the learner’s voice.

From a usability standpoint, Rally’s interface is straightforward and intuitive, which reduces onboarding friction. The platform also integrates smoothly into our workflow without requiring heavy lifts or workarounds.

What stands out most, though, is Rally’s customer support. This is not a community-driven support model where you’re left to rely on other users for answers. Rally has dedicated, highly responsive staff who troubleshoot common issues and go above and beyond to ensure teams succeed. Our rep has been phenomenal, and the broader Rally community feels like an extension of our own research practice.

In short: Rally helps us run better, faster, more visible research, and the service behind it is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

While the core orchestration and observation features are excellent, for organizations running research at scale, it can take some planning to fully embed Rally into existing processes. It’s not a limitation of the tool itself, but rather the growing pains of adopting a new orchestration layer.

That said, this is minor given the time savings and visibility Rally provides.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally streamlines the hardest part of research, which is orchestration. It takes the pain out of scheduling, coordinating participants, and getting stakeholders into the room. Observer Rooms make it simple for anyone to join live sessions, which increases visibility and buy-in across the org. The result is faster insights, stronger alignment, and less time wasted on logistics so we can focus on the work that drives product decisions.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has made life so much easier for me and my team! Researchers can handle recruitment with way less back-and-forth. It’s mostly automated now, which is a huge time-saver. On my side, as ReOps, managing the panel and making sure everything’s done properly (and within governance rules) no longer takes a million manual steps.

There are two things I love most about Rally. First, the tool is super intuitive! It’s robust and reliable without feeling overwhelming, and it just makes sense right out of the box. Second (and maybe my favourite part), the Rally team. They’re honestly the best. friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. It feels like they genuinely care. I’m a fan!

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Like any tool, there are occasional bugs, but honestly, they haven’t been a big deal. The Rally team is super responsive and quick to jump in and fix things, so it never becomes a real problem.

What I’d love to see are more features tailored to B2B recruitment. It’s a very different world compared to B2C, and having more flexibility there would make a big difference. Same goes for panel management, it works, but it still feels a bit limited. Definitely some good opportunities to grow there!

Still, I super recommend Rally. It’s made a huge difference for our team, and the support is top-notch.

Rally helps us recruit participants faster, manage our panel more efficiently, and stay on top of governance. It saves time, reduces manual work, and keeps things running smoothly.

Rally is allowing us to recruit participants for our custom research panel and manage them in a more organized way. **What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Because of Rally, we've been able to grow our UX Research practice to speak with an entirely new user group we haven't been able to speak with before. The automation built-in to the study creation made my life so easy with sending recruiting emails, scheduling, and providing incentives. It was very easy to integrate into my work email and calendar, as well as with Zoom. The observation room tool is AMAZING! It lets so many more people observe and truly makes us cross-functional. I love this tool!

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

The only thing that caused me a slight problem was the learning curve of building a brand new study. I had the time to do it, but it took some trial and error to get it to do what I needed to do. This really wasn't a big deal though!

Rally alllows us to speak to a group of user we've never been able to reach and recruit before!

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally save me a huge amount of time. I can manage multiple CRM in the same place, manage recruitment and incentive without the need of buying voucher separetely. The budget management has become easier also to handle external recruitment thanks to their partenership with respondent. They have been releasing new features on a recurrent basis and I am very satisfated with it. 5 start customer support as well. I couldn't ask for better.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

A recent software update brought bug changes to the UI and informtion architecture/content, which desoriented me a bit. Sometime I got a bug with syncs with my agenda but the support has always been super fast in solving that.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said it is saving me time and reducing compleixity by bringing all my research operations in the same place. The multilanguage approach is also very beneficial, and I love the possibility to manage my budget as I want: not matter if it is for incentives or external recruitment

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Prior to Rally we struggled to recruit our own customers for UX Research, but since adopting the tool we've done more research in three months than we did in the previous 12 months. We are finally able to regularly speak with our customers and the insights we are generating our improving our existing products (internal and external) but also better informing our product roadmap. None of this would have been possible without RallyUXR! Managing studies from start to finish in a few hours vs. a week or more with spreadsheets, etc. As a healthcare org, we also benefit from the security and privacy features of Rally! I also have to thank Leon and Oren for always being available for support. The Rally team stands by their product. That is something which can't be said for others in the market.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything in particular, but I am looking forward to better tools to reduce no-shows. More flexible study types for complex studies involving multiple methods in combination. Also excited for the soon to be launched no calendar scheduling functionality and the integration with Marvin.

The Rally UXR system is really easy to learn and use and puts so many elements of the participant management process under one umbrella: incluidng participant recruitment, session scheduling, session-hosting, participant communication, honoraria payments, and long-term participant-tracking.  My team appreciates the flexible functionality of the system and the wonderful support team that's always there to assist us if we run into problems.

The system doesn't currently automate calculation of participants'  ages, but I believe that this is a feature they are working on.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally UXR integrates nearly every aspect of the participant management process and therefore enables us to use fewer tools and automate more of the process --- ultimately freeing up time that was formerly allocated to those time-intensive tasks.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally UXR has been a game-changer for our user research process.  What I appreciate most is its comprehensive approach, seamlessly integrating recruitment, participant management all within a single platform.  The ability to easily recruit diverse participant pools, automate scheduling, and manage incentives has significantly reduced the administrative overhead previously associated with UXR.  
 The intuitive interface makes it easy for the whole team to collaborate and contribute to the research process, regardless of their technical expertise.  
The customer support has also been exceptional, always responsive and helpful in addressing any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

While Rally UXR has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of areas where I see potential for improvement.  Currently, the integration with some of our existing project management tools could be smoother (Rally is taking care of it now).

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I like that the company is evolving its products and offerings based on the feedback of real practitioners. Not only that, but seeing those updates happen in real-time is incredibly helpful.

For instance, the addition of the booking feature within the interview section came just in time and was a lifesaver. It allowed me to stick to my interview schedule for a study, eliminating extra steps that the participants would typically have to take.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I can't say that there is currently any particular thing that comes to mind. Anything that I've found unhelpful in the past seems to have been improved, particularly the cool down settings for participants between studies.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally added the ability to manually schedule participants which came in handy just in the nick of time. Allowing participants to choose from available timeslots is great, but if we've already touched base and they aren't able to reschedule on their end, allowing the researcher the ability to do so is perfect! 

The addition of the observer room is also very helpful. My team used a more cumbersome workaround  in the past that got the job done, but involved too many steps. This is a quick and easy way to achieve the same goal with considerably less effort.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I constantly run into a lack of specialized tools to help me keep up with research operations alongside actual research and analysis work, and so many existing tools have disappointing gaps in functionality and usability.

The team at Rally has been excellent at responding to our team’s unique needs and rapidly iterating on their product in order to help us build scalable solutions, not workarounds.

I am confident that the Rally team will emerge as a leader in the space and I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to scale the impact and efficiency of your research function! It will help your team focus on the actual research work instead of stressing about the intensive logitics to stand up a new study.

The customer support has been excellent and top-tier. I have direct access to many members of the team and hear back almost immediately when I have questions or concerns about the software. 

Lots of super useful integrations with many tools such as Qualtrics, Salesforce, Calendly, etc. The team is always open to new suggestions here.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

The product is still young but there isn't much to dislike given how responsive the team is to customer feedback. I'm excited for the team to build more integrations with AI powered research tools - they are already scoping this out and building great partnerships.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally helps our team build governance around research outreach and handle the logistics of getting an interview set up. This benefits us because we're then able to focus on the actual strategy and analysis of our studies. Recruitment used to take us at least twice the amount of time before implementing Rally.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally is an incredibly useful product that takes one main use case -- maning internal panel(s) of user research participants -- and builds on top of that with only the most helpful features. Some of the things I appreciate about the platform:

- Very clear and clean workflows for creating studies and seeing the participation funnel
- Support for Interviews, Surveys, and Unmoderated Tests
- Governance rules for your panel
- Consent form management
- Powerful but easy-to-use table components -- filtering, managing, sorting, etc.
- Customization for many scenarios -- e.g. participant emails, study landing pages, branding
- Screeners that can populate participant attributes/properties
- Integrations with Survey Monkey, Maze, Zoom, and Google to name the few that we've used the most
- Observer rooms for moderated sessions
- Simple incentives (via Tremendous) and incentive management

The list goes on. I've also loved the support we've received from the team as we've work through our individual use cases, feature requests, and the occasional bug.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

All downsides I can think of are relatively minor: 

- the occasional bug, which the team has been quick to address
- complexities of managing participant properties and segments (not really a fault of the tool -- these are powerful capabilities, but with that comes some challenges - for example, setting an errant property via a screener can be hard to track down and resolve) 
- seat-based licensing (still common for many tools, but a challenge to truly scaling research ops at a larger company)
- lack of integrations with external panel providers

I believe many of these things are on the Rally team's roadmap :-)

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally is solving the challenge of managing and using an internal panel of research participants (usually customers). The cheap alternatives to this (like spreadsheets) are drastically insufficent. The benefit I've seen is the centralization of the panel, its governance/history, and all of the accompanying features.

All-in-one Participant Management: Scheduling, notes, incentives, emailing, templates, and screeners are all housed within the platform, saving us tons of time and keeping everything centralized.

Scheduling Without Overbooking: The participant max setting is a lifesaver. We can invite our entire list of potential interviewees without worrying about exceeding our capacity or having to cancel on anyone.

Remote Collaboration: The observer rooms are a fantastic feature for optional team members to join remote interviews live. It fosters collaboration without cluttering the interview itself.

Branding and Customization: We've been able to significantly improve the look and feel of our outreach efforts with Rally's customization and branding options.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There are occasional bugs and limitations while using Rally UXR. However, none have been critical roadblocks, and the support team is always willing to help with fixes or workarounds.

Rally has helped us cut our interview recruiting time in half, leaving us more time to work to do the actual research part. They've helped us build a research panel, organize our participants, and automate numerous research ops tasks (e.g. emailing, calendar management, and incentive distribution)

Rally does a great job of consolidating a lot of our Research Ops into one place and integrating with tools we use frequently like Qualtrics, Teams, and Maze. We're able to easily contact, schedule, and keep track of our participants and ensure we aren't overcommunicating with them. It also allows us to have several teams working out of the same place to make sure we are all on the same page.

This tool is also very easy to set up and have the team off and running right away! Our team uses this tool almost every day for our research purposes and it has been great.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

We have found some small improvements we'd like to see in Rally, some usability, some features that we'd like added. However, I've seen that the support team is super responsive to any questions we have and if there is a feature request, they always address it and we bring it up in our monthly calls to see progress.

We needed a place to track our customer information better as well as easily send out invites to our customers. This tool helps us with both of those problems and more!

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has rapidly become my favorite UXR tool because of all the capabilities it enables and how surprisingly user-friendly it is, even with all these capabilities. I feel like my team and I have much more control over how we set up our studies and how we manage our database of participants. It honestly feels like a tool that was designed by UXRs or ReOps folks because of all the things they've considered and solved for when building the platform. Rally is also consistently rolling out new features and updates that have all been great improvements.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Rally will occasionally have some technical issues, but the team has always been really diligent in responding to us when we run into a hiccup and addressing the issues quickly. I've honestly never felt so supported by the team behind a tool before. There are also some other things that I'd like to see in Rally that don't exist today, but the team has always been really receptive to our feedback and genuinely seems to take our feedback into consideration when building out their product roadmap.

Rally has become the main tool we use for all of our participant recruitment. It's enabled our team to be able to streamline and automate recruitment, decreasing the amount of manual tasks we've had to do.The Rally team has also been really awesome at continuing to evaluate how they can help and enable our research efforts further :)

Like all tools, there are some bugs from time to time. However, the team at Rally has been responsive whenever we point any out and are on top of making sure our research studies aren't impacted.

- The interface is super intuitive. Even team members who aren't researchers can navigate it effortlessly and successfully conduct their studies.

- the scheduling is soo flexible, which is crucial when more than one researcher is involved in a study

I started using Rally when it was fairly new so I've seen it grow and develop, and I'm very happy with the direction it's been going. The customer support is stellar, I feel like my opinions and needs as a user are listened to and valued. As a UX Researcher who has to do all the ReOps on my own, Rally has been tremendously helpful and has only become better over time with the additional integrations and features.

It's a young product so of course there are still things on the roadmap that I'm looking forward to being implemented. Also, I have a very particular niche use case that the tool is not quite suited for but it's not a significant issue.

As someone introduced to Rally fairly recently, I was really impressed with it's usability, for such a robust tool. The ability to link unmoderated studies, auto-qualify participants, customize and filter properties has accomodated every study I've been able to dream up so far.

Occassionally, I run into unique needs for a very specific or segmented recruit where hand-picking participants is more manual, but even this is made much easier with the foundation Rally provides. And if concerns arise, their support team is incredibly responsive - truly living the value of user-centered product design.

- Less time spent on recruitment, allows me to spend more time talking to users and socializing insights
- The friendly interface is easily shared with team members, to introduce the complexity and limitations of recruitment and manage expectations

Rally offers a centralized platform to manage all aspects of UX research, allowing researchers to focus more on insights and less on logistics. It takes the hassle of out launching new studies, targeting the proper segments, scheduling sessions with many different stakeholders, and compensating participants after each study. It even has integrations with other tools in our research stack, which makes the whole process much more efficient.

Rally provides a centralized platform for managing the entire research lifecycle. This leads to reduced administrative overhead, enabling us to focus more on analyzing data and deriving insights rather than managing logistics. Rally also increases collaboration across cross-functional team members by syncing with eveyone's calendars & automating the process of scheduling sessions during the best time slots. Whenver we have any questions, the Rally team is extremely quick to provide guidance and help us move forward with best practices.

My UR team was exploring a tool to help us build our internal research panel and we are so happy we went with Rally. In fact, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with Rally dating as far back as our original demo. Not only do we feel supported any time we reach out with any questions to Rally’s customer support, but it’s clear that this is a company that listens to it’s customers and follows through on what they promise. Rally has single-handedly taken our confusing and complicated recruitment approach and helped my team build out a well-designed, engaging, and time-saving process for all our research recruitment and scheduling needs. Rally has also helped us stay more aligned internally because of how easy it is to cross-collaborate on the platform. We can seamlessly track progress on all the projects we run simultaneously and this visibility and collaboration is critical for us to stay efficient and impactful.

Nothing comes to mind. From my experience, anytime we've had feedback about improvements or additional features, these ideas are generally addressed very thoughtfully and quickly.

Rally UXR streamlines the recruiting process from initial study creation to tracking and monitoring ongoing studies and sending out incentives.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

It's a newer tool so it may not 100% of the functionality you're looking for, but the team ships quickly and I'm able to accomplish almost everything I need for participant recruiting using Rally.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When conducting UX Research, participant recruiting is often the biggest bottleneck and requires a lot of coordination. This time could be better spent on the actual study design and conducting the research itself. Rally solves this problem by reducing a lot of the operational overhead around launching a study, inviting participants, managing which participants have filled out your screener or taken your survey, who is qualified, and getting them scheduled for moderated research. A lot of this operational overhead is exacerbated by needing to consider multiple stakeholder calenders as well, which Rally takes care of with the collaborative scheduling feature. 

Rally allows me to spend less time on manually monitoring recruiting participants and managing survey respondents so I can spend more time on study design, analysis, and sharing insights.

Rally UXR has become an indispensable asset in our research toolkit, offering a suite of features that have literally replaced all those tedious manual tasks associated with research recruitment and participant panel management. 
Rally has also helped us making user research more accessible to colleagues outside the UX research team, boosting engagement and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across teams. 
An essential feature for our organisation is also the ability to provide a participant experience in multiple languages, which is crucial for our global research efforts. 
Finally, Rally UXR integrates flawlessly with other research tools such as Qualtrics and Maze, enhancing our workflows and overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Having a tool that includes the panel, the option to send invites, to track interviews and survey answers, including the scheduling part and the NDAs check... Basically it has all we needed in only 1tool, where before we were using a tool for each part of the process, now we have all in Rally. Easy to use and filter, so multiple projects can stay there, managed by different stakeholders without inconveniences.
Apart, what we really appreciate is the capability to include 3different user panels (as we have different user types) and Rally provides this option.
Last but not least, Rally's team has been there always. We have been working together to build the tool we needed, and Rally accomodated and always understood how to improve or add new features to satisfy even better our needs.

Probably we had a slow start as we were one of the first clients, and first months we were encountering some minor bugs, but after when all was rolling the tool has been providing all we need.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I was working only on spreadsheets and dreaming of something like Rally. Most of the solutions in the market are just trying to sell their only user database, and since Rally doesn't have one, it's only focused on improving the process of managing your pool of users.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I miss some compensation management features if you don't use Tremendous. I am not talking about integrating with my solution, but allow me to manually insert the compensation on the screens you already have instead of blocking it for Tremendous usage.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage the OutSystems Research Program and it's easier to schedule meetings with real users and take care of all the governance stuff, and also track the consent form processes in there.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally was the first tool I added to our UXR tool stack at Teachable when they were still in beta (we needed the product *that* badly, and they'd already solved our core problems). Rally has been absolutely essential for us, especially as a heavily democratized organization where a team-of-one researcher supports over 30 PWDR. While many other research products on the market still don't offer pricing/plans appropriate for democratized orgs, Rally gets it. 

And the best part? Their product support (and prod development process) is lightening-fast. I love that our team can now use Rally not only for interview-based studies, but also for large-scale survey recruitment (a feature request of mine that got implemented within months). When we stopped relying on our external comms teams to send survey invites, our time-to-data was reduced by over 50% and our response rates increased dramatically!

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Occasionally we'll run into a minor glitch or limitation, but the team is *so* responsive when we flag them, there's really nothing to complain about.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

My team started using Rally during their beta period and I'm so happy we did. With so many tools on the market, it's easy to get carried away testing out tools that essentially do the same thing. This is absolutely not the case with Rally. 

Rally has reduced the burden on my small research team and opened up the ability to scale research easily within the larger organization. It's a CRM but it's much more than that. Rally has given us the space to spend more time conducting research rather than the time consuming administration of project set up and recruitment. It's easy, scalable, intuitive, and it's built specifically for research and discovery.

The thing I like most about Rally is how much they incorporate feedback into their product and work with my team (and others) as collaborators rather than simply a company to sell their product to. They care about UX Research and it really shows in their product and interactions with us.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There is very little to complain about with Rally. It's now a staple in our toolstack and I'm excited to see what they build next.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally eliminates the pain and tedium from project set up, recruitment, and administration. It also allows for governance and visibility which makes it much easier for UX Research to share the tool with other teams conducting research and discovery which was previously a large problem.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally is highly intuitive for Research Ops professionals, as well as both seasoned & novice user researchers. Its wide range of easily customizable templates, robust integrations (i.e. Salesforce) & hefty participant pools make it ideal for recruiting customers with quick turnarounds. Rally's customer support is fabulous - being a small company, their dedicated Slack channel ensures that all questions & feedback are not only seen and answered in a timely manner, but also give a human side to the sometimes rigid and robotic world of customer support that's often dominated by chatbots (nothing against chatbots, of course, but sometimes it takes a human being to help!).

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

I honestly can't say there's anything I dislike about Rally, and while there's always going to be hiccups along the way in the form of bugs and other obstacles, it's great that Rally owns up to their growth areas & always strives to do better!

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally prides themselves on being an all-in-one CRM tool. While it's true that a lot of tools aim to pitch this mission, Rally seems to really be practicing what they preach. Participant recruitment is usually the most time consuming part of the user research process (more so than the planning & analysis), and with Rally teams are able to focus more on the research itself without being bogged down by crafting & launching screeners, and also with determining which participants will deliver the best insights.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Before Rally, we were managing our panel in spreadsheets and marketo forms in a very manual process. Since implementing Rally, we have loved the automation it provides in managing our panel. Additionally, Rally has given us the ability to give structure for the team to ensure that we are collecting consent for studies and that people aren't being contacted multiple times within our set time period.

Anytime we need help, the Rally team is super fast to respond. I personally log into Rally almost daily to check on what the team is doing and how things are going, even for my own research projects. Rally has also seamlessly integrated with our tools, such as Microsoft 365 and Qualtrics. We are looking forward to having Salesforce integrated soon as well.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Rally is still a new product so there are some features that we'd love to have, but aren't there yet. The team really takes our feedback into account and as they release features, it's clear that they have done their research and know their audience. I'm super grateful for the Rally team and what they are providing.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally is speeding up our recruitment process and helping us manage research panels. It has really helped us see a vision where we can start creating panels for different purposes and growing our participant database in house, instead of reaching out to recruiters or using other software providers to get us those people.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally's user experience is super friendly, especially for self-service research projects. I am able to quickly set project parameters, add respondents and criteria, and send email blasts within a few clicks. Their support team is also excellent and highly responsive.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Minor and think it is on their near-term roadmap, but project analytics would be useful. We are a large org with multiple users and research projects at any given time, and it would be helpful to see aggregated reporting on metrics per user (eg, number of calls per month, average call duration, total incentives paid, etc).

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest solve is creating a simple way to self serve a research project with our userbase. Rally has streamlined the process of UXR - huge timesaver.

We've run into a few bugs, but they've been immediately addressed when reported. The Rally team is incredible at receiving and responding to feedback!

Recruiting is a huge pain point for our team and often involves a lot of "cold emailing." Rally is setting us up for success by creating an interested participant pool so recruitment can be focused and streamlined.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has a simple UI which makes it easy to navigate and quick to train new employees on the platform. It has everything we need in a UXR CRM platform. We used two other platforms for recruiting purposes and the Rally platform blows those out of the water. They are continuously working to add features and make the current platform better. They listen to our feedback and they are supportive, quick to respond, and overall great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

We haven't found one yet. I would like to see a reporting tab added to the platform. For now, I can find the information on the site with no big delay and the support team will happily pull a report/data on the backend for us - which is great.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally enables us to house and manage our CRM list of users, and track incentive payments. create surveys in a platform and recruit for user research - all in one platform.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has a well thought out foundation to meet the needs of recruiting participants for UX research.

+ Flexible settings to allow for a variety of study conditions including multiple facilitators, observer rooms, etc.
+ Templated communications and screener questions.
+ Detailed stats and data during live studies to assess effectiveness of emails, screener progress, scheduling progress, etc.
+ Integration with a great set of adjacent and meaningful research tools like Salesforce, Qualtrics, UserTesting, Zoom, etc.
+ Responsive support and opportunities to participate in early enhancements

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

There is nothing I dislike and know that Rally is really listening to their clients and making meaningful updates. We're anticipating much needed updates on more flexible governance rules, finer-grained permissioning, study templates, and team foldering to support a large democratized setting with an established research operations practice.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

The tool makes it possible to create a very easy and continuous flow in the processes of UXR ops. There are wonderful integrations that help gather all the required resources and tools in one place and in an uncomplicated way. The team always listens to the needs of us, the users, and you can feel it according to the development of the product in the last year and continues to be more accurate to our specific need! In general I really enjoy using the tool and it is a great solution to the need of UXR ops.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Some functions are missing that would make the product perfect, such as sequences and creating research templates. I also use the product for more generic things, but the Rally team always listens to our needs and knows how to help us find creative solutions.

Allows to create a pipeline of the user recruitment process. Enables team members to be easily involved and use convenient meeting scheduling capabilities.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Rally has really helped us streamline the way we reach out to our research participants. It's easy to use and we don't want to miss it. It has helped us make our research operations processes more efficient and it integrates well with the other research tools we have in our tool stack. In terms of setup, it was quick and easy and we also received help from their end. I particularly enjoy that they listen to feedback and it feels like they truly care about their customers and the research operations community as a whole. They also regularly launch new features and integrations for the platform that are based on our feedback. Finally, as we are a company that operates in many different markets it was great to find a tool that is localized to many different languages to ensure we can also invite participants in non-English speaking markets. Overall, a great experience and a valuable addition to our tools.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

We sometimes encounter bugs on the platform, however the Rally team is usually quick to jump in and fix them soon after we find them.  When it comes to their support we have a Slack channel with them and they are very responsive, however their support hours start at 9am US Eastern Time which is not ideal for folks like us who are located in Europe.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally helps us organize our research participant database, track participant participation in studies, understand what communications have been sent to who and when. It speeds things up and makes participant recruitment less time-consuming. It's super easy to set up governance rules for not overcontacting participants. It also helps us with research democratization, especially since it's easy to create segments which we dedicate to specific projects. Finally their observer room feature also helps us engage more people in the company so they can assist research sessions without it being disruptive or distracting for the participant.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

Our team has been using Rally since it was a fairly new tool, we were super impressed with the capabilities it was offering from the very start and it only gets better with each day, thanks to immense efforts from the Rally team. 
Before we went with Rally, we were truly struggling with building a seamless recruitment process that would cover all of our recruitment and scheduling needs, having to use 4 different tools for these purposes in the past! But when Rally came along, it has literally replaced all those tools and tedious manual tasks for us, becoming our go-to all-in-one solution for user recruitment and research participant management operations.
I would also like to praise the team for how responsive they are to their customers, we always feel supported any time we reach out to Rally’s customer support and any problem or question we have is swiftly resolved without too much disruption.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

We were encountering some minor bugs at the start but the Rally team has been super helpful in ensuring these issues were quickly resolved without any major negative impact.

All in one solution for inviting, screening participants, scheduling meetings with them, incentivizing them and managing multiple studies.

**What do you like best about Rally UXR?**

I like that Rally keeps track of customers all in one tool and does a great job with helping us manage participants for one off studies or research panels. The tool allows my team to keep tabs on a large number of projects and update information on our customers. Rally's team members are always quick to respond to our questions and help us with problems when they arise.

**What do you dislike about Rally UXR?**

Rally doesn't have the ideal integration we would want or expect it to have with other tools (Qualtrics for example). I've also encountered a fair share of bugs when trying to send out emails to customers for user research or schedule people for sessions, which have resulted in us having to contact Rally support for assistance.

**What problems is Rally UXR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rally is helping us manage past, current and future research participants across a variety of user studies. It helps us track who has been contacted for research, when they were last contacted, and if they were compensated for research.
