What do you like best about JobDiva?

Job diva is very simple to use and contain almost all features of a good ATS such as HOTLIST, EMail Merge, BULK TEXT, and other.

Boolean making is so simple in JOB DIVA, help to search the candidate according to relevancy percentage and sort them according to the date of availability also we can search those specific candidate who is sumitted recently.

A very well and use friendly interface of job diva make it appearance more user friendly.

JOb posting, email merge, resume match, Linked IN Intergration, AI summary Creation are the advance feature and helps to source talent pool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JobDiva?

few things:-

New candidates are tough to fetch,

donot contain options to search for recent candidates like Carier Builder have option to search recent candidate who did updated thire resume in past 7 days 30 days 3 months 1 years.

donot have any social media interaction like posting, sharing,chatting etc

No use of AI in boolean string.

some location contains very old resumes on particular location.

CB and monster are inbuild but most of there unique features like job possting on CB, Monster is not available through JD.

Lake of popularity among the candidates as they are very familiar with the Indeed they have very less Idea about the JD.

Calling app is absent in JOb diva we need to link it through RING Central of DIal Pad.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

Job diva is very easy to use as we can source candidates effortlessly and easily with short boolean string, all over the world which is easy to implement. It gave us multiple resumes which always comes as an best result according to the search which makes recruiting an easy task without having much trouble in sourcing. Using it frequently make this platform even easy to understand and got best customer support for all the issues and at the end even integration of new resumes and details are making it perfectly reliable to use. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

What do you like best about JobDiva?

The best features of job diva which I like:

1. The database is so strong and well maintained that even when we search for candidates in niche location ,it will find the best profiles in that specific area and that too with simple Boolean strings.

2.The quality of candidates is so good that if you use only job diva to search for candidates ,you don't need any other ATS platform ,because it complies and provides the best candidates available overall, helping you find the perfect match for your job.

3. Job diva is very user friendly. In my previous organization ,I didn't use job diva as an ATS ,but in my current organization I had to use it. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

What do you like best about JobDiva?

There’s a lot to like about this tool, and it really helps us with day-to-day recruiting and candidate tracking.

It’s one of the best ATS options I’ve used because I can create summaries using its AI features. We can also rank skills, which makes resumes align more closely with the job description. The voice note option makes it easy to jot down candidate conversations. Its integration with outlook helps with tracking saved email conversations, and we can make calls using JobDiva, which saves a lot of time. What do you like best about JobDiva?

1. Its user friendly. Jobdiva make my sourcing life easy, now a days its AI feature is very useful which can reduce my time to write mail, RTR etc.

2. Its ATS system, which helps us to review all the candidate from Dice, Monster and Carrier builder in one platform.

3. It's a centralized system where we scheduled interviews, see previous notes by recruiter for particular candidate., check previous conversation etc.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

I like how JobDiva provides everything on one integrated platform, making my workflow easy with all the details in one place. It fetches candidates from different job portals, which simplifies sourcing. I also appreciate the Mail merge and AI Assist feature, as it helps me to send email to multiple candidate at onece and identify potential candidates for specific jobs by comparing job requirements with candidates' resumes respectively. Additionally, it saves me time by creating summaries for candidates' profiles. The initial setup was very easy, taking only 2-3 hours of training, which was enough to get started. What do you like best about JobDiva?

It's really a nice sourcing portal for recruitment process, where we get the best solution to sourcing , tracking, review and feedback for candidates profiles. We can easily track the profile we submitted, it's a complete process from submitting to offered (hired) the candidature. There are a multiple ATS in market, but the JobDiva is different from other. Because, we getting complete tracking without wasting the time on other things, which is the unique quality of JobDiva.

I appreciate the talent management process, because it helps to get the complete recruitment process, by understanding it's own way. The best part is we can check the past history of the candidates, are they submitted or not for the same role. We also see the past notes, submission history, saved emails conversation, manual editing the details. Which helps you to make double submission and rejections. What do you dislike about JobDiva?

There is nothing specific, which we can dislike. But if we can improve these points that would be a great advantage for this.

First, while we uploading the large files, or submissions, it take too much time to loading. Which time taking.

Second, there are multiple options for the small icons to understand the things. Basically, it's difficult to understand all for the new joiner (fresher) who never use those before.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

Job Diva is quite good. This is the first time I’m using the platform, and it has felt very smooth and easy to work with. It’s easy to communicate with the system, and there are a lot of features I like. For example, I can call right away from a shared resume, send RTR, and lock the candidate. The third-party integrations are also quite good, such as RingCentral, Codler, as well as other ATS integrations like CB, Monster, Dice, and other third-party tools. The best I like about job diva is it's User Interface, easy to use, everything I can find at one place due to its integrated platform. I am almost using this everyday so I do all my recruitment from Job Diva. I can find all details related to candidate and job at one place, I can see all the past email conversation from its saved email feature and can easily track my candidate's record and job details, schedule interview, start.
