Notes are fully customizable to match each clinician's preferred format, terminology, and documentation style, allowing any practice to tailor outputs to their specific workflow and payer requirements. Every note requires clinician-in-the-loop review, edit, and approval before it is finalized or signed; the licensed clinician remains responsible for the clinical accuracy, completeness, and payer-readiness of each note. Privacy, security, and compliance are foundational to AutoNotes. The platform operates a HIPAA-aligned security and privacy program, aligns with PHIPA for Canadian providers, and executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer that processes Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, de-identified before any interaction with external AI services, and AI subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using customer data for model training or retention. The transcription is very precise and even picks up on things that were said in a conversation. This clears my time and I can spend all the time attending to my client and giving him/her my full attention. **What do you dislike about AutoNotes AI?** AutoNotes AI still has some difficulties with distinguishing some details in complex client presentations. For instance, when the session was about childhood trauma, the notes mostly consisted of facts and not feelings of the client. **What problems is AutoNotes AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** AutoNotes AI solves the most significant problem that therapists have and that is the paperwork. Although you can still use chatGPT or Bard to generate your notes, autonotes makes it very much hassle free. it gives you three base templates to choose from, and the amount of customization options you get after is enormous. You can select primary/secondary/tertiary diagnosis levels and add custom summary on top of it. The notations are added automatically provided you choose the right ones. I'm no medical expert but I know quality AI generated text when I see it, and it is very good **What do you dislike about AutoNotes AI?** The templates are tailored to fit just the US healthcare system.
