I like the formatting of Zoom Workplace, especially in comparison to other things we use. I like that in some meetings, when I join, I don't have to bother with my camera or microphone, I log in and it's like being in a presentation. In other instances, I will log in and already be muted, which is also really helpful depending on where I am working.

We also have a weekly meeting that consists of many people online and people in one big room together. We do things all together as a group and then are separated into our own online group. The reliability of some AI tools is not perfect, so I often add a tool like Fathom to ensure I have a backup.
