**What do you like best about Talentpool?**

The auto-generated emails while scheduling the interviews and the reminder emails are very helpful.
It eases down the work of recruiters. Saves time for the recruiters.
The Reports give clean insights into the process of recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Talentpool?**

The user interface looks a bit crowded and clumsy.

**What problems is Talentpool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped maintain the candidate database effortlessly.
Opening requisitions, assigning recruiters, and publishing jobs on job boards is very easy.
Another interesting feature is the report generation, this helps in evaluating the performance easily.
