It has proven to be highly reliable, which is great for a high-volume business. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** Honestly, we have not encountered any downsides to using Orderful. We have only ever had 1 problem, but that was extremely early in our initial implementation and the issue wasn't due to Orderful's product or actions and was promptly resolved. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful provided our company the opportunity to connect with our Celigo environment via API, yet provide the technology to convert that data into EDI documents to send to our trading partners. Our company uses NetSuite ERP combined with Celigo for the majority of our integrations. The setup of new trading partners using the Celigo-Orderful is a powerful combination of scalability and performance. Our company does business with many trading partners that only provided EDI connections, and for a long time we were "manually" managing those sales channels. Orderful's technology has allowed us to scale our integrations quickly and reliably with little to no problems. Toward the end of the process, when things slowed down, Orderful responded by adding more resources to help push us across the finish line. Customer support is almost always amazing. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** I wish there was a clearly defined Prod and Test environment where you could apply rules and test out different guidelines for a trading partner that is already live in your system. I have found this to be a challenge with orderful. For example - if you have a trading partner live, there isn't a good way of testing out rules and guideline changes in a test scenario, at least not that I am aware of. I believe he was new. We were assigned an additional specialist and once that happened things moved very quickly. A breath of fresh air in the smoggy EDI world **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** andrew t. | IT manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2024 **What do you like best about Orderful EDI?** Orderful is a game changer in the EDI world and I believe Orderful will make all of the other cumbersome and old EDI platforms out of business. I have gone through 3 EDI implementations, and burned twice. Orderful was our 4th and last implementation. Their implementation team and customer service team are top notch, resulting a much much shorter implementation time for a new trading partner. The implementation was straight forward and adding additional partners is never a problem (there is no need to sign a new contract for any additional partner). Enough said, the proof is in the pudding. Give Orderful a try, as you are already lost (especially hair) when using other EDI platform. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** None that I can think of. That almost never happen when dealing with a software company. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful is solving all of the problems that I had with our old EDI platform. As a result, we are able to fix most of our EDI problems in no time, thus preventing downstream issues. ### 50. Implementation is measured in hours, not days. Connecting it to anything that can talk to an API is a no-brainer, and the customer support is first-rate. I've had issues resolved sometimes within minutes. I use the U/I every day to check the health of my EDI connections, whether they are working, and why they are not. But to appreciate what it can do, you have to use some other features, like tables for information you don't have in your data, and the fabulous rules engine. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** EDIFACT is still a work in progress. They advertised EDIFACT, and we recently discovered that one of the status settings for the CONTRL document has not yet been addressed in the UI, leaving you to believe that the document you sent, is overdue, when in fact, it was received and responded to. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** VALIDATION: Making the document into EDI is critical, but more importantly, the rules engine and the tables allow you to make your EDI do what your IT department or vendor may have failed to do.
