I love how it's easy to access everything I need thanks to its organized structure, making it easy for me to find what I need right away without having to search a lot. With just a few clicks, I can check my email without signing in, and everything is available with a touch of a button. What do you like best about Workvivo?

I use Workvivo to share my work achievements, customer feedback, travel moments with colleagues, and to endorse team members for their values. I also rely on Workvivo for its space feature, which allows me to find the latest supplier list and HRM information without any worry about changes. The spaces feature is great as it lets me add space for specific people based on interest, which is amazing. I like the option to endorse people for the values they follow right on their profile without making announcements, and others can still see it. This provides a convenient way to encourage people. What do you dislike about Workvivo?

User engagement is not that good. Should do something to attract a larger percentage of employees to the platform, so it feels like an inclusive platform and not the platform for selected people. We should be able to invite people via email to engage in posts. People who are actively engaged should get badges, the badges are there but it should be more.
