I like the interface of Workvivo; it's pretty intuitive and easy to use. You can easily find all the manuals and guides on the left and news on the right, which means you don’t have to do a lot of clicks just to access something. I also appreciate how it keeps me informed about everything, like company news, events, and resources. It's handy for reviewing certifications and staying updated with all the Human Resources documentation. Workvivo keeps all important documents in one space and allows real-time updates for the entire corporation. The setup was pretty easy. The HR team welcomed us with a post, making it feel simple to begin using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say that it has so many things in one place, on the front screen we see employees' family assistant, upcoming events, stock quotes, information from the cybersecurity team, links, the last post of the company on LinkedIn, explore careers, and then all the links for all HR forms. Yes, to keep it more organized, just using other methods to display the information that way it doesn’t become too overwhelming. Pretty easy to use, however too much info.
