"Intuitive and Powerful, but Overpriced"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I really like the intuitive UI of Zoom Workplace. It's seamless for any user to join a meeting and share video notes or the desktop during a conference, which helps us collaborate across teams. The integrations with Slack and email are also very handy. I'm currently learning about the AI features in Zoom Workplace, and I see potential in how we might use them. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom AI features come with a learning curve. Improving the documentation or providing video tutorials would be handy. The admin configuration can be tricky because there are so many settings and updates to make. Also, Zoom has become very expensive, and reducing the price would be great. "HD Video, Needs Better Voice Quality"
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like using Zoom Workplace for remote meetings and classes. The HD video screen sharing is really good, making the sessions clear and effective. I also enjoy the multiple screen sharing feature that accommodates many users, which is quite helpful in collaborative sessions. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace easy to install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

I think the voice quality could be improved. Sometimes there's a packet dropping effect that results in glitches in the sound, like a long 'Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey'. Also, if we purchased a company account, we can't log in for more than one user at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
