
We should have done better homework prior to shifting to Pipedrive - to try and integrate our TOFU tools/tech we moved to Pipedrive's chatbot. This thing destroyed our page loaded speed and unfortunately we didn't realize it for about 6 weeks. It resulted in about 1/6th of the number of leads via the chat (which was a huge source for us).
I had two customer service issues with them as well. I've spent over 30 hours dealing with them on two very basic issues and they're still not resolved yet (we don't expect them to be before we move either)
Our company is extremely regretful we made the move over and based on the trust lost through this process we've decided it makes more sense to move to a more reputable platform. It has cost so much time, frustration, and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Extremely poor tech for the chatbot
Very slow customer support - they work European Hours so if you in North America, South America or Asia/Pacific. Expect each query to take 24 hours. Just brutal.
