# What’s the best core HR software for small businesses?

&lt;p&gt;Does anyone feel like they &lt;em&gt;outgrew&lt;/em&gt; Gusto or Justworks after hitting a certain size? We’re small now, but I’m wondering how much headroom we should plan for.&lt;/p&gt;
