# Which AI business agent is best for process optimization?

We researched G2's AI agents for business operations to streamline end-to-end business processes, automate approvals and improve process throughput and ROI. By continuously researching top AI business agents for process optimization, categorizing peer reviews, demos, and trial insights, a few tools stood out that genuinely help team structure workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and scale efficiently. After reviewing the top-rated options, this is what I found.

Microsoft Copilot: Super simple, straightforward, process-driven, result-oriented. Agree with G2 analysis of it being a smart AI assistant, but is it as flexible and scalable as promised?

Twixor: Stood out for conversational intelligence and workflow automation, particularly in customer journeys, but does it help create complex, enterprise-grade automations?

Kore.ai: Users praised its no-code capabilities, strong entity recognition, multichannel integration, and ease of implementation, but do I need to invest in a gen AI infra integration to implement it?

Podium: Loved the UI. So user-friendly, and it was easy to create and automate SMS/emails in one go. However, the questions about its internal ops automation capabilities remain.

If you have worked with business agents for process optimization before or have reviewed a provider on G2, I have a few questions

What's that one success benchmark that you look for during software analysis for the value of money?

Do I need to use one solution or a stack combo for end-to-end process optimization?

What is the ideal ROI timeline that I should map in my evaluation workflow?
