"ClickUP is powerful project management tool and fancy in the same time"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp is an excellent productivity and project management tool. I really like how intuitive and easy it is to navigate — everything feels well-organized and user-friendly.

The platform offers a huge variety of tools to structure workflows, boards, and roles, which makes it perfect for managing both small and complex projects. The visual dashboards and Gantt charts are especially helpful for tracking progress, deadlines, and team performance at a glance.

Overall, ClickUp combines flexibility with strong visual management features, making it a great choice for teams that value both structure and simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Some functions are limited by user roles, such as integrations with other tools or the ability to reorganize boards (like adding new sprints). Also, ticket templates can only be applied per board rather than per task type, which reduces flexibility when managing multiple teams or projects. (or maybe I did not find a way to do so) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete and customizable organization for teams and projects"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is the flexibility. You can adapt the workspace exactly to the format of each project, creating lists, boards, timelines, and automations that really make day-to-day work easier. The ability to integrate documents, checklists, and dashboards in one place is a great advantage, making the workflow much more organized and visual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp can seem a bit complex at first — there are so many functions and configuration options that the learning process can be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organized Project Management, But Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp to organize tasks, manage projects, and keep track of deadlines in one place, which really helps me stay organized and manage my tasks more efficiently. It solves the problem of scattered work by keeping everything in one place—tasks, deadlines, notes, and progress updates. I like how ClickUp keeps everything in one place. It makes managing tasks and staying organized really easy, and I don’t have to jump between different apps anymore. Having everything in one place really helps me stay organized and focused. I can manage tasks, track progress, and keep notes without switching between different apps. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to stay on top of my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes ClickUp feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and options. It can take some time to get used to everything, and the interface can feel a little busy at first. A simpler setup or smoother onboarding would make it even better. I think ClickUp could feel more user-friendly if the interface was a bit cleaner and less crowded, especially for new users. Having a simpler default layout, clearer labels, and short in-app tips or walkthroughs would really help people understand things faster. A more guided setup when starting out would make the learning curve much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp keeps everything organized — from tasks to team goals"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp brings all my work together in one place — tasks, docs, sprints, and even reminders. I love how customizable the views are (List, Board, or Calendar), so I can switch depending on what I’m working on. The automation options save a ton of manual effort, and the comments + notifications make team collaboration smooth. It feels like a mix of project management, note-taking, and communication in one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first — there are so many features and customization options that the interface sometimes feels cluttered. Occasionally, dashboards or views take a second to load when managing larger projects. A simpler onboarding for new users would make the experience even better. "ClickUp Brings Clarity and Structure to Our Fast Paced Product Workflows"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how flexible it is in adapting to the way our teams actually work. We use it to manage everything from sprint planning and product roadmaps to client deliverables, and it handles each workflow beautifully once set up. The hierarchy of Spaces, Folders, and Lists lets us separate internal product work from client projects without losing visibility across everything.

The ease of use has improved a lot over the last year new team members can get comfortable within a few days. Implementation was straightforward, and the templates for sprints, OKRs, and feature tracking saved us weeks during onboarding.

We use ClickUp daily for task management, weekly for progress tracking and reporting, and it’s become our single source of truth for delivery. The number of features is impressive Docs, Dashboards, Goals, Automations, Whiteboards it really replaces a stack of tools we’d otherwise pay for separately.

Integrations with Slack, GitHub, and Google Drive work smoothly, and customer support has been responsive whenever we hit small roadblocks. Overall, it’s a platform that gives both structure and flexibility something not many project management tools pull off well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp is powerful, but that power comes with a bit of complexity. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when it comes to understanding how Spaces, Folders, and Lists interact. It takes some trial and error before teams find the structure that really fits their workflow.

While the platform is feature-rich, it can sometimes feel overwhelming there’s almost too much you can do, and that occasionally leads to clutter or inconsistent setups across teams. Page load times and mobile performance can also lag a bit when managing large workspaces or switching between views like Board, Gantt, and Calendar.

Lastly, although Dashboards are incredibly useful, getting them to show exactly the right data sometimes requires more manual configuration than expected. None of these are deal-breakers, but they do add friction when scaling ClickUp across multiple teams and projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Project Management with Built-In Communication, but Needs Speed Boost"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the inbuilt messaging feature in ClickUp, which is quite similar to Slack. This has effectively eliminated the need for integrating Slack with ClickUp, as it lets teams communicate within ClickUp itself. This feature stands out as one of the best in ClickUp for me, providing a single source of truth in one platform, streamlining project management processes without needing multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp always has a speed issue. My clients, including myself, have faced this issue that ClickUp is very slow when the data gets huge inside ClickUp. It takes loads of time to load the pages and other relevant details. So ClickUp is very, very slow in terms of usage and loading page speed. The second point is the lack of an easy-to-use, beginner-friendly interface. ClickUp has a different architecture with folders and spaces, which is unconventional. So people find it difficult to use as it's not beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Operations, Superb Support"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I find ClickUp quite simple to use once you get past the initial learning curve. It has everything I need for managing the back end of my business operations. I love how I can brainstorm, create projects, and have different types of boards, which is very useful. The chat functionality and the ability to use the mobile version as well as the website version make everything more accessible. The ability to brain dump ideas and streamline them through the app to the online platform is great. The Gantt board is very handy for keeping track of tasks and progress, especially for my VA, allowing me to easily see what's in progress and completed. The support from ClickUp is exceptional, as I've had meetings with their VAs who are amazing, very helpful, always on hand, and I know there's always support there when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The CRM system in ClickUp was just too complicated and doesn't seem to work too well, so I resorted to using Go High Level instead. Also, the account side of things feels pretty hard and confusing, more complicated than it needs to be. I found I need to use a third party for AI agents to sync everything through to social media platforms, which ClickUp lacks the capability to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable, Perfect for Solo Projects"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp to manage my various projects, both career-related and personal, because it's fully customizable. My favorite feature is the automations, as I can set an automation so that when I click a certain checkbox in any task, ClickUp will move that task to a different list in a different location of my choosing. This cuts down on the time I'd otherwise spend moving tasks around or changing statuses. The level of customization is crucial for me since different projects need different sets of statuses. I can configure and automate ClickUp based on each project's needs, making it operate like a personal assistant. Additionally, I like to organize my tasks based on projects and the context of the task, which ClickUp allows. I also appreciate how ClickUp integrates with my Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The mobile app does not provide all the features of the desktop app. Some of my tasks contain links to Google Docs documents that I can only access via the desktop app. There was a bit of a learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A tool that actually keeps me on track"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really like how ClickUp brings all my tasks, docs, and workflows into one place. It helps me stay organised without juggling multiple tools. It pulls everything into one place, tasks, calendar, notes, reminders, you name it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Honestly, there isn’t anything I truly dislike about ClickUp. Every tool has a learning curve, but overall it’s been smooth and reliable for what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible, all-in-one project management tool for content and team collaboration"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp helps our entire content and marketing team stay organized in one place. I like how we can manage everything — from tasks and deadlines to docs, comments, and feedback — without switching tools. The dashboards give a clear overview of project progress, and the ability to customize views (List, Board, Calendar) makes it easy to work the way each team member prefers. Integrations with Slack and Google Drive also save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many features and options available. Some pages take slightly longer to load when there are too many tasks or attachments. A more streamlined mobile app experience would also make it easier to manage quick updates on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
