What do you like best?

CleverTap es un paseo para el Mobile Marketing y datos analíticos obtenido de dicha ramificación. La característica que es mi favorita –a pesar de que posee muchas- es la capacidad de analizar la data y detectar anomalías en túneles lo cual permite hacer ajustes a cada producto a fin de continuar en el camino deseado y proyectar las metas esperadas. Además, es capaz de procesar larga data asociada a cada producto por el cual es utilizado. Por ello, permite la implementación constante de actualización ajustadas a un mercado que varía con muchísima rapidez. ¡Me encanta!

What do you dislike?

El proceso de implementación es un poco tedioso y engorroso, puesto que no es una herramienta para ser utilizada por cualquier tipo de usuario con niveles básicos de conocimiento tecnológico. Sería necesario una inducción y/o entrenamiento para aprovechar cada función adecuadamente. Asimismo, las alertas a destiempo pueden ser un problema para arreglar errores generales en cada producto.

La única recomendación que puedo ofrecer es que inviertan en entrenamiento o capaciten a un usuario maestro a fin de personalizar adecuadamente CleverTap para que haga exactamente lo que cada compañía necesita acorde a sus objetivos y al motivo por el cual invirtió en esta herramienta.

"De lo mejor para dirigir el Mobile Marketing "

Es una de las mejores herramientas de Mobile marketing que he utilizado en un largo periodo de tiempo. La característica que más utilizamos en mi compañía y la más resaltante considero que es la capacidad de lanzar campañas única y exclusivamente a raíz de los análisis arrojados del procesamiento de datos online y offline de los usuarios.

Cuando se utilizan datos pesados y archivos grandes, el procesamiento de flujogramas puede ser un poco lento y tedioso, haciendo que los procesos se retrasen un poco. En mi opinión, no es nada por lo cual descartar esta herramienta.

"Clevertap is a must"

What do you like best?

The Smart Campaigns feature is awesome. With that feature, you can just set up push campaigns once and forget about sending push messages to new users, the platform will do it for you. You can set triggers, so once a user does something specific, he will receive an automated message.

What do you dislike?

The only "but" we found on Clevertap is that their dashboard is only available in English. They should add more languages like Spanish, Italian and French at least.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You should definitely give Clevertap a try. It will make your life easier. Even if you think at first that the pricing is high, you will realize that it is much cheaper than having one or two full time employees doing all the work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Because of the huge volume of apps and users that Mobincube has, it used to be imposible to take care of sending customized push messages to all of them in order to keep a good level of loyalty. With Clevertap and its smart campaigns, we just need to configure those campaigns once and then new users will start receiving messages as a reaction of their actions.

"Data Insights at its best!"

What do you like best?

The most helpful thing about CT, is the ability to create actionable campaigns from the insights. Flows within CT has given us the ability to successfully decrease our app abandoned ratio by 8.7%, more over the trend analyzation has equipped us to modify the marketing strategy for the best time to send a campaign.

What do you dislike?

I guess I dislike the fact that CT somehow limit us in creation of fully equipped HTML workframes, however I'm sure it would be solved with the introduction of JavaScript and JQuery

The inherit cause of choosing CleverTap over any other automation tool is to power the campaign with useful app insights, so in case you are looking for a platform which can replace your current analytic dashboard while being a marketing automation solver, clevertap is the way to go!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In simple words, CT has effected the growth of Truecaller Pay immensely. A simple campaign supported by CT insights, leads to upwards of 150,000 registrations and subsequent activation!

Journey options to send a follow up push for non receivers have helped us to achieve the maximum user base.

"Intuitive, Feature rich and Accurate - Must have for teams of all sizes"

What do you like best?

The toolkit enables powerful marketing automations out of the box. If not for CT, our team would need to spend several days and weeks building the same set of automations. Further, the analytics capabilities are at par with most tools out there and sufficient for most day to day use cases for product and growth teams.

What do you dislike?

Some of the queries especially around Funnels and Flows can be slow, especially when using a large dataset. Further, user flow analysis, as of now, has limited capabilities.

"An all-you-need analytics suite for growing startups"

What do you like best?

What I like best is I haven't needed to look at any other analytics tool since we brought in Clevertap. Except for measuring session time which is overall becoming difficult & attribution analytics, Clevertap has literally everything under the sun & it is definitely the most robust tool we have used in the last 3 years. We use it for Funnels, Cohorts, Trends, and the Dashboard is definitely useful.

What do you dislike?

They should bring in advanced features like- email reports for dashboards & anomaly alerts. Also, not every analytics output can be pinned to the dashboard. If the support was on-call more than it is on email, it would have helped us better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Event nomenclature is something that seems unimportant, but if you're gonna have folks from different verticals use analytics, pay very close attention to this & you'll be sailing happily.

"One of the best marketing automation solution out there! `"

What do you like best?

CleverTap is a customer lifecycle management and engagement platform that gathers data on any platform for behavioural analysis of the users. Some of the points that I'd like to highlight:

- Easy setup

- Real-time data gathering

- Ability to set up campaigns for real-time as well as past behaviour segment's users

- Good visual reports

What do you dislike?

1. The feature called 'Journey' can't be edited once you set it up and go live. If you want to make changes then you have to clone it and make changes and pause the previous one. It can be a time consuming process if the journey is a little complicated.

2. There should be an option to check the user's data for the CSV file upload of the users.

We provide whitelabled apps for multiple brands along with web apps. It becomes crucial for us to track user behaviour across all apps and see how users are interacting with our products. "Great tool to perform a market analysis."

What do you like best?

CleverTap is a very complete tool to perform a complete analysis of user behavior, which allows us to have a more effective understanding of the tastes of the people we want to analyze, thanks to this we can see clearly, who look at the sites of our competitors, and thus offer them, something better or equal, so we have a large retention of people within our business, thanks to the precise data on the actions performed by users on other sites, we can create a set of personalized preferences for each one of them, showing them what they want to see, and so we avoid them from going to our pages, to other places to look for the same thing, or something different from what they offer them.

What do you dislike?

The application can be a bit slow in some kind of work, when different tasks are performed within the application, this can stop for a few seconds, some things are missing to be optimized, I would like the reports to be a little more detailed, to you need a lot of compatibility with other tools and applications, a system of these must be free to complement any marketing tool, not see other tools as your competitors but as your add-ons, since you will always use different similar tools, that one expects to be easily complemented.

It is a great tool to effectively monitor the behavior of users, but before implementing this system, compatibility should be analyzed with other products.

"CleverTap Review"

What do you like best?

The best of CleverTap is its features range. We use it as a complete CRM platform: user segmentation, audience building, journey campaigns and performance tracking are some of its main capabilities.

To make it better, its customer service is thorough, attentive and very friendly.

What do you dislike?

It does not have a built-in SMS provider nor an e-mail provider. So these features require integration with third parties.

And, as you use it and pile up data do be stored, its services gets pricier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use CleverTap throughout all of our CRM processes. User acquisition with targeted member to member communication, activation journey campaigns, reactivation through remarketing and special offers, segmentation of specific users with specific actions, etc. Beyond that, we use Clevertap to keep track of several KPIs and campaign performance, such as user engagement, user cohorts, AB tests, uninstalls, etc. One major problem that it does address is the possibility to personalize the content we deliver to our users; at the same time, its intelligence selects the right time and situation to do it. The level of detail possible to manage is excellent.

"CleverTap is literally THE MOST CLEVER WAY to market to and segment a user database!"

What do you like best?

My company has used CleverTap now for over a year. It's been a rich experience for us and CleverTap has taken how we engage with users of our mobile app to new levels. The segmentation features make it so easy to define segments and target them with messaging according to their behavior. We've seen significant boosts in retention as well as in-app conversion with users and there's no way we'd be able to have that type of connection with our users without CleverTap's platform.

The CleverTap team is one of the best team's I've encountered when it comes to support, training, providing updates and overall, they've been such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend CleverTap to anyone!

What do you dislike?

Honestly...there is nothing that I dislike about CleverTap. I haven't had one negative experience with it. For me, that says a lot because as many times as I've used it, the product has not failed once. I've never seen their server go out or received any site error message.

You won't regret the decision to use CleverTap, especially if you're looking to maximize activation, engagement and retention of users for your app.

"Powerful mobile marketing platform"

What do you like best?

Clevertap is a robust mobile marketing platform that allows us to optimise our customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts. It gives us the ability to analyse customer behaviours to determine what, how, when they are doing things in our app, and create contextual multi channel campaigns to drive engagement. Customers can fall in and out journeys based on conversion actions events - delivering the most personalised experience. Additionally, from a product perspective, the team is able to measure and analyse the impact of new product features/ flows/ enhancements.

What do you dislike?

Clevertap takes a little while to implement properly, however, it is worthwhile to get event and property tags correct the first time.

We have also run into some campaign sending errors from time to time and there aren't any notifications that alert you to this, so monitoring is key.

"A really good tool for Marketing. "

What do you like best?

I liked how complete the platform is. Clevertap helps you analyze what happens on your website and in the app, you can find insights and make better decisions. Also on the same platform you can create automatic campaigns according to each segment. Automatic campaigns really help the work of the marketing area. The team can focus more on creating strategies.

What do you dislike?

It has small errors sometimes, however, the support team solves any problem very quickly. I appreciate how quickly they answered my questions. They have excellent customer service.

I really recommend Clevertap. It is a tool that has everything. It is the dream of any marketer

What do you like best?

- Great on-boarding experience.

- Easy to use dashboard.

- Plenty of ways to interact with customers (for both web and mobile apps).

- Many ways of extracting insightful information on customer behavior.

- Data is not only insightful but also actionable: there are usually buttons next to the data providing actions to improve the results.

- Also some really interesting machine learning applications (like goal prediction, best time to deliver, recommendations).

"Making the Marketing team independent"

What do you like best?

Omni Channel Communication, Able to manage the different communication channels at one place, helping us to engage users in a more sophisticated way. The user segmentation is very good, we can segment users based on the activities they did on our platform. That helps us to promote the content to relevant users and do better matchmaking leading to higher engagement rates.

What do you dislike?

No safari and Firefox push notification support at the moment. So, loosing out a lot of users. But it's in their roadmap, looking forward to seeing it soon.

If you have not ever used any product similar to this. You should definitely try or at least see a demo. The tools gives hundreds of ways/combinations to engage your existing customers or visitors. So, the only constraint that will remain is your team's imagination to use it.

Omnichannel communication. All communication endpoint in one place makes life easier.

"CleverTap has improved a lot over time"

What do you like best?

They really hear us like clients. We had a wonderful experience as customers with special needs. The engineers implemented special features based on our feedback and needs. They are always willing to help.

The platform is more powerful and versatile than ever, and has nothing to envy to the competition.

What do you dislike?

The initial integration with Segment.com was little painful, and we have to done several fixes and work with CleverTap in order to get everything working ok.

Keep improving like you are.

Maybe you consider to redesign - redevelop your UI, because i know you will do great job with your current knowldege of your users. And the Interface hasn't changed since several years ago.

1. The ability to transform collected data into valuable susceptible segments which that can be directly targeted using the RFM technique available.

2. The analytics leg of the tool on top a campaign engine helps glean good inputs about consumer behaviour/business trends.

What do you dislike?

While this can be an issue pertinent to the sector I work for (Telecom), the raw files that I download using my primary key gets merged which essentially translates to manual cleaning of atleast 10% of the file.

If multiple numbers are aligned to one email ID on seperate devices (corporate consumers), I can still segregate them but, if multiple profiles are created using one phone, it's a mess.

Must use.

But, best wielded when use completely.

All integrations should be made from an omnichannel perspective.

Amalgamation of Data science and the ability to extract data faster. Real Time updation of metrics and campaign automation capabilities are the best in the industry. Web MAUs need to be derived and hence you need to resort to another channel to compute the same. At times, the team is not accessible on calls but always does provide a solution across all boards in a jiffy

"Great product"

What do you like best?

Easy to configure, easy to segment. You have a user friendly platform. I like that have a lot of features, but are not complicated to use. I like that Clevertap is always implementing new features.

What do you dislike?

I dont like that the platform is not always reliable and some messages for some reason does not appear to all users. This is happening less often lately. I did not like that the journeys were so hard to implement, at the end we did not implemented because support could not help us enough to do it. Kind of sad that most of new features are for entreprise paying users and as a small startup we can not access this features.

"One tool for product & marketing needs"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that Clevertap is comprehensive in its offering both as an analytics solution and customer engagement. So all stake holders right from product / engineering / marketing to leadership end up being users of Clevertap.

What do you dislike?

To harness the true capabilities of the product - Clevertap requires marketing and tech to partner and work together for a proper implementation. So it isn't exactly a trivial project.

Map your requirements and what level of integration would serve these needs well.

We are looking to reduce customer drop-offs at key on-boarding points with Clevertap. We can see this can be largely automated using Clevertap. For our product team Clevertap opens up a lot of insights on how users are using our product and where the drop-offs are happening.

We also like to reach out to our global customers with different messaging for different countries. That is easy with Clevertap. We also have the ability to target users depending on their status with us. So different customers get different messaging depending on where they are in their usage of our product.

Our users end up being from both web and mobile app, so having a combined profile and view of what these users are doing is very helpful to us. Clevertap does that well.

"A very promising product which is designed for scale"

What do you like best?

I used this product for my own personal webapp and mobile app. My DAU and MAU have been on the rise and I was essentially impressed with the functionality of "FLOWS"

To be able to see the breaking points in the user experience and create a plusher experience was my top requirement.

To top it all, I created multiple user journeys and now am mapping just the user behavior.

Additionally, Funnels, Pivots and the newly launched Intent based segmentation are also something that people like me who are looking to generate revenue would highly use before our campaigns.

What do you dislike?

It is a little hard to choose for I dislike. Dislike is too strong a word but I guess, they can train people in companies to use the product. I mentioned that once and ever since they have started this "CleverTap Confluence" where they come to cities in person and do a full length product walkthrough, business cases pitch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- User Engagement is a key aspect

- It is followed by User retention

- Marketing Automation

The Journeys have definitely helped in saving a lot of my time. For engagement I have a great variety of channels to sue from but I only use Web Push and Mobile Push as of now. For retention I am mostly relying on their Analytics stack which is proving to be very beneficial as they create insights out of user data and most of the time these insights could surpass the human eye.

"Clevertap"

What do you like best?

1. It has many options to play around your users.

2. I can check every minute detail about my customers through the dashboard itself which very useful

3. I can send many communications to people along with a lot of features like images, global limits etc.

What do you dislike?

1. Sometimes the dashboard works very slow, if many tabs are opened.

2. There is no option to unsubscribe a customer from your communications, you always need to upload a csv on the system even for a single customer.

What do you like best?

What's better than saving cost on a headcount for a Data Analyst in the CRM team when you can tap on CleverTap's extensive analytical capabilities?

What do you dislike?

There is a learning curve that will take a while, and you may have tons of questions during the first few months. But once you're past that it's good.

Get on the trial period and explore the analytical capabilities. If the ability to analyse your segments and users based on your "critical events" is highly necessary, CleverTap is the solution for you.

"Power Infra and Realtime Engagement"

What do you like best?

I have been using CleverTap for over three years now.

We had tried multiple providers to send push notifications through our app, but none of them could handle the traffic and load of our user-base, especially during important sports matches or TV show releases. CleverTap, having a powerful infrastructure, could easily handle our load and could send realtime notifications to all our users. We could thus schedule and send massive campaigns in just a few seconds without worrying about deliverability.

CleverTap is backed by a great customer success team, who eased the migration process and also helped us automate a plethora of our marketing use-cases.

What do you dislike?

Well, with the scale they have managed to create, they need more manpower! Irony is, they have managed creating an impact with very few talented resources.

What do you like best?

CleverTap delivers what it promises. They do the things that they do best internally and partner with the best companies out there for the rest providing the end user a fantastic mobile marketing & retention solution. The best part about using CleverTap is the post-purchase customer success team is always there to help you out. They've pointed me in the correct direction countless # of times.

The product team keeps rolling out new features & improvements every month so I'm confident that the product will keep improving. Few of the recent most features like intent based segmentation are really helpful.
