Sprinto&#39;s guided workflows felt like a real checklist with structure behind it, genuinely helpful for a smaller team without a dedicated compliance hire. It&#39;s also one of the more approachable security compliance platforms if you&#39;re newer to this space and don&#39;t want a steep learning curve on day one. Guided setup matters a lot in security compliance tools when nobody owns compliance full time. Few security compliance platforms cover physical and cloud controls together.

Drata&#39;s audit workflow automation and asset tracking covered both our physical and cloud controls nicely, and the auditor feedback is the clearest signal it actually improved our process. The year before adopting it, our SOC 2 evidence collection was entirely spreadsheet-based, someone manually tracking which physical controls, badge access logs, visitor sign-ins, camera coverage, had been reviewed and when, alongside a separate process for cloud evidence. Covering physical and cloud controls together is a real advantage in security compliance tools. Guided setup matters in cybersecurity compliance software when nobody owns it.
