"Centralized QA Workspace with Powerful Collaboration and Automation"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The user is able to manage various types of departments and tasks, such as HR and bug tracking. All the project management-related work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I still feel that ClickUp is not very user-friendly. For someone completely new to the platform, it takes some time to get used to how everything works. Overall, I would say it is less user-friendly on average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ultimate tool for project management"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

After trying different platforms throughout my career as a Project Manager, I can say that ClickUp has become my favorite. It is a very comprehensive tool that allows me to organize all my projects in one place thanks to its multiple spaces, boards, and customizable views.

I not only keep track of tasks, but also of suppliers, campaigns, and documentation, which gives me an integral view of everything I manage. One of the sections I value the most is the documents, where I have all the meeting minutes centralized, which prevents me from relying on scattered files.

I am particularly in love with the AI Notetaker function: as a PM, this feature is pure gold. I can focus on the session without being distracted by taking notes, as the system generates clear summaries with key points, both in short meetings and in long ones where it is difficult to follow the entire thread.

Additionally, its forms make it much easier for me to collect requirements and, as if that weren't enough, the integrations with other tools (such as ticketing systems) allow workflows to be much more agile, automatically generating tasks in ClickUp.

In conclusion, ClickUp has proven to be much more than a task manager: it is an ecosystem that centralizes operations and elevates team efficiency, perfectly adapting to the dynamics of any project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At the beginning, due to all the functions it has, it was a bit overwhelming for me and the learning curve was not so quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes Staying on Top of My Tasks Effortless"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

As a content marketer, I get most of my work assigned through our project manager, and ClickUp has made that entire process so much smoother. Instead of sifting through emails or Slack threads trying to figure out priorities, I can open ClickUp and instantly see what’s on my plate, what’s coming up, and what’s overdue.

I love how everything is laid out clearly. Each task comes with all the details I need — briefs, attachments, deadlines, comments — so I don’t have to chase down information or wonder what’s expected of me. It keeps me focused on actually doing the work rather than trying to manage the work.

The different views are super helpful too. I tend to stick to List view to work through my daily tasks, but I’ll switch to Calendar view when I want to see how my content schedule lines up for the week. It’s quick, intuitive, and gives me a clear sense of what needs attention first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

As much as I rely on ClickUp, there are a few things that can get frustrating:

It can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and layers that it took me a while to figure out where everything lives in our workspace.

The mobile app isn’t as smooth as the desktop version. If I need to quickly check something on the go, it can feel a bit clunky or slow to load compared to the desktop experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Simplicity with Powerful Capabilities"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best thing about ClickUp is its simplicity. It's very simple to use, just like a to-do list, but it still has all the required capabilities. Along with that, the number of integrations and the way it integrates with tools like Sentry and Bitbucket. The UI is also intuitive and very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The automated reporting feature is lacking. There is currently no option to schedule periodic exports, which I need for generating weekly reports of the tasks we've completed. Although a new feature was recently added, it still doesn't address this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Setup, Versatile Views"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I really appreciate the versatility of ClickUp's list views, which allow me to organize and manage the project scope efficiently. The flexibility to change views quickly and select optimal timings for tasks is a huge benefit. I also find the dashboard view incredibly useful for presentations to stakeholders. The drag-and-drop functionality is intuitive and significantly saves time, making task management seamless. Overall, the tools work very well most of the time, and the initial setup was easy and intuitive, enhancing my workflow from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I believe the management of documents and archives in ClickUp could be improved. Additionally, the AI banners can be annoying at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You Click and you Keep Up-dated"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

This platform is extremely customizable, allowing me to handle tasks, documents, goals, and chat within a single workspace. The variety of views—such as list, board, calendar, and Gantt—adds flexibility to suit any workflow. It helps keep projects well-organized, enhances collaboration, and minimizes the need to switch between different tools. Additionally, its free features are quite robust compared to those offered by other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The sheer number of features can make it feel overwhelming at first, and the learning curve for newcomers is quite steep. When working with large projects, some functions tend to run more slowly. Additionally, access to advanced tools is restricted to the more expensive plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes QA and project tracking easier."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I use ClickUp as a QA tester, and it has made my daily work much smoother. I create test cases as tasks, assign bugs to developers, and link them so they can see the full context. Custom fields for severity and priority are very helpful, and dashboards make it easy to share sprint progress with the team without extra reporting.

I like that everything stays in one place. I can track test cases, bugs, and sprints without switching tools. Slack integration is excellent because updates go straight to the team, and Google Sheets helps me export and review test data. The AI features also help me write task descriptions, summarize updates, and create test case outlines, which saves time on repetitive work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The downside is that ClickUp can feel heavy on big projects, and pages sometimes take longer to load. It also takes a bit of time to figure out which views and settings are the most useful. The mobile app is not as smooth as the web version, so I mostly stick to the desktop interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Currently the best Task manager out there"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I absolutely love using ClickUp! Managing tickets, documents, and all associated information has never been this easy and seamless. Everything I need is in one place, structured in a way that just makes sense.

One of the biggest wins for us: every new employee who joins from other platforms—especially Jira—immediately notices how intuitive ClickUp is. The learning curve is almost nonexistent. They quickly realize how much easier, faster, and simply better it is to work with ClickUp compared to the old tools.

ClickUp has truly transformed the way we organize and manage work. It feels lighter, smarter, and more user-friendly, yet still powerful enough to handle complex workflows. For us, it’s not just a tool—it’s a productivity boost that everyone genuinely enjoys using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp has been a game-changer for us, there are still a few areas where it could improve.

• Web performance can sometimes feel a bit sluggish, especially when working with large lists or lots of data. Luckily, the desktop and mobile apps run much smoother and compensate for this gap.

• Coming from Jira, I miss the ability to define workflows specific to each ticket type. In ClickUp, workflows feel more generalized, which can be limiting if you want very strict process control.

• Another feature I used heavily in Jira was the option to customize fields per ticket type. In ClickUp, customization is only possible at the list level, which isn’t always flexible enough for more complex projects.

Even with these shortcomings, the overall experience is so much better that I wouldn’t consider switching back. The ease of use, speed of onboarding, and the way ClickUp simplifies collaboration far outweigh these few gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finest Product Management Tool"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I've noticed this tool has become much more feature-rich over the past few years. Some of my favorite aspects include how easy it is to create an account and onboard team members to the system. You can also customize it to fit your needs by adding more statuses, tags, fields, and similar options. There are multiple views available, such as list, Gantt chart, board view, table, and calendar, among others. It's possible to create subtasks within tasks, and you can track the time taken to complete each one. The interface is also very clean and simple, which I really appreciate. System can handle multiple users and easy to onboard them to system. Easy to integrate with tools like Slack, Notion etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't have much to add, but I used to appreciate how easy it was to create sub-tasks in the old UI compared to the new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
