"ClickUp: A Robust Project Management Tool That Grows with You"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp excels in its versatility and all-in-one approach to project management. It's became our organization's most frequently used app. It brings together task management, document creation, time tracking, goals, and collaboration tools in one unified interface which provides ease of implementation. The customization options are a standout, from custom views and statuses to automation and dashboards. It’s highly scalable, making it suitable for individuals, small teams, and large organizations alike. The interface is sleek, and features like recurring tasks, integrations with different tools , and the “Everything” view really streamline workflow management.

Customer support is generally responsive and helpful. The live chat and help center offer solid assistance, especially during the onboarding phase. However, response times can vary, and deeper technical issues may take longer to resolve. The ClickUp community and documentation are strong secondary resources when direct support is delayed. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

ClickUp chat features are good but lags message delivery. Performance can sometimes lag when managing large workspaces or switching between views.

Additionally, while the mobile app is improving, it still lacks some of the responsiveness and ease of use found on the desktop version.

Occasionally, bugs or inconsistencies in updates can affect productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible, but with a bit of a learning curve."
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The best thing about ClickUp is its incredible flexibility and customizability. You can really tailor it to fit any workflow or project management style. The ability to create custom views, dashboards, and fields is amazing. I also love the wide range of features it offers, from task management and time tracking to document collaboration and goal setting. It's truly an all-in-one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn the platform and figure out the best way to set things up for your team. The mobile app, while functional, could be more streamlined. Also, occasionally, performance can be a little sluggish, especially when dealing with large lists or complex dashboards. "Intuitive and Essential, But Upset by Feature Paywall"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

It's intuitive, easy and fast to do what I need to do. I think it truly lives up to it's promise of minimizing clicks! I don't ever feel frustrated with the tool or think "why can't I just do xyz?" I like that I am able to report on time tracked and to view my tasks by due date, so that with multiple clients (and my own personal stuff) I am able to view only what I need to for that day. I literally could not do my job or keep track of any of my own stuff without this tool. And it's SO affordable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I don't like that a couple of timetracking features I have always used (time tags and time notes) were recently turned into Business features. So now, even though I'm already on a paid plan and I'm just a single-user instance, I now have to pay for the Business Plan just to get those two features, and I feel like I'm paying for a lot of other stuff I won't ever need now. "Streamlined Task Management and Collaboration for Software Teams"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

As a software engineer, what I appreciate most about ClickUp is its comprehensive platform that brings together task management, documentation, and communication in a seamless way. The ability to customize workflows, along with robust automations and integrations, allows me to stay organized, minimize context switching, and ensure the whole development team remains on the same page. Tools such as ClickUp Docs and Agile-oriented task views simplify both planning and progress tracking. All in all, ClickUp helps me save time and enhances my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

At times, ClickUp can seem a little overwhelming due to the sheer number of features it offers. When working on large projects, I have noticed it can be slow. However, despite these issues, it generally functions well overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Supercharges Productivity with Evolving Features"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp's ability to make our work routine more productive and easier. Not to mention the automation features that have greatly improved our work. The task and project system is constantly evolving. Integrating it into our routine is quite fun. Every day we have new things to build here. He provides daily alerts on best practices and extra resources, which makes us feel supported in everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Perhaps the limitations regarding some resources available in certain regions. We've already paid for licenses, and for some 'basic' resources, we'd have to pay extra. But nothing that compromises the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Task Management Across Boards, But Dashboards Need Simplifying"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The ability to have one task listed in different boards. This feature helps me alot as a manager of a department that serves as an operating unit for every single other department in the company. When they create tasks that needs to be worked on by my team members, I (or my team) can simply add that task into our own board and work on it there. This helps me monitor the work load of my own team members.

Only upside of this is that the task carries the same name in all locations. Some tasks are very sensitive and should be mentioned outside of those individual boards. In those instances, manual task creation is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

As much as I love the dashboards and the layouts, I think its still not user friendly enough. It took me more than a month to figure out the basics of filters and how to match certain views for my dashboard view purpose. Bare in mind that ive gone through all source materials, made email requests for help in terms of how to make simple cards show what I exactly want.

If this feature can be simplified by adding an Ai option, where I explain what i want, which board to extract from, who are the assignees etc, the Ai will build the necessary Card with the proper filters and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp: The Ultimate Tool for Effortless Task Management!"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love the Kanban board and task management features—ClickUp makes it incredibly easy to organize projects, track progress, and keep my workflow streamlined. The intuitive interface and robust customization options mean I can set up my workspace exactly how I need it, leading to a noticeable boost in productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While the overall experience is outstanding, I do wish there were a more centralized space for team chat and discussion. However, even this minor area for improvement doesn’t detract from the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ClickUp’s collaboration tools.

Your feedback on G2 has been a fantastic way to share my positive experience with ClickUp, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others discover how it can transform their workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Organization, Seamless Visibility"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like how user-friendly the interface is. Everything was very intuitive for me to learn how to use. I also like that there is a desktop app, a mobile app, and a web-based solution that all work very, very well. Having an app on my phone that works well is really nice because sometimes at night or when I'm not actually working, I remember something I forgot to put on my to-do list. I can just open up my phone, add it very quickly, and then get it off my mind to worry about the next day when I start work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I wish it were easier to integrate your email and your calendar. Currently, for an unknown reason, my calendar is unable to integrate with my work calendar, but my coworkers and boss receive an error when they attempt to integrate their calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful All-in-One Tool with a Bit of a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is how customizable and flexible it is. You can structure projects exactly the way your team works — whether that’s using lists, boards, or timelines. The ability to create custom fields, statuses, and automations really helps streamline workflows without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp is an excellent all-in-one platform, its flexibility can sometimes be overwhelming. There’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users trying to navigate all the views, automations, and customization options. Once you get used to it, though, it’s incredibly powerful.
