**What do you like best about Ravio?**

I particularly like the feature that allows me to sort based on attributes like location, experience and stage of company. I find it useful due to its fine granularity; I use it to determine if my pay packages are competitive enough to catch the right attention and hire the recruits for our startup.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

There are a number of issues with exporting data from Ravio. The existing choices are rather rigid and do not provide the key customization features. I’d like to create these easily export the specific data points as the pre-formatted spreadsheets for further analysis and presentations.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ravio brings me hours I would spend in research when getting compensation data. Real-time data now gives me access to the information I need and helps to make salary-benefit decisions. This builds trust with employees.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Ravio is very easy to use, a compensation benchmark tool that to high degree, can be trusted to show real-time signals of a variety of countries and roles. Even though we are only using the free version of it, we were still able to benchmark our current compensation for most of the roles we have mainly in Central-Europe and Nordics. This is the first compensation benchmark tool that I actually enjoy using! They also have great customer support, and I've experienced them to be flexible to meet the customer needs.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

We only use the free version of Ravio right now since they don't have enough data in our HQ country Finland yet. Therefore, there are many functionalities that we're not able to use yet. We also haven't integrated our HRIS with Ravio and anonymized our employee data, so that we didn't have to assess the platform with same criteria as HRIS and don't need to be concerned of all of the data flowing into their system. Adding employee data in an Excel file was simple though, and they showed great flexibility to meet our needs as well.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ravio removes the hassle of figuring out the market compensation levels for different roles in different countries, right now. Often times with other tools, this data is heavily outdated, the systems are difficult to use, and the analysis needs to be done manually after pulling the data from the system. Ravio does it all in a simple, fun-to-use system. At the same time, being open about the tools and data used in compensation discussions whether it's with candidates or employees, builds trust and shared understanding on a topic that often causes discomfort in both, employees and their Managers.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Ravio is very user-friendly and easy to implement. You just integrate the system with your HR system and the team then matches up the roles with what they suspect the right levelling is. After that I just had to confirm/edit on the system. It is great to finally have insights into tech companies rather than just very broad corporates. I've also had great customer service at all times and everyone I dealt with from Ravio has been super helpful, knowledgable and quick in responding. I also like that you get insights into benefits.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

Some features are paid for but that is understandable as Ravio needs to make money somehow. The non-paid for features are sufficient for us for now but if we focus more on benchmarking it could be something to consider.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very helpful when we start recruitment for roles as we get insights into tech rather than e.g. general life sciences industry. It also helps us with pay reviews and job levelling.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Ravio has been an absolute game-changer for our organization in the realm of salary benchmarking. 

One of the key highlights is the streamlining of the process of updating employee data. Additionally, Ravio goes beyond mere salary benchmarking with live market data, company stage benchmarks, location-based and even gender pay gap analysis.

A couple of my favourite things about Ravio are the user interface which is remarkably user-friendly and the possibility to easily benchmark your own company (this gives you a clear idea of the variations that need attention). 

Moreover, their team is fantastic, very helpful and open to suggestions.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

This is not a dislike but more of a challenge for my company: since we don't hire a lot and have a relatively small team as we're early stage, the pricing of the Pro version is not very attractive for us. Nevertheless, we can use the free version by sharing our data with is a massive service!

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to real-time compensation data for purposes of hiring and salary reviews.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

I needed a tool that comapred our compensation against relevant VC-backed companies of a similar stage. I know that Radford has been used at much larger companies, but that isn't as immediately useful or relevant for startups. 

I also like that the customer success team is very responsive and helpful when showing the use cases of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

For an early stage startup, I wonder if a pay-as-you-use model might be more appropriate as I only use it a few times a year to check benchmarks and versus an everyday tool.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me understand where pay ranges stand for comparable companies in the same locations.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Great platform. Biggest wins are - 
Easily integrates with our HRIS so readily checks and updates our starters and leavers
Automatically puts our people into the correct job families (there were a very small number of manual amends)
Beyond the salary benchmarking, also has data on comparitive benefits packages
Easy to use and also displays  different percentiles with live data
Customer support is spot on - speedy to reply and keen on listening to suggestions on improving the platform easier

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

The platform is solid, as it grows more macro market data will help, BUT this is me clutching at straws

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live market data

Previous benchmarking is usually excel based at a frozen point in time

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Super easy platform with live reliable data. I am confident explaining where the data has come from to managers and employees. The fact it links automatically with our HRIS makes the process seamless. The job levels and divsersity data are also super helpful. Our account manager is also very supportive.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

Some roles in our company do not yet have any data yet, however as the platform develops this should be improved.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to spend hours manually searching compensaion data for each role, ravio has saved us so much time and made the compensation review process smooth.

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

Ravio is super easy to set up and then use. You'll easily find all the needed data in a way that is easy to interpret and make meaningful

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

I think the parts around commission could be better set up. Now it is a little trickier to get yourself a good overview.

It gives you up to date salary data form relevant companies

**What do you like best about Ravio?**

The integration with the HR system so we don't have to manually add all info.

**What do you dislike about Ravio?**

We're missing some external data from our industry fashion/retail/ecom. We have also had some issues with the data sync, but in general we're happy.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can easily do internal benchmarking between different levels and roles. It also helps with the external benchmarking to confirm we're aligned with our market.

I know that Ravio is continously developing their product and they have come a long way but there is not enough data on some specific roles/countries.

**What problems is Ravio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benchmarking salaries for different roles, levels and markets. It helps us staying updated, relevant and fair.
