**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

Helped us get a performance management process in place, even if it wasn't the easiest tool to use.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

The performance management side is clunky and hard to use, but real issue is lack of care about their customers. 

They attempted to take a further 12 months licence fees when we didn't renew, based on them (incorrectly) thinking we had missed the non-renewal deadline by one day.

Even if we had missed it by a day, it shows a company has no genuine care for its customers to try to force a renewal in 30 days time for a full year when the customer has said they want to leave.

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted it to help us put in a better performance management process with more 1 to 1s, goals and feedback.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

Intuitive and easy to use. It comes from the perspective of the employee, vs. the organization - which is really what we want to know about, and our workforce wants us to know. Love the international lens/viewpoints. The WeThrive team has been fantastic in providing support and made the implementation so easy. We integrated the platorm with our HRIS, and got great support in doing that.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

I don't know that its truly a dislike, but things that are on the roadmap are exciting and functionalities we are definitely interested in...we are ready now!

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concrete actions that people managers can take to address employee concerns and feedback. Additionally the resources that are provided are typically spot on.

The resources to help individuals meet their own goals, and likewise the resources to help organisations improve performance.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

Not necessarily a dislike ... I realised after our first survey that the most helpful aspect of surveys is often the qualitative information that employees sometimes add to explain their results.  For our next survey I will think about how we can encourage this additional information.

Understanding the employee experience so that we can create better internal comms, processes etc

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

When looking for an employee experience option I was very impressed with WeThrive's offering. The team were supportive and patient in helping to establish the business case for the organisation and the unique selling point of the psychology. Our Account Manager has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process and I appreciate having the insights from my colleagues about what is working well and where we can improve.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

Difficult to point out anything that I dislike about working with WeThrive; however I would recommend that the Pro option offered us the best value for money in terms of what we needed it to achieve.

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WeThrive has given us an independent platform to discover insights from our colleagues across the business in a confidential and secure way. The psychological underpinning sets this product apart from our own 'home grown version' that I could ever attempt to do myself.

Excellent Client support.  Lauren at WeThjirve was absolutely amazing.  Always quick to respond and resolve queries.  I cannot rate her highly enough!

It would be good to have more of a drill down per department of recommendations.  Maybe some more training videos for managers on how to implement.

It is a good graphical programme for reporting

WeThrive were so helpful in setting up the survey to ensure that we got the best feedback possible.   They have worked with us during the whole process.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

You can't have unlimited filters so have to think about the set up of information.

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking to provide a wider perspective of Employee Engagement looking at mental health and EDI as a whole. The approach allows individuals to take responsibility for their own learning and development and as an organisation we can better locate hot spots within the organisation and within particular areas which allows us to focus our efforts to improve our offering and approach to engagement.

WeThrive provides a fundamental understanding of how we can actively support our well-being functions as a business. It offers plenty of worthwhile goals and objectives for people to access.

We wish that there was a mobile application making it far more accessible to people to access outside of using a laptop. More engagement on setting goals and objectives when the survey is completed.

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WeThrive is helping us identify areas in which we can improve our current well-being service and, more specifically, targeted areas of improvement that our employees feel they are struggling in or currently thriving in. It's giving us an excellent foundation to build upon for the future.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

The WeThrive platform met our needs for conducting our employee engagement survey and was easy to set up with our company data. At the end of the survey, WeThrive gives Managers and executives access to an easy-to-use dashboard to review the results.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

One downside is that we could not find a solution to collect demographic information inside of the survey to segment it - this was only an issue as our employee demographic data was not available for individual access.

It can be a bit tricky to pull some of the visual graphs in the right format.

The platform can be slow when your exporting large information and data.

Downloaded files aren't called after the filtered results so if you're downloading multiple documents, they often need to be renamed.

It is helping us to understand how our employees feel, what they would like to change and see how different areas of the organisation are responding to the survey. It also provides expert categories which have been developed through real science and psychology.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

The entire process was seamless and pain-free, from the setup to getting all the survey information back.   The knowledge we have gained is invaluable and gives us a clear insight into our teams and what works and isn't working for them.   The further reading and suggested courses of action will equip our managers with the tools they need to coach and support their teams.  A fantastic all-round solution to get under the skin of your organisation.

I think the platform has been well put together, and much thought has gone into the interface and the questions.  I have not found any downsides so far.

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us insight into what is happening below the surface with our employees.  Not everyone is comfortable talking about issues that may worry them or things they find difficult to control, and this platform allows them to voice that and gives their managers the tools to help them find solutions.

Liked the real-time dashboard, reporting and heat maps, follow-up questions for negative responses, can add own custom-made questions, benchmarking, great support and service-prepared slides of results, lots of resources and links related to themes.

No problems or issues, of all the tools I've used over the years this worked the best for me.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

Our first staff engagement survey for several years, finding the right platform partner was key. WeThrive provided us with an affordable surveying option for 12 months, the option of running full and pulse surveys, and offered an intelligent questioning structure which delves into those lower-scored questions. A big attraction was the immediacy of analysing feedback as results came in and the variety of ways we could explore the results. They provide comparisons internally and with external benchmarks, create action plans and provide recommendations to improve those areas with greater opportunity to improve.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

Our challenge with a dispersed workforce, some with limited access to computers/laptops was helping them to participate in the survey. However, there is a QR code option which, whilst it might require some manual support, would be a helpful solution next time round

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insight into how our staff feel about working for us, what matters to them, and the improvements they want to see to help themselves, their teams, and the organisation succeed. Analysing the data for us so quickly with resources and signposting to bring improvement is also beneficial

From both admin and user perspectives, the portal is easy to navigate, seeing results, completion rates, etc. In general, it is a user-friendly tool
In the future, we can benefit from the interface of WeThrive with Success Factors

The phrasing of some questions is unclear/open to different interpretations
The results of the additional questions are not integrated in the overall results and should be regarded separately

- less manual work in terms of analyzing the data
- more structure as wethrive is an all-in-one tool (surveys, results, follow-up actions, past surveys in one portal)
- recommendations based on lower-scored areas are provided, which makes the follow-up easier

WeThrive is easy to use and follow, with great dashboards to analyse results. It doesn't just capture the data, it gives you a way to take actions forward to create meaningful change.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

There is nothing I can think of that I would try to improve. The system is intuitive and the way you can access everything through a portal makes it easy to act on results.

We chose WeThrive because we wanted to get a better sense of how people across the business were feeling. Being in a hybrid working environment makes it harder for us to tune in to the needs of those around us. WeThrive is helping us identify those who need help - and provide the right help at the right time and in the right way.

As a new user we have found the onboarding process extremely professional and the service has been excellent. Our team has found the system very easy to navigate and user friendly. Having just received our first set of results, as a business it has been very revealing and helpful to see the various data analysis and how we compare to other businesses within and outside of our industry. As a management team this has really allowed us to laser focus our attentions in the correct areas to maximise value for our staff and us as a business. Thank you to the team at Wethrive, particularly to Rachel and Lauren who have made the whole process seamless and highly successful.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

It's quick and easy to set-up surveys, and it's quick and easy for staff to fill it in. We can look at the data at organisation level, site level, by staff groupings, and at an individual level where follow up will be helpful in a review meeting

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

There are some minor tweaks to the user interface that would help. Sometimes the staff listing is too wide for my screen. Some elements of the navigation are not intuitive. Also the terminology is confusing - manager versus manager filter, very confused about bubbles even though I think they might be quite useful. Overall, it's a great system so these are constructive suggestions, not whinges

**What problems is WeThrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a personal services business (NHS GP Surgeries) so staff are absolutely critical. We do WeThrive surveys once every 6 months so it's a great temperature check overall and helps us identify emerging challenges in parts of the workforce. We have recently moved to the data being attributable which now also helps managers have a more meaningful conversation where there are deficits in engagement.

We have worked with WeThrive since 2018 and consistently receive an excellent level of service, from Lauren in particular, who is always happy to help!

The only downside I can think of at the moment is related to the comparison tool for survey year by year.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

WeThrive is an amazing platform for measuring employee engagement. It's also user-friendly from our HR team's point of view, as we are able to filter the results by location/department to produce easy-to-read graphs.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

There are no specific downsides; however, we find it hard to engage our employees in the benefits of using the platform. Also, I feel we don't use all features of the platform as well as we could.

We thrive is helping us to track employee engagement. We run the survey non anonymously, which means we're able to pinpoint specific problems and take action straight away.

Lauren was very helpful and supportive in setting up, sending out and reviewing survey results. A very professional service that helped us to read the survey results in a clear and precise manner enabling us to cat on the results to improve various aspects the business and employee wellbeing.

I found the opportunity to understand my team's comments in the context of their cognitive engagement with their work, their comfort, confidence and capability. It made it much easier, as a manager, to understand any themes across the team and identify possible actions for the future.

There is a risk of slight information overload in the first instance, but I think this will dissipate over time as I get more used to engaging with the platform.

WeThrive is helping me understand where to target my and my team's efforts in addressing factors that, with a little attention, could really improve their engagement with our work. In a time-poor environment, access to these insights is hugely valuable.

The surveys are grounded in academic thinking and the 4C model. This is really easy to explain and grounds the survey results into meaningful areas to explore. I love the fact we can use pulse surveys for lots of different activities - we have used it to track progress before/after learning programmes.

Exporting some of the comments requires a cut and paste.

We Thrive is allowing us to identify and then explore different problems/areas of focus within our business, in different departments. It's also helping our leadership population take accountability for engagement.

**What do you like best about WeThrive?**

The thing I like most about WeThrive is the ease of use; its simplicity is just astounding. Generally though, tha application is has been of very great help to our company. It has helped the management identify some key issues around the workplace that were initially not very noticeable. The questions in the survey are usually simple but they do have a way of making one answer them truthfully. However, the impact that employees receive after answering those survey questions is worth taking note of as it improves employee morale at the workplace.

**What do you dislike about WeThrive?**

In the period of time that my company has used WeThrive, there has been very notable improvement in my company, so there is nothing that I, personally dislike about WeThrive. Instead, I maybe lovingit just a little too much.

**Recommendations to others considering WeThrive:**

For any company looking for a great application that will help with the welfare of the employees, WeThrive is definitely the way to look. It has great results that will be appreciated by the management and the employees. WeThrive is definitely worth a try.

WeThrive has enabled my company's management to address to issues raised by the employees through the surveys. It has also enabled the management to retain very wonderful employees.
