That you can limit access to certain aspects of the software that may not be useful to different people in the organisation, this can also be a great control feature

Sometimes it takes a while to load information

easy to generate reports for a specific period

**What do you like best about Access MicrOpay?**

This cloud based program lets us do our payroll and keep track of time in an easy enough to use platform. Since this is geared towards small and medium sized businesses it was perfect for use while studying Bookkeeping and Payroll at college.


**What do you dislike about Access MicrOpay?**

As it is a program, it takes little while to get use to the features.
Otherwise I have not found a lot of disadvantages.

**Recommendations to others considering Access MicrOpay:**

This software is easy to use and able to access online.

**What problems is Access MicrOpay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was using it at college I loved how easy it is to add new employees and how we are able to pay out on multiple things on one check. As well as the fact that the checks can be mailed or printed.
