Works well for small companies like ours. Implementation was easy, and we did not feel trapped in a contract as we can exit anytime we want. Integration was easy as we were already working with Dayforce previously. Our reps have been very responsive. We use Dayforce every week, a few times a week. Would be nice if they had more things like HRIS. **What do you dislike about Dayforce Powerpay?** The fact that the system feels old and not as user friendly. Like mentioned, it would be awesome if it had more features like HRIS as well. **What problems is Dayforce Powerpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us pay our Canadian Team and contractors. ### 2. Every time when I call for help, the Reps are able to resolve my problem fairly quickly. I don't need to make multiple calls. The Reps are patient and polite. **What do you dislike about Dayforce Powerpay?** I don't have unplesant experience yet. So not able to comments. **What problems is Dayforce Powerpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regular payroll and source deduction submission, and T4 filing at year end. All records are accurate, company doesn't spend much staffs' time on regular payroll activities. ### 5. In 6 years of use there has only been one technical glitch and it was resolved quickly. **What do you dislike about Dayforce Powerpay?** Some types of data entry can't be done directly but must be done via a Dayforce support team member.
