## About PULT
PULT is the first autonomous workplace platform designed for modern companies that want their offices to run on autopilot. With AI, the workplace becomes a growth driver, not a cost centre. Most hybrid workplaces today are still managed through spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual coordination. Teams spend significant time managing desk booking, meeting rooms, visitors, and workplace data instead of focusing on improving the workplace experience. PULT eliminates this operational overhead. By combining 100% accurate presence data with AI systems and intelligent automations, the platform continuously analyzes workplace usage, generates insights, and triggers operational actions automatically. Companies use PULT to manage desk booking, meeting rooms, visitor management, and workplace resources in one platform — while gaining real-time intelligence about how their office is actually used. Why companies choose PULT - AI-first platform – autonomous AI systems help automate reporting, room optimization, and workplace operations. - 100% accurate presence data – decisions are based on real attendance signals, not only bookings or badge data. - Complete workplace suite – desk booking, visitor management, rooms, parking, and workplace insights in one unified platform. Core capabilities: - Presence Intelligence: Real-time workplace intelligence powered by existing network infrastructure, revealing space utilization, attendance patterns, and hybrid policy compliance. - AI Systems & Agents: AI-powered assistants and agents analyze workplace data, answer questions, generate insights, and automate operational workflows. - AI Assistant & Reports: Ask questions about workplace data (“who is in tomorrow?”), generate custom reports, and automatically send scheduled insights to your team. - AI Room Agent: Detects inefficient meeting room bookings, reallocates meetings to better rooms, and frees up unused rooms based on real presence signals. - Visitor Management: Manage office visitors with digital check-in, document signing, badge printing, and security workflows. - One-Click Resource Booking: Book desks, meeting rooms, and parking spaces in one click directly inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, or your HRIS. PULT goes beyond traditional desk booking tools by combining presence intelligence, AI systems, and workplace management in one autonomous platform. PULT is developed in Hamburg, Germany (“Made in Germany”) and fully hosted in Germany. The platform meets high standards for data protection and data sovereignty, which is especially important for many organizations in the DACH region. Security and privacy are core principles of the platform. PULT follows a privacy-first approach, uses modern security standards, and runs on infrastructure based on ISO-certified cloud systems.

## PULT Reviews
 ### 1. Straightforward Office Attendance Tracking with a Modern, Easy Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar B. | Workforce Planning Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

I really like how straightforward it is to organize office attendance without relying on endless email threads or messy spreadsheets. Employees can update their schedules quickly, and managers get clear visibility without having to micromanage. The interface feels modern and is easy to navigate. Even employees who usually resist new software adjusted to it surprisingly fast.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some customization settings are buried a bit too deep in the admin panel. After you learn where everything is, it’s fine, but the first few days took some extra exploring to find what I needed.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teams were struggling with a disconnect between remote and on-site staff. PULT helped us add more structure to office planning while still keeping the flexibility we needed. Employees can now coordinate more effectively and avoid unnecessary trips to the office when no one else is there. Overall, communication and planning feel much more organized and easier to manage.

 ### 2. Straightforward Parking Reservations That Eliminate Daily Confusion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judit V. | Facilities Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The parking spot management feature has turned out to be even more valuable than we expected. Employees can reserve parking spaces in advance, which cuts down on daily confusion and reduces last-minute requests. The process is straightforward, and space availability is displayed clearly. Having this feature integrated with the rest of our workplace tools is a major advantage for us.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It would be helpful to have more advanced waitlist functionality for days when demand exceeds supply. The current setup works well overall, but larger offices could benefit from a few additional options to manage higher-volume days more smoothly.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As more employees returned to the office, parking was becoming a frequent source of frustration. PULT provided a fair, transparent reservation process that made things much easier. It reduced the amount of administrative involvement required and improved the overall experience for employees who commute by car.

 ### 3. Professional, Smooth Visitor Check-In with Built-In Document Signing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celina M. | Compliance Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The visitor workflows feel well thought out. External consultants can check in quickly, and hosts are notified right away. Overall, the process comes across as professional without being overly complicated. I also like that document signing is built directly into the check-in flow, so everything happens in one smooth step.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

The analytics for visitor trends still feel fairly basic compared with the core booking features. I’d find it helpful to have more detailed visitor insights, especially to better understand patterns over time.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly bring external consultants into the office for short-term projects, and in the past our approach to tracking arrivals and handling compliance paperwork was inconsistent. PULT helped us standardize the process, which has reduced the amount of manual coordination needed at reception. It has also improved security visibility for our operations team, making it easier to stay on top of who is on-site and whether the required paperwork is in place.

 ### 4. PULT’s Native Slack Integration Drove Instant Desk-Booking Adoption

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gul F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Our engineering and development teams live inside Slack, so forcing software engineers to open a separate, clunky web portal just to book a desk for the day was a guaranteed way to end up with zero adoption. PULT’s native Slack integration completely solved this for us.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

The initial coordinate mapping on a more irregular or modular office layout can be very tedious. When we reconfigured our main development floor to feature collaborative pods rather than standard rows of desks, dragging and dropping the digital desk tokens onto our uploaded PDF floor plan inside the editor felt a bit finicky.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were bleeding money on underutilized office real estate, yet managers kept complaining that there weren’t enough open collaboration spaces on spirit days. PUL gave us hard, data-driven analytics on true space utilization. This allowed Sunskill Tech to confidently reduce our physical office footprint by 35%.

 ### 5. A practical platform for managing our hybrid office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy Z. | Hr Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

I like having desk booking, meeting rooms, and office visibility all in one place. Employees can quickly see who’s coming into the office and plan accordingly. The interface feels modern and is easy to navigate, which makes it simple to find what you need. Overall, it has reduced confusion around workspace availability and helped keep planning more organized.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some of the analytics could offer more customization options. During the initial setup, a few settings took me a while to understand, but after using it regularly, everything became straightforward and easy to navigate.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company used to struggle with coordinating hybrid schedules. PULT provided a centralized way to manage office attendance and shared resources, which has made day-to-day planning much smoother. Employees can collaborate more easily now, and we’re also using our office space more efficiently.

 ### 6. Streamlined, Professional Visitor Check-In with Instant Host Notifications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob V. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The visitor check-in process has significantly reduced the workload for our reception team. Guests can complete most of the steps on their own, without needing manual assistance. Host notifications are sent immediately, which helps everything move faster during busy periods. The branded check-in screen also looks polished and professional.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some of the customization options for visitor flows could be more flexible, especially when dealing with unique visitor types. That said, the standard setup is solid and covers most needs well.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our reception staff used to rely on paper logs and manual notifications throughout the day. PULT has automated most of those repetitive tasks, which has helped streamline the workflow. Visitors move through the process faster now, and employees are able to receive guests more efficiently. Overall, it has created a much smoother front-desk experience.

 ### 7. PULT Makes Hybrid Desk Booking Effortless with an Intuitive Mobile Floor Plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarina T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Our sales team works on a highly flexible hybrid schedule, constantly moving between client offices and our headquarters. PULT has completely eliminated the friction of returning to the office. The visual floor plan in the mobile app is incredibly intuitive. If my account executives are coming in on Tuesday to make cold calls, they can easily open PULT and book a block of desks together.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

The platform lacks a native integration with our primary sales CFM. I’d really like a feature where, when a major client pitch is scheduled in the CRM, PULT automatically reserves our executive boardroom and sends visitor QR codes to the clients’ email addresses.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hybrid sales teams often suffer from a lack of culture and spontaneous collaboration. PULT provides the visibility needed to coordinate in-person days, turning the office from a mandatory obligation into a strategic tool for closing deals.

 ### 8. PULT Makes Training Room Scheduling Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miles D. | Learning & Development Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

We regularly organize internal training sessions, and PULT has made coordinating rooms much easier. The booking system clearly displays room availability, which helps us avoid scheduling conflicts. Employees can also quickly see where each session is being held, without needing any extra communication.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

A dedicated feature for recurring training events would be a welcome addition. Creating them manually isn’t hard, but having an automated option would save time and make the process more efficient.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our training programs involve multiple departments and we have limited meeting spaces. Before PULT, last-minute room changes often led to confusion and extra coordination. Now scheduling is centralized and far easier to manage, which lets us spend less time sorting out logistics and more time delivering effective learning experiences.

 ### 9. Fast Desk Booking and Calendar Integration Made Our Office Transition Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia L. | Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The platform made the transition to a smaller office much easier. Employees can reserve desks in advance, and managers can track occupancy without needing any extra tools. The booking flow is fast and straightforward, so people actually use it consistently. Integration with our existing calendars also helps prevent scheduling conflicts and overlap.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some employees initially expected permanent seating, so they needed a bit of time to adjust to the shared-desk model. That felt more like a process change than a software issue, though.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After we reduced our office space, we needed a dependable way to manage a smaller number of desks across multiple teams. PULT made the transition smooth and helped us avoid any major disruption. Since then, we’ve been using the space we have much more efficiently, while still supporting flexible work arrangements.

 ### 10. Fast, Responsive Interface That Makes Finding Colleagues Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike R. | Network Operations Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

One feature I really rely on is being able to quickly see where colleagues are sitting on any given day. That makes it much easier to connect with someone from another team without having to set up a formal meeting. The interface loads fast and stays responsive, even during busy hours. Overall, it feels designed for everyday use rather than just occasional planning.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

The search functionality for finding specific colleagues could be a bit faster. It works well overall, but there’s still room for improvement as the organization grows and the directory gets larger.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our hybrid setup, spontaneous collaboration had almost disappeared. Now I can see who’s around and choose to sit nearby when it makes sense. It brings back some of that natural interaction without forcing anyone into the office, and that balance has been really important for our teams.

 ### 11. PULT Makes Executive Visit Coordination Polished and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar S. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Executive visits usually require extra coordination, and PULT has made that process much easier. From reserving meeting rooms to coordinating visitor arrivals, it all happens in one platform, which keeps things organized and consistent. Overall, the experience feels polished, professional, and well put together.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It would be helpful to have templates for recurring visit scenarios that involve multiple resources, so these setups can be reused more easily.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Senior leadership visits used to require a lot of back-and-forth email coordination across departments. With PULT, we can plan ahead by preparing workspaces, meeting areas, and visitor processes in advance. As a result, preparation takes less time, and the overall experience has improved for everyone involved.

 ### 12. Reliable Room Booking with Clear Availability and Easy Calendar Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satis A. | Administrative Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The meeting room booking feature is reliable and helps prevent overlaps. It clearly shows room availability, and syncing with calendars makes scheduling simple and straightforward. I also like being able to view room details before booking, which makes it easier to choose the right space quickly.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It would be helpful to have more visual indicators of room capacity at a glance. As it stands, I have to click into the room details to confirm the capacity, which slows things down.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to run into frequent problems with double-booked rooms and last-minute changes. Since switching to PULT, that confusion has mostly disappeared. Meetings start on time more often, and there’s much less friction when coordinating shared spaces. It’s a relatively small change, but it’s made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day.

 ### 13. Intuitive Booking with Stellar Slack Integration, Needs Improved Attendance Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sami C. | People Data and Analytics Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

I use PULT for office desk and room bookings and find it easy to book rooms and book desks. The interactive map is really useful as it shows where people sit and who is using what, helping us plan to sit together as a team. The interface is easy and intuitive, making the setup very simple. I also appreciate how well it connects with Slack, and the Google Calendar integration works smoothly for us. Hibob sends time-off information to PULT, which is helpful.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I'm finding issues with Wi-Fi tracking attendance to pull reliable data. Also, I wish there were more integrations with Slack. I like the mood polls and similar features in PULT, but most people only go into PULT to book a desk. Integrating these features with Slack would be ideal, as it would make it more natural for employees to use and provide us excellent insights. We switched to PULT with the expectation it would offer Wi-Fi tracking of office attendance, which hasn't been delivered yet, but they say they are close to doing so.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PULT for office desk and room bookings. It's easy to book rooms and desks, and the interactive map shows where people sit and who’s using what. It connects with Slack, making it simpler to coordinate with teammates.

 ### 14. Fast, Clear Attendance View That Makes Coverage Planning Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel M. | Team Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

For support staff, it’s important to know who is physically present at any given time. The attendance view updates quickly and is easy to read, so we can see the situation at a glance. It helps us plan coverage more smoothly without needing constant check-ins. Overall, the system feels stable, dependable, and consistent in day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It would be really helpful to have quick notes or simple status indicators shown alongside attendance. Right now, we sometimes still have to rely on separate tools to track that information.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to make sure we have enough people available on-site each day. Without clear visibility, it was hard to balance shifts and know where coverage might fall short. Now we can plan staffing more confidently, avoid gaps, and keep operations running smoothly.

 ### 15. Clear Space Insights and Effortless WiFi Check-In

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathew J. | Director of People Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The Office Insights dashboard gives us a clear picture of how our space is actually being used. It lets us track attendance trends and identify peak days without having to manually collect data. The automatic WiFi check-in is a smart addition that cuts down on manual effort. Overall, the system feels well integrated and easy to rely on.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some of the more advanced analytics features still feel like they’re evolving. When we need very specific reports, we sometimes export the data and analyze it separately to get the level of detail we’re looking for.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we scale, we need facts—not assumptions—about how our office space is actually being used. PULT helps us understand who’s working from where and how often teams come in, so we can make more informed decisions. It supports our long-term workplace strategy, helps prevent overpaying for unused space, and gives leadership a clear view of hybrid adoption across departments.

 ### 16. Hybrid Work Planner Makes Team Scheduling and Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill A. | HR Business Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The hybrid work planner has been extremely useful for coordinating our team schedules. Managers can quickly see which team members are planning to be in the office, and employees like being able to plan their office days around when colleagues will be there. Overall, it encourages more intentional collaboration rather than random attendance.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I’d like a few more options for customizing team views or setting up department filters. The current options work well, but having a bit more flexibility would be really helpful as the company continues to grow.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With employees working remotely several days a week, it had become difficult to organize in-person meetings. This planner gives us a shared, clear overview of who will be in the office and when. As a result, teams can schedule collaboration days much more effectively and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. Overall, it helps us maintain team culture even in a hybrid setup.

 ### 17. Flexible Platform That Simplified Our Return-to-Office Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier R. | Employee Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The platform’s flexibility really stood out during our return-to-office planning. We were able to roll out attendance guidelines gradually, without overwhelming employees. It also made it straightforward to track participation trends and adjust our plans as needed.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some reporting views could provide more context about how attendance changes over time within specific departments, so it’s easier to understand what’s driving those shifts.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bringing employees back after an extended period of remote work took careful planning. PULT helped us coordinate schedules, manage available workspaces, and communicate expectations clearly across the team. It reduced uncertainty and made the transition back to the office feel far more manageable.

 ### 18. Straightforward Attendance Dashboard with Clear, Shareable Team Trends

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henrik O. | Strategy Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The attendance overview provides a quick snapshot of how often teams are coming in, and it’s easy to spot trends without having to dig through detailed reports. The dashboard is straightforward and simple enough for non-technical stakeholders to understand, which makes it much easier to share updates internally.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Historical comparisons over longer time periods could be more detailed. As it stands, we sometimes pair it with external reporting to fill in the gaps.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadership needed clearer visibility into how hybrid work was actually being adopted. Before this, we were mostly relying on assumptions. Now we have real data to back up decisions about office policies. It’s been helpful for guiding planning and making adjustments without overcomplicating things.

 ### 19. All-in-One Desk Booking, Room Scheduling, and Attendance Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian L. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Having desk booking, room scheduling, and attendance tracking all in one platform has made our day-to-day operations much easier. We no longer have to switch back and forth between multiple tools to get things done. The experience also feels consistent across the different features, which has helped with user adoption.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

When I’m using many features at once, it can take some time to fully explore everything that’s available. A more guided setup or onboarding experience for new admins would be helpful, especially at the beginning.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our company grew, we ended up relying on separate tools for different workplace needs, which led to confusion and a lot of duplicated work. PULT brought everything into one place, making our processes simpler and giving us better visibility across the board. Overall, it saves us time and helps reduce operational overhead.

 ### 20. Practical Floor Plan Builder with Intuitive Desk Booking and Clear Capacity Overview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark K. | Head of Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The interactive floor plan builder is really practical. We were able to recreate our office layout quickly and set up different zones for specific teams without much effort. The desk and room booking tools feel intuitive and easy to use, even for less tech-savvy employees. I also appreciate having a clear, at-a-glance overview of office capacity.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

A few colleagues needed a brief introductory session to get familiar with the booking policies. The policies themselves aren’t complicated, but change management is always part of the process.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since moving to a hybrid model, we no longer have fixed desks, and without a booking system it would quickly become chaotic. With it in place, we can clearly see who is working from where and adjust seating based on project teams as needed. The data has also helped us cut down on unused space and plan future office adjustments with much more confidence.

 ### 21. Automatic WiFi Check-In Makes Desk Booking Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akram J. | IT Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The automatic WiFi check-in feature is a really nice touch. Employees don’t have to manually confirm their desk booking when they arrive. As soon as their phone connects to the office network, the system marks them as present. It takes away those small daily steps that people often forget, making the whole check-in process feel smoother and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It relies on a stable WiFi connection, so in areas with weaker signal the check-in can take a little longer. It still works, but every so often it needs a manual confirmation.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual check-ins were often skipped, which made our attendance data unreliable. Since switching to automatic check-ins, the data has been much more accurate. That accuracy helps us understand how the office is actually being used and plan resources accordingly. It also gives teams better visibility when they’re trying to coordinate and collaborate on-site.

 ### 22. Straightforward Desk Booking with a Simple, Intuitive Slack Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaishali N. | Workplace Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The desk booking process is very straightforward. Employees can reserve a workspace in just a few seconds, especially through the Slack integration that we already use throughout the day. The office floor plan is clear and makes it easy for people to pick desks close to their team. Adoption was surprisingly fast, mainly because the interface is so simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Setting up the office map the first time took a bit of time to get right. But once everything is placed properly, it rarely needs any further adjustments.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to shared desks and needed a clear way to organize seating without confusion. Before PULT, people would often arrive and struggle to find an available workspace. Now desks can be booked ahead of time, and teams can easily coordinate which days they’ll be in the office. Overall, it’s made our transition to hybrid work much smoother.

 ### 23. Flexible Booking Rules That Make Office Setup Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daisy C. | Workplace Strategy Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The ability to set booking restrictions and policies is really helpful for us. Some teams have dedicated zones, while others use shared desks, and it’s straightforward to configure access rules by department or even by specific days. That flexibility makes it easy to structure the office exactly the way we want.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

If you change policies often, you need to communicate those updates clearly to employees. The system manages the changes well, but people still need to understand the rules and what’s expected of them.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our departments have different working styles and space requirements, so without clear policies, desks would quickly become a point of contention. With PULT, we can assign spaces in a logical way while still supporting flexible work. It helps keep the office organized and makes sure everyone has fair access to the resources they need.

 ### 24. Floor Plans and Desk Selection Make Onboarding New Employees Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Issam H. | Talent Experience Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The floor plan and desk selection features make it easy for new employees to understand the office layout. They can quickly see where their team sits and choose desks close by. This helps reduce the confusion that often comes with starting at a new workplace.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some additional onboarding tips within the platform would be helpful for first-time users. Most people can figure it out pretty quickly, but a short guide or walkthrough would make the initial experience smoother.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New hires often felt lost during their first weeks, especially in a flexible seating setup. PULT gives them clarity on where to sit and who will be in the office. It helps them integrate faster with their teams and feel more comfortable from day one.

 ### 25. Pult. Made Hybrid Desk Booking Simple and Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about PULT?**

We moved to a hybrid work model last year, and coordinating office attendance became surprisingly complicated. Pult. made the process much easier by giving everyone a single place to reserve desks and check who’s coming in. The interface is very clean, and people started using it without much guidance.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I’d like more options for customizing the office map. A few additional reporting features could also provide more detailed insights.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has eliminated the constant back-and-forth about desk availability and helped our team plan office visits more efficiently.

 ### 26. Streamlined Office Reservations with Clear Attendance Oversight

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yahya L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The platform keeps office reservations organized without creating unnecessary administrative work. Employees manage their own schedules, while managers still have a complete overview of attendance. Overall, it has simplified everyone’s routine.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some notification settings could offer more flexibility. A few dashboard widgets would also benefit from additional customization, so they can be adjusted more to fit different needs.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PULT has helped reduce scheduling conflicts and has made it much easier to monitor office capacity.

 ### 27. Instant, Privacy-Friendly Desk Overview — Employees Always Know Availability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakshith T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

This software gave us a clear overview of desk usage without requiring tracking. Reservation updates happen instantly, and employees always know what's available before arrival.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some historical usage reports could include longer comparison periods, and more customization would also be useful.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spend less time organizing office seating and more time focusing on actual work.

 ### 28. Clear Office Capacity Visibility Makes Booking Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed A. | Operations Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The system provides a clear view of how full the office will be on specific days. Employees can check availability before coming in, which helps distribute attendance more evenly throughout the week. Booking limits also help prevent overbooking.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Occasionally, users don’t update last-minute cancellations quickly enough. As a result, some desks can end up sitting unused even when demand is high.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have overcrowded midweek days, while other days were almost empty. With PULT, employees can plan ahead and, when needed, choose less busy days. This helps balance office usage and creates a more comfortable working environment.

 ### 29. Streamlined Staff Onboarding with Trackable Training Completion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sima J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

We use this system to onboard new guards and staff. They receive training documents, site instructions, and the onboarding checklist through the system, and we can track their completion.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Training content and the documents need to be kept up to date in the system; otherwise, staff may end up viewing outdated information.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more structured onboarding and a clear training process for new staff working across different sites.

 ### 30. Desk Booking Made Easy and Highly Useful for Office Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The desk booking feature is really helpful. Employees can easily figure it out without much training, and it’s also useful to see who plans to be in the office on a given day.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

The reporting sections are not up to the mark, and they could offer more customization options.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped us resolve confusion about who is coming into the office and which desks are available on busy days.

 ### 31. Real-Time Presence Data Makes Office Visibility Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murali H. | Director Of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The real-time presence data is what stood out. We can actually see who is in the office without relying on guesses or manual updates.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Some reports take time to fully understand at first.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This removes the uncertainty around office attendance and improves planning.

 ### 32. office attendance visibility done right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about PULT?**

PULT was a great case for us. They reached out to the right time and we implemented them in less than 2 hours. Their Customer Support was absolutly amazing when integrating the Solution into our WIFI and since then our whole team uses it daily.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

If I want to be nitty gritty I would love to be able to do a bit more customization eventhough they have that already covered for a large amount

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never exactly knew who was in the office and who wasn't - just because we were working with spreadsheets. Now with PULT Presence I just check my Dash and see who is and who isn't. Also great for Health and Safety drills as we can directly say how many people are in the building at any given time

 ### 33. Efficient Office Management with Great Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias H. | Systemadministrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Pult is an excellent tool that solves several challenges for me. The intuitive interface allows me to easily locate specific colleagues, enhancing collaboration and communication. I also appreciate the clear overview of office space occupancy, which helps streamline room planning and avoid overbooking. Additionally, the ability to visualize office layouts and the seamless integration with Google Calendar are major advantages.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Little minor issues, but overall highly satisfied.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pult solves the challenge of finding where colleagues are located in the office, making communication and collaboration more efficient. It also provides a clear view of office space occupancy, allowing for better planning and resource management. This improves overall productivity and ensures that spaces are used effectively. The integration with tools like Google Calendar further simplifies scheduling, saving time and reducing double bookings.

 ### 34. Excellent service and seamless onboarding – Pult impresses across the board!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian P. | Head of IT Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The implementation was done quickly and also the integration of Microsoft EntraID to onboard our user accounts.
With just a few clicks, I can easily book desks and plan my workweek, which significantly simplifies the daily work routine. The intuitive user interface and fast response times make using the software a pleasant experience. The "Help Section" is very detailed and clearly structured, providing excellent support.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

A few features are missing, but... They are either already in the works or noted as requests. One suggestion for improvement was even implemented within a very short time. (actually this field should remain empty)

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It visualizes the work location and synchronizes it with Outlook, making planning much less effort.

 ### 35. A clever tool for organizing workplaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beyza A. | Head of Global Workspace, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

The platform offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the navigation through a plethora of tools and resources. What truly sets it apart is the comprehensive range of features tailored to meet diverse needs. The robust customer support ensures that users receive timely assistance, enhancing the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I really can't say anything negative here. We've only had good experiences so far.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution effectively addresses the issue of employees arriving at a fully occupied office and being unable to find a workspace. Additionally, PULT provides real-time updates on the occupancy status of each office, significantly enhancing collaborative efforts by ensuring everyone is aware of their colleagues' locations.

 ### 36. Intuitive Solution and excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jochen H. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Very quick and easy/frictionless set up without any technical challenges
Very friendly and helpful support at any time
Rich feature set, excellent for daily use

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Nothing really, everything is at it should be. I can judge this truly at least for a company of our size and demand (100 people at 1 office)

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Smooth processes for seat management and seat selection after we reduced our office space as part of continuing our hybrid way of working

 ### 37. Smart and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Co-Founder, Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Pult is smart and simple. It solves exactly our problem: who will be coming to the office and does he/she still have a desk to work? The setup is easy, the colleagues think it's great and the support is good!

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

We'd appreciate an API to connect Pult with our smart heating tool

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure that everybody has a desk, when they come in.

 ### 38. Nice tool for booking workplaces

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2024

**What do you like best about PULT?**

- good looking ituitive frontend
- integration into a lot of other system like (Office365, Personio, ...)
- automatic booking of workplaces
- very easy to setup

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

Sometimes the sync to personio is not working properly, if you do not open the app a long time.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having a workplace when I go into the office and do not need to search for one, also planning team office days is made easy

 ### 39. Hybrid work tool with best value for money in market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gunnar B. | CEO and Interim Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

In our opinion, PULT is the best tool available in the market. We analyzed in a 4 week process the major competitors, but pult offered the most comprehensive functionality for what we needed. Imho, the competitors such as Yoffix or Deskbird were more advanced in telling sales stories, but that is not what we wanted. Overall, PULT is super easy to use via Slack (offer MS Teams as well) with a beautiful design. The team adds new features every week at no additional costs. Their customer support was in our case awesome, they did the floorplan layouts for us and supported with a very fast solution once we had a request after the rollout. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

- Less "sales pushy" than others
- Needed about 6 hours to respond to my customer support request during a weekend

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was hybrid since 2018, but at that time no tool exists. We want the employees to be in the office on a regular basis to improve communication, creative idea generation and problem solving, but we want them to do it in a flexible, modern way. By using PULT, we were able to reduce our office space by 28% and thus safe 51.000€ per year compared to 4.900€ costs for the tool for the entire team. Our team members like specifically that it's a one click thing to choose a desk or home-office, that they can book desks depending on the features (quiet area, 2 screens, etc.) and that they can book a seat just close to their friends from other departments. For the management, it was important that pult offers all important hybrid related functions in one tool with one contact person.

 ### 40. Would definitely recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramona H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Great User experience. The Feedback from our employees was positive, everyone liked the usability and easiness. Julius and the team is super friendly and we had a great communication. They were always happy to answer our questions asap. Best for us was the slack integration!
There are possibilities to track your office occupancy so you can evaluate the numbers and and optimize your office space!

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I don't really know what to say here. We really enjoyed working with Pult. Me, as Office Manager, liked it most because it ist a great tool to track the office occupancy. The employees really booked a workplace in advance as it is super easy and does not require much steps or guidance.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimization of our workspaces --> seeing how many employees are working regularly and irregularly from the offices
Getting people back to the office again & back together --> simple booking + the employees can see who will be on site the next days and get a notification if they want to join their colleagues and work from the office as well

 ### 41. Great to see who's in the office, when

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maiwenn C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

I love being able to see who is in the office and in which area. Instead of slacking colleagues and asking hem if/they want to be in the office. It's also proved very useful when i see someone i don't recognize to be able to check who it is :)

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

We are struggling to keep momentum in the company and ensure everyone logs in and updates their Pult status. Most employees still use the slack emoji status. It would be great if pult status would automatically sync Slack status! Another thing is the slack interface would be even better if it looked closer to the web dashboard (more user friendly instead of as a list)

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It did solve space management especially during COVID times where we had strict capacity limitations. Today we are using it as an "online office map" where we can see who is seating where and who is in the office on one day. We are in the process of installing visitor management as well as a check-in which will solve these issues as well.

 ### 42. Flex Desks booking made easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

We changed some areas of our office to Flex desks and Pult is helping us with keeping track of who is coming in and providing seats. Especially in some weeks of the year where the office is quite oacked everyone can pick their own seat in advance and knows where to go. Super simply to use with the slack integration. We also use it to block seats for our new starters

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

You can add the new peeps as soon as they activated slack and not as soon as they have like an active working email, but this is just small thing. sometimes it would help for us two main admins to be able to block more than one seat in cases where we have more than 2 new starters to block seats for.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several teams that share the flex deas area so with Pult we can make sure every person can have a seat when coming to the office. We also use it for 2 project offices where some cross team work happens from time to time so we can give access to some of our employees and in the same turn we have some more free flex desks available

 ### 43. Best user experience - great overview for team and office planning in remote and work-from-home.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josefine v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Our teams are notified every day via Slack to choose their workplace and can book a desk in the office. So everyone knows where to find their coworkers.
No download, no installation, and a very fast setup. We just log in directly with Slack and all of our profiles were imported directly into Pult. Saved us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I personally don't see any negative aspects. Some colleagues complained that they wanted to be able to change their booking for the past days, Pult implemented this option within 4 weeks max. after our feedback.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like many other companies, we switched to a fully remote work model due to the pandemic but were looking for a way to motivate our teams to work in the office again.
We chose Pult because of its integration with Slack and the very user-friendly hybrid scheduler and desk booking system. Our teams adopted a hybrid schedule in their daily routine.

 ### 44. Helpful tool to organize a hybrid workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannes K. | VP Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Most of our employees work in a home office. But since we want to see more of each other in the office, we use Pult to organize this.

For this, you can book a workstation and parking space in Pult. This is very convenient for avoiding chaos in the morning. In addition, you can see the evening before who will be in the office the next day. This is very helpful to see if it is worth coming to the office.

Our primary communication tool is Slack. Pult is well integrated with Slack, and almost everything can be controlled from within Slack.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I would love to see more features added for use in Slack in the future. Unfortunately, you still have to use the web app occasionally.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pult to organize our hybrid office. It helps us with the booking of desks and parking spaces

 ### 45. Fantastic easy-to-use app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pia W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Pult is super simple to understand. The menu is easy to use and, even as a non-computer generation, logical and clear. The support team helps immediately and tries to adjust everything to your satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

At the moment I have nothing negative to report, anything that comes up is fixed within a very short time.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we are a hybrid and young company, an app that allows us to manage the space and the desks helps us a lot. This is possible with Pult and every employee can find their way around.
It's also great that you have a very good overview of who is currently in the office, who is working remotely, you can see it in the virtual rooms as well as in the dashboard and even get statistics.

 ### 46. Pult-- easy to use and simple way to book my working place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonja H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

It is easy to use and I can make a reservation for quite a long period.
I can easily see which colleagues are with me for teh day I choose to book my place.
Without "Bling Bling" and unnecessary features I can book or cancel my booking within seconds.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I can't book a place for two days with one click ( choosing two days and then choose the seat)

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Always find a place I like and choose the same place for feeling " at home" ( and my office dogs likes to be always seated in the same area)

 ### 47. Useful helper tool for our hybrid organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Pult is a useful little tool for booking desks and parking spots in our team. Especially since we work in a hybrid fashion - people are usually in the office for 2 days a week - this helps a lot with the coordination.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

A better mobile experience would be appreciated.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pult to book both desks as well as parking spots. Also my employees use it to spot other colleagues that will be in the office, in order to make their own plans, for when to come in.

 ### 48. Very practical booking tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aura C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

What i like the most is that It is very easy to use for the admin side but for the rest of the employees as well. Also the design is kind of eye- catching.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

I don't like that admins can not desable default option on some desks booked

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help us to have an overview of people how is at the office. Not only for safety purposes, but since we are looking into a new office it help us to understand the capacity that we would need.

 ### 49. intuitive and useful app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carol O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Pult is an amazing tool. One of the best things about Pult is its ease of use. The app has an intuitive design that makes it easy for users to navigate and find the features they need. Pult simplifies task management and helps teams stay organized and on track. Its ease of use, flexibility and powerful features make it an essential tool for any team looking to boost productivity and streamline their workflow.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

It seems like is not possible to remove the notifications on Slack.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-

 ### 50. A welcome tool for booking your desk without any hesitation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about PULT?**

Great customization, ease of use, easy to navigate and overall many great features included, such as tracking of who was present on a specific day. Came in clutch during the whole Covid-Situation.
There is even a SlackIntegration which is very convient since we`re are working with Slack on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about PULT?**

At first there was a tiny learning curve regarding building your officespace. But you will get the hang of it pretty quickly.

**What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially during corona Pult was a welcome tool to provide a simple solution to book a desk or a meeting room without any interference and overbooking of some meetingrooms. Also it provided a closer look of who was possibly a contact person if there was a coronainfection in the past. Very handy.
