The most helpful aspect of Work Tango is its ability to foster real-time employee recognition and feedback, which boosts morale and encourages a positive workplace culture. 

Makes it easy to celebrate achievements and show appreciation across teams. Motivates team members with tangible incentives.

Occasionally, there can be delays in processing or receiving physical rewards or gift cards.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

Easy to recognize one or more colleagues. Saying thanks with some work tango points seems a real reward to someone's contribution. Of course, amazing gifts are available when a certain number of reward points are accumulated. Another cool this is the visibility of one's contribution and recognition through a large number of colleagues. The incentives are great. Overall work tango is an everyday login item at work.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

Quarterly points are limited. A few glitches have happened in the past.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Groupwide recognition with some work tango points of someone'd good effort and deed have become not just easy but a standard practice at work. I can recognize intra and inter departmental colleagues and their recognition very easily.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I love using WorkTango to recognize colleagues for a job well done, or to celebrate other wins! It's always a nice surprise to see an email when I have received recognitions as well. I like that there is a wide variety of ways to use your points.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I wish the spending points rolled over, at least for a month or two. There are some months that just get away from me due to travel or other commitments, and I hate wasting the points if I forget to send them.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know that it is necessarily solving problems, but the points I earn and use on gift cards are awesome!

I think the way that you get points to give to others is a really neat way to show recognition.

I feel like the items that can be purchased with points are a little high.

When working with previous companies that do not use WorkTango, I always felt unappreciated and did not have a good way of showing appreciation. Work tango solves both of these issues for me.

I like that Worktango allows my team and I to appreciate each other.  It also allows our organization to appreciate us with quarterly bonuses.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

The notification system on Worktango is not always accurate.  Notifications will appear after having dismissed them and when I click on them they frequently don't take me to the correct webpage.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worktango solves the problem of employees not feeling appreciated and is a great tool for our company to distribute monthly and quarterly bonuses.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

The ease of use is one of the best things about WorkTango. We use single signon and it gives us quick access to offer peer to peer feedback. Feedback is integral to working together - especially as many of us are remote. Time sensitive feedback that is easy to deliver makes sense. This ease of use does allow for a relatively high frequency of use.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

Some of the navigating is not intuitive and clearing notifications can be cumbersome.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a remote environment, WorkTango allows us to provide feedback in a timely and consistent manner. One which allows others - upline and peer - to view and access that feedback with ease.

I dislike that our organization has set a limit on the number of "points" you can award a colleague each quarter.

WorkTango is very user friendly and I do my best to use it often to show support to all of my peers. It is easy to use and gives us the ability to choose what we are sending a recognition for!

There are not too many issues I have with Worktango, it is a great experience.

Peers not feeling recognized or appreciated. This also helps me power through on hard days knowing I am being seen.

I am able to instantly recognize my team and colleagues for good work, leadership and going above and beyond.  I appreciate the enormous selection of gifts and gift cards I am able to lead them to.

It would be nice is there was a reduction in points required for people to get gifts/gift cards.

The problems that Work Tango is solving is the interactions we have with our coworkers in different parts of the region.  It benefits me because I am able to send them an award, but I am also able to shout out loud their recognition.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I enjoy being able to see who has an anniversary or birthday within my orginization because I like to give points and anniversary/birthday wishes. I also enjoy being able to see who has received a review so I can high five them. Everything is easy to manuever as well as easy to find. There are multipe features, even incentives to earn points every day without receiving a review which I especially love. My favorite thing is being able to use the Rewards Marketplace to cash in on my points for gift cards or goods/services. The name brands available in the marketplace are very competative.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I dislike the fact that I can't always dismiss my notifications. Sometimes it allows me to do it and sometimes the Dismiss All button isn't there. I also dislike that sometimes I receive an "unexpected error, please try again" message when selecting settings or trying to change something in my profile.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work Tango solves the disconnect with peers throughout the orginzation from working from home as well as not being able to connect individually with each other outside of meetings. Work Tango also gives an incentive for giving recognition with being able to use points earned to purchase goods or services. It is benefiting me because it alows me to give recognition to individuals I know with work anniversaries or birthdays even though I may not work with them side by side. It also allows me to send recognition to peers when they've assisted me with something that I had to ask them for last minute. It also benefits me by allowing me to use my earned points to purchase goods or services that I like such as gift cards :-)

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I absolutely love using Tango! It's an incredible platform that allows me to express my appreciation and celebrate special moments with my coworkers, whom I adore and love working with. Whether it's saying happy birthday or congratulating someone on their work anniversary, Tango makes it easy and fun to share these joyous occasions.

One of the best features of Tango is the ability to give huge shout-outs to colleagues who go above and beyond in their daily work. It's a fantastic way to recognize and reward their hard work and dedication, and it really helps to boost morale and foster a positive work environment.

Additionally, the incentives we earn through Tango are amazing. The rewards are diverse and exciting, with sports rewards and concert tickets being my personal favorites. It's always a thrill to redeem these rewards and enjoy some well-deserved leisure time.

Overall, Tango is a wonderful tool that enhances our workplace culture and makes it easy to show appreciation and celebrate achievements. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to create a more connected and motivated team.

It has been refreshing to have a method of showing gratitude and support to our teammates in a way that really benefits them. It's fun and improves morale, and it's nice that colleagues outside of your immediate team can give you high fives. It feels as though it really brings people together within the company.

There are no downsides! It would be good however if we could receive a reminder to send points before they expire.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

There are a few things I like best about WorkTango. First, the peer-to-peer recognition. It's a great way to make someone's day feel special, whether it be someone that reports to you, someone you report to, or someone around your same level. Next, is being on the receiving end of that recognition. Anytime I get an email notifying me of a recognition, I can't wait to see from whom and why! Finally, being able to cash in points for PTO or gift cards is a huge plus! These are practical ways to use all those points in your everyday life. Thank you for all of the above!!

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

There are a few items for feedback I could provide. First of all, I have been trying to edit the way my name appears on there for a couple years. I have asked both WorkTango folks and my company's people, all of whom don't seem to know how to fix this bug. Whenever I change my first name to how I want it to appear, it automatically goes back to the original name. I would appreciate being able to choose how I am found on there, as I have had colleagues not be able to find me because my name is listed in a way they don't know me as. Secondly, it would be really helpful if WorkTango sent out a reminder to staff by email or some notification that points were expiring soon at the end of each month. I have taken on this responsibility for our team, but it feels like I'm having to go out of my way for something that could easily come from WorkTango themselves.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving ways to recognize your colleagues in a monetary and public way! If it was just monetary, no one else would likely be aware of it. If it was just public, that wouldn't necessarily equate to anything tangible. So, job well done to WorkTango for hitting both of those key elements to help employees feel seen!

WorkTango is the perfect combination for motivated people and also for those looking for a little extra motivation if they need it. I love the incentive given for a 15 minute walk, and also the fact I can send points to coworkers and team leaders. Its a wonderful, quick and yet tangible way to send my appreciation. Also, its such a reward receiving points for a job well done!

WorkTango wont be interesting unless employees make it an engaging space, therefore its not a system that can work on its own.

I love that you can send a compliment or a job well done with point to make someone's day and these points accumulate and become a reward to that person. Its quick and easy and I've earned so many rewards already.

So far, I haven't found anything I don't like. Again, in the workplace this is a perfect program to reward employees.

WorkTango makes recognizing others for their hard work easy and fun! Not only can we name specific individuals for their hard work publicly, but it can also be done privately. There are GIFs and emojis to choose from to add a little flare to the recognition you are providing. Additionally, being a direct leader, I like to review my team's recognition to include in their performance reviews to see any kudos they may have received from others that I had not already been made aware of.

That you have a lot of options to choose from the rewards, alongside looking on what's happening in the organization and all the projects the people are being rewarded. It's easy to use, and I use it every week to reward on the tasks of the week. The integration and implementation on the company has been really positive.
I have never needed customer support because I've had everything answered in the FAQ.

Have more options for International employees.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

WorkTango makes it easy to recognize coworkers, as well as see who has been recognized within the organization. I like that it's interactive and I can high-five any recognization. I use it multiple times per week to check my points and to see who has been recognized. The way it integrates with our company calendar to show birthdays and work anniversaries is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I don't like that you have to clear out each notification, instead of mark all as read on one certain screen.

It makes it easier to keep track of birthdays as well as making recognization meaningful.

WorkTango provides an easy to use, customizable solution for employee engagement.  They make it easy for employees to recognize each other and redeem points for rewards that are most meaningful for them.
Their engagement survey platform is easy to use, provides relevant analytics, and they provide good support and training for leaders.

We were able to easily integrate this platform into our existing program and employees are frequently posting appreciation to their colleagues.  It has been very well received.

I can't think of anything.  It is a great platform.

None, the only negative is the extra points Amazon charges for a gift card.

nice way to say thank you to a coworker with more than just an email.  Saving my points helped me to decorate my office, with very little out of pocket expenses.

I like to give credit to my coworkers.  It always makes me feel like I'm doing my job when I get recognized form my coworkers as well. We all are trying our best and it's nice that we can let them know they are doing great. I like that we can get gift cards with the points as well.

The only thing that I do not like is I only have 1000 points each quarter. I also wish that the prizes were more obtainable. I do understand that the points never expire.

Being able to recognize a colleague and being able to tag their mgmt. is amazing. Love being able to add a GIF as well as it just makes the process fun and more meaningful. We are living in a virtual world, where many of us never meet in person - PROPS allows us to show our appreciation to our fellow co-workers, when we can't physically buy them a cup of coffee!

The rewards! Who doesn't enjoy being recognized by peers and others in our company. Also it is very easy to use and very self-explanatory. I use it almost everyday.

I would like the rewards to not cost so much.

Acknowledging our peers when they deserve it, majority of us are all Woking from home and it is difficult to give someone a pat on the back, or to acknowledge their efforts. I think work tango allows us to do just that "A pat on the back" and with some rewards to show our appreciation towards one another.
