I would like to see a wider selection of merchandise to choose from. Additionally, it would be great to have a separate entry for tree planting, where the company or WorkTango matches the number of trees planted to help rehabilitate the forest. I find many of my colleagues forget to give props before they points expire. I'm aware the balance and expiry date appears on the home screen, but perhaps an email the week of expiration could help. I' also not sure if it's a feature already, but I would like for different roles to have different amount of points to give. For example, I run the complaints team and am also a trainer, I would like to have more points to give team members when they do well in training or deescalate a potential complaint. There’s not much to dislike, but occasionally I wish there were more reward options or better filtering when browsing redemption items.
