This is prevalent in workflows, decision actions, auto scores among many more. It has very strong support for high volume recruitment meaning more efficiency in processing large quantities of applications. I also really like the ease of exporting configuration out of the system. It allows me to clearly provide system logic in a clear format that can be shared with colleagues and clients to streamline project timelines. **What do you dislike about Oleeo?** There are few things that can be frustrating with Oleeo. The performance can be quite slow and time consuming, especially with large process flows. There are features I have seen in other ATS platforms that I think Oleeo haven't quite implemented but are really useful tools, especially in the operational side of an organisation. Finally, I sometimes think that the user interface can look fairly basic and outdated compared to other platforms. **What problems is Oleeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oleeo allows us the freedom to be able to configure highly complex processes without having to lean on Oleeo themselves to intervene. Having this sort of ownership really gives you a sense of value. We have multiple clients on our Oleeo instances and they have used it for quite some time and it allows them to acquire specific talent that is suited to their organisation. ### 2. I appreciate its ease of use for hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters. I also value how the company is innovative, supportive, and listens well. Additionally, during the challenging setup, Oleeo provided a dedicated project manager and developer to support configuration. **What do you dislike about Oleeo?** I find there are small process issues like making shortlisting candidates more efficient for managers. A better display of information would help. The initial setup was quite challenging because we ran two systems in parallel for a while, which complicated the launch. The customization and flexibility it offers allows up to tailor the custom workflows for each business area. It also allows us to integrate directly with 3rd party software. Oleeo ATS enhances the candidate experience providing them with a smooth seamless and informed process. The customer support provided both by their Customer Success Manager and IT support is exemplary and can't be faulted. **What do you dislike about Oleeo?** To be honest there isn't a lot to dislike about Oleeo. It was a steep learning curve at the beginning and was a complex initial setup and there are some thing we would do differently but know we have the configuration knowledge we're redesigning parts of the process that don't quite work for us as our internal processes have changed. **What problems is Oleeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we had a total paper based recruitment system where applicant interaction was poor at best. The implementation of Oleeo has totally transformed our recruitment process allowing real time applicant tracking and reporting on key metrics that just wasn't possible in the past. The candidates can see at a glance on their portal where they are in the recruitment process and are presented with stage applicable information for their reference. ### 5. It doesn`t force our organisation to use a rigid structure. Instead we can adjust it to the way we work. Whether we are building custom workflows, amending forms or tailoring dashboards everything can be shaped to fit our hiring processes and our brand. The range of functionality including future AI capabilities is also a standout. Beyond that we get great customer support and find it straightforward to integrate new tools when needed **What do you dislike about Oleeo?** The learning curve can be quite steep because it is very configurable so it can take time to upskill the users who support it. However that said, strong user guides and a great community site with a training academy help support that process. **What problems is Oleeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oleeo allows our organisation to be efficient. It allows us to centralise the function removing out of date systems and manual processes that slow down our hiring processes. It solves the problem of repetitive manual data input. It has automation and has AI handling tasks which means we can focus on more high value work. Another huge benefit is compliance and it allows us to meet our requirements in relation to GDPR. The measurable benefits for us are that we have reduced time to hire and improved the candidate experience. ### 6. I can see all details of the candidate's flow through the process. For candidates in you radar, there's a feedback facility, for the rest, the ability to bulk delete. Simple steps at month-end to load your openings. We get cc'd when the candidate contacts us. **What do you dislike about Oleeo?** We find it difficult to tailor the system to our needs (flow, changing look and feel) and the user interface needs refreshing.
