Oleeo has a very user friendly interface for both the daily business user and also the superusers who configure the system in the background. The customization and flexibility it offers allows up to tailor the custom workflows for each business area. It also allows us to integrate directly with 3rd party software. Oleeo ATS enhances the candidate experience providing them with a smooth seamless and informed process. To be honest there isn't a lot to dislike about Oleeo. It was a steep learning curve at the beginning and was a complex initial setup and there are some thing we would do differently but know we have the configuration knowledge we're redesigning parts of the process that don't quite work for us as our internal processes have changed. What I love most about Oleeo is how configurable and adaptable it is. It doesn`t force our organisation to use a rigid structure. Instead we can adjust it to the way we work. Whether we are building custom workflows, amending forms or tailoring dashboards everything can be shaped to fit our hiring processes and our brand. The range of functionality including future AI capabilities is also a standout. The learning curve can be quite steep because it is very configurable so it can take time to upskill the users who support it. However that said, strong user guides and a great community site with a training academy help support that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oleeo is super user friendly and customisable. Its possible to tailor workflows, applications forms, dashboards and processes to match specific organisational needs. It is easy to get support from the team, if there are any updates or changes needed. The system makes it simple to track applications, schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication. I think that the reporting system is user friendly, however the raw data pooled from it can often be difficult to manipulate due to the application volumes. It would be great if I could easily present this data into charts or tables more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
