What I like best is that Figures makes comp data usable in real decisions. It’s not just abt seeing benchmarks, it’s about giving Recruiters and hiring managers a shared reference point to be used as a starting point in negotiations and offer definitions. In practice, that meant faster offer alignment, especially when hiring across geographies or in totally new markets. It doesn’t try to replace judgment or comp strategy, which I see as a strength, it supports decisions instead of pretending to automate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main risk, particularly with junior hiring managers and stakeholders, is when benchmarks are treated as a single source of truth. The data is most useful when paired with clear guidance on percentiles and context - otherwise, it can oversimplify compensation discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
