## Figures Reviews
  ### 1. Makes comp data actionable for faster offer alignment across geographies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samanta J. | Head of Talent Acquisition, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Figures?**

What I like best is that Figures makes comp data usable in real decisions. It’s not just abt seeing benchmarks, it’s about giving Recruiters and hiring managers a shared reference point to be used as a starting point in negotiations and offer definitions. In practice, that meant faster offer alignment, especially when hiring across geographies or in totally new markets. It doesn’t try to replace judgment or comp strategy, which I see as a strength, it supports decisions instead of pretending to automate them.

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

The main risk, particularly with junior hiring managers and stakeholders, is when benchmarks are treated as a single source of truth. The data is most useful when paired with clear guidance on percentiles and context - otherwise, it can oversimplify compensation discussions.

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main value is bringing structure and credibility to comp discussions, particularly when hiring in new countries or for new roles where internal reference points were limited or nonexistent. It provides an external anchor that helps a quicker alignment on compensation ranges, making decisions easier to justify and communicate.

  ### 2. Great data and wonderful team to help with job matching!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Figures?**

The team has been really great to help us match our jobs in the system which has been key to us getting accurately and timely compensation data. Their extensive data in Europe has been a tremendous help to us as a U.S. HQ company and their U.S. data has made great improvements in the last year. I can see Figures becoming (very soon) a wonderful single source for Tech based companies that have global teams.

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

I want to see even more U.S. data/regions

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using figures because we had a major gap in our German salary benchmarking and limited UK data. We found Figures to be comparable to the kind of U.S. data we get from Pave/Option Impact.

  ### 3. A tool that supports remuneration challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Figures?**

The community that the company creates around compensation issues

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

A market benchmark that remains heavily focused on the tech sector and sometimes raises some doubts about the relevance of data.

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figures allows to overcome the lack of market data regarding compensation and thus the trial and error during the creation of a compensation grid.

  ### 4. Live market data always at your hands and a super supportive team!

- Great customer support, the team is very hands-on and helps out where they can, open to product feedback
- Great functionalities that make it easy to get salary data or maintain/create salary bands or even do compensation reviews
- Figures is going with the time and is on top of salary transparency topics
- HR system integration (hibob in my case) makes updating employee data automatic

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

Data quality in some markets can be expanded on

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting market benchmarks for salary data and creating/maintaining salary bands

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping drive our compensation policy : what's the market data, where do we want to positon our salary, how to create our salary bands etc.

  ### 6. Figures gives guidance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Figures?**

Especially as a startup in a rapidly changing environment, we are glad to have benchmarks to refer to. Figures offers not only initial orientation during growth phases, but also the confidence of paying competitive salaries that are in line with the market. This is one of the pillars on which we want to build and establish ourselves as an attractive employer.

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

Nothing to complain about. :)
For new (especially junior or working student) roles and responsibilities, a larger data pool would be amazing.

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figures saves us a lot of research time in different sources. The ability to keep gender fairness in the spotlight also benefits our corporate culture. Having all the information in only one tool and place creates a great value for our company. We are looking forward to using the salary bands, which we expect to benefit and facilitate also our strategic people & culture projects.

Short: I'm a big fan and am looking forward for figures future development. Thank you for your great work!

**What do you dislike about Figures?**

I didn't find anything so far.

Areas of improvement:
- additional roles (in constant re-evaluation & adaption - they´re already adding new jobs on a regular basis)
- allow custom jobs for internal roles

**What problems is Figures solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to market data in realtime allows for conscious decisions on compensation (salary rounds, recruiting, single negotiations) and allows hiring managers to have open, well-informed and confident conversations on compensation with their employees.
HR can position themselves as a go-to advisor with the right (and ideal fit) data at hand which enables them to better align with the overall business direction & strategy.
