I use Moss as an employee in our company for expenses, reimbursements, and receipt management, and I am really pleasantly surprised.

What I particularly like is that I can quickly upload receipts and no longer have to deal with unnecessary paperwork or lengthy email approvals. This makes everything run much more structured and transparent.

A big advantage for me is the ease of use: approvals and reimbursements often go through faster than before. I also have a better overview of company cards and expense summaries and feel significantly less stress with billing.

The user interface is designed to be very intuitive, modern, and clear. Both on the desktop and in the mobile app, you can find your way around immediately, which makes daily use extremely easy.

The platform offers excellent interfaces to common accounting programs like DATEV. The data export runs smoothly and saves the finance team a tremendous amount of manual effort. The app and the web platform run stably, load extremely quickly, and transactions are displayed in real-time without delay. There are no noticeable delays in the system.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. Through the automation of document verification and the avoidance of errors, the costs for the tool are quickly amortized. The customer service responds quickly, competently, and is very helpful. The onboarding was also well-structured, so the entire team was able to use the cards without any problems in a very short time.

Beyond being able to upload receipts instantly, which has already saved us a huge amount of time and hassle, the ability to easily categorise expenses and see spending in real time has made a big difference for us. Some of the auto fill features can feel a bit clunky at times, and it can be frustrating when errors come up in certain fields that you cannot fix without the right permissions. I love the simple user interface and the concept of using one card per shop or category. The automatic assignment of receipts to transactions that I have initiated is fantastic because I hardly have to take any action myself. I appreciate the side effect that everything can now function digitally - no more printouts necessary. Moss is extremely intuitive and well-structured. Booking business trips and paying with the company credit card works seamlessly, and submitting personal expenses is quick and easy. The automatic receipt recognition works reliably and saves a lot of time. I like Moss | Spend smarter's good UI and useful preset features, which make the software valuable and easy to use. The OCR on invoices and automatic matching of receipts are great because they simplify the expense management process.
