By introducing a sense of competition in the workplace, it motivates everyone to push themselves further. The app is easy to use and offers rewards for consistent engagement. I've noticed that some colleagues started with small goals, but over time, they've greatly increased their daily step counts to make the most of the financial incentives. One colleague even attributes their journey from being inactive to training for a marathon in 2026 to YuLife! The customer support is outstanding—it truly feels like speaking with a member of our own team during our monthly update calls. YuLife plays a significant part in our overall wellbeing strategy. **What do you dislike about yulife?** Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize—everything about YuLife is fantastic! **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engaging colleagues can often be a challenging task, but YuLife has made a noticeable difference in this regard. ### 2. But it seems unfair that the most points can be gathered by doing the longer walks. Whilst that is fine for me, it means committing to 4 times half hour walks and that's not always possible. And not fair on people who can't manage 2 hours of walking a day. Sometime the app glitches also. I like that you can get points daily now by doing the the daily check in but I find the lengthy questions now a bit inconvenient as you can' t do it quickly and it is repetitive. I have received the same feedback on both of the above from my colleagues. My company constantly provides positive feedback about feeling rewarded for activities like meditation or walking a set number of steps, which motivates them to do more. It feels really engaging and interactive, and I feel it pushes me to want to do more as well. The onboarding process was excellent and really easy; it was a smooth experience. The portal is amazing, with a super easy dashboard that makes managing everything a breeze. Whenever we have starters or leavers, adding or removing them is quick and simple. I think the look and feel of Yulife is great for us. **What do you dislike about yulife?** The only negative I've had with Yulife is that there are no food outlets in the rewards. People have mentioned the desire to reward themselves by taking their family out, but Yulife is focused on physical and mental wellbeing, so they don't include food outlets. **What problems is yulife solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use yulife to engage remote staff through rewards for mental and physical health activities, like meditation and step challenges. It helps staff with virtual GP access and EAP, improving wellbeing and motivation; our staff love Yudoku and are always competing with one another, which is a great engagement tool. ### 4. Additionally, I've noticed that when using Headspace within Yulife, it tends to get stuck, which is a frustrating experience as it doesn't allow for smooth use.
