i love the simplicity of the system, automation and the creativity you can have with even just Bob core. I personally really enjoy the talent module and we are just about to explore the compensation and I enjoy how they all link together. in all the ticket system is really useful in answering questions. i am the most active user in the company so i heavily rely on hibob in my day to day role and find everything quick and simple to use. implementation of the Compensation module has been really comprehensive and we are already getting great feedback on it. often get feedback our employees love the system
