I think the HiBob HRIS has been a really great user experience. It's quite easy to use and feels modern, unlike other HR platforms I've used, which felt very clunky. I enjoy how straightforward it is to use, and the initial setup was very easy. It integrates with my Gmail account and is also linked with my Slack, which is convenient.

The survey function, customizable HRIS with a much better UI, performance function, and goal setting feature are outstanding. The initial setup was very easy, and we really enjoy using it in conjunction with tools like Slack and Bonusly. We love everything about it.
