Easy to Use, Time-Saving Onboarding and Document Uploads in HiBob

I love how easy it is to use. I know where everything is located, and the training sessions I was given when I became an admin really helped me navigate the system and understand where to go for help in the future. I also love the layout. I onboard new starters to Hi Bob weekly, and I find the ATS hire navigation simple and quick. I upload alot of documents to HiBob profiles and find this whole process super quick, saving me a lot of time to focus on other areas of my role.

Automation and Integration Excellence with HiBob HRIS

I definitely like the automated workflows in HiBob HRIS. The automations tied into every process we use, like automated reminders for completing performance reviews and engagement surveys, are really helpful. We even have reminders set up to make managers aware of upcoming team members' birthdays, which range from small things to big things. It's the level of automation that really reduces the mental workload and the manual administrative steps for a lot of our people operations processes.

Intuitive and User-Friendly HRIS with Exceptional Support

|HiBob HRIS
I love how intuitive and easy HiBob HRIS is to use; employees can navigate the different modules easily, and there is always a solution. The org chart is helpful for people to view everyone's photos, location, and departments. The hiring module is amazing because it allows hiring managers and HR to access candidates. The employee data section is so useful for employees to view their personal documents like contracts, offer letters, promotion and bonus letters. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the customer success manager was very helpful.
