Intuitive and Easy to Roll Out with Minimal Training
It is very intuitive and easy to use. We have been able to roll it out with guides and simple training sessions, without requiring intensive training in lots of depth for all our staff.

Intuitive, Clear UI That Reduces Everyday HR Friction
I think it's pretty intuitive to use for all employees, and that means less everyday friction for the HR team. The UI is nice and clear, it's not overpacked with functionalities for everyday use, so it's relatively easy to find what you're looking for yourself. As an Admin/HR person, I appreciate all the information gathered in knowledge centres, it's usually possible to find an answer to a problem I have from existing files

Intuitive HR platform that saves time and integrates seamlessly
What I like best about HiBob is how intuitive and easy to navigate it is — even new users can find their way around without much training. It also integrates well with other tools we use, like PERK, which makes managing HR processes much smoother and saves time switching between systems.
