There are plenty of features to use and new ones to add, it's very intuitive and you can get around very easily. For example creating new reports, adding custom fields, adding transactions. One current improvement the team is working on at the moment is end of the year statements fro employees where you can select the ranges that you want the data to populate from. Managing over 10k stakeholders, doing bulk transactions and settlements - it overall reduces the workload for our equity admins and it makes all these actions so much smoother. Also organizing documents and storing them on the platform is something our employees love most. From an employee’s perspective, the platform feels very intuitive. It makes it simple to track grants, stay on top of vesting progress, and sign documents digitally without any hassle. We don't use HRIS integrations yet, but the Google SSO option keeps access straightforward using work emails. From an administrative perspective, it provides a lot of useful features (documents management, tracking exercises and grants). Having grant tracking automated instead of relying on manual data entry gives me confidence that our records are clean and accurate. Support is consistently responsive, and they were particularly helpful when we had to update multiple transactiond. I especially appreciate how actively the team is working on ongoing product improvements. The good thing about the pricing is that it's flexible as it is linked to the stakeholder. While the platform covers core workflows very well, some edge cases in equity modeling or custom reporting still require a bit of manual tweaking. Also, as the product evolves rapidly with new updates, the navigation can occasionally take a moment to get used to when a feature moves or changes layout. Ledgy has been very proactive in helping us overcome these hurdles, setting up alignment calls to truly understand our challenges and take note of product improvements we need. Thanks to that feedback, they’ve implemented key features that simplified some complex admin workflows, like bulk editing transactions and handling stakeholder offboarding. The Ledgy Agent is also great, and I expect it will be especially valuable for admin users who aren’t on the platform every day. Features like the employee snapshot with future-dated vesting are really useful when I need to share information with other stakeholders. I like that we can bulk-upload anything and make presets and the signature flow from grant to signed agreement is accounted for. The sync with our HRIS makes account creation smooth. I don't have to manually create accounts or enter grants one-by-one, saving me a lot of manual work. The signature flow provides all documents and an audit trail in one place, which is useful for financial reporting and audits. I also appreciate Ledgy's excellent customer support team, who are very quick and knowledgeable. It was quite easy to set up from the HR side with their help. I have a challenge with syncing grants over from our HRIS to Ledgy due to missing information in the HRIS.
