What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I found that I got to grips with the navigation quickly including searching for topics that I was interested in. The notifications tab is really helpful as it is a quick prompt to do things like leave a review which I know my colleagues in the L&D team find useful when building and evaluating the impact of courses. What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

Kallidus are a very responsive organisation - if I need help then the support team are always helpful to respond quickly, and are knowledgeable enough to provide technical answers a level ahead of what I can find using the self help resources.

When Kallidus was launched in the firm we had no issues with people getting used to it. It was intuitive enough that on launch day we received minimal requests from people asking for support.

Kallidus is now a regular part of our peoples' learning habits and content is easily shared by embedding links into our intranet and training guides, fully integrating it into our workflows.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

It is only a slight thing but I see Kallidus starting to implement more AI tools into their roadmap and their support functions. Right now these are implemented in a hybrid way so AI is an option, but not the only option. So many other providers have swapped out support functions for AI chatbots and I urge Kallidus to not go down this route, your service is what makes you different so you should treasure it. What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I highly recommend Kallidus! Not only do we have a great account manager, the online Zendesk provides quick and efficient answers which allows us to continue working without delay. The customer service we receive is excellent. The software itself is really easy to use and customer-friendly. The development team continue to roll out beneficial updates to enhance the user experience. The fact we can easily feedback and add suggestions to the future of Learn is great!

We've extended our contract for another 3 years as the platform has brought so much value and improved the learning and development of colleagues. The automation, and other key features, have minimised the Training team's admin time so we can focus our efforts more strategically. We're always excited to learn more about Kallidus products and trail new releases.

Implementation feels so long ago now, but even the integration of new functions are very easy to adapt to, and the Zendesk support guides are really helpful.

Kallidus Learn has an intuitive, clean interface that makes it easy for colleagues at all levels to navigate and access their training. I particularly like the clear learner dashboards, which provide visibility of completed and outstanding courses, mimicking something most of my colleagues use everyday which is social media. This list is very small of the things I dislike about Kallidus.

I believe there are some areas of reporting that could be improved, such as mixed data sets, as sometimes it can feel restrictive to not be able to report on certain things on the same dashboard, but the team have been actively reaching out to me to help me find a better way to get this information to my people! What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I've canvassed my colleagues regularly on this and overall the Key strengths most often highlighted are as follows:

The interface is clean, modern, and easy for end users to navigate. This reduces onboarding friction and helps maintain engagement, especially in organizations like ours with diverse digital literacy levels.

From my perspective in QHSE, Kallidus Learn excels at mandatory training management. Automated reminders, clear dashboards, and robust reporting make it straightforward for L&D and HR teams to demonstrate compliance to 3rd party auditors.

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

Kallidus Learn is extremely user-friendly. I can easily upload our in-house content and direct our learners to the platform’s course library. I appreciate that we have the flexibility to add video lessons, eLearning modules, and instructor-led sessions. There’s no need for me to create separate training records, as everything is conveniently stored within Kallidus. Our managers are able to monitor learner progress, provide recognition, and assign courses directly through the system. I also really value the Power BI feature. The helpdesk team is fantastic—they are always approachable and resolve any issues promptly. Our account manager is consistently polite, friendly, and efficient. The integration team have been amazing as we have a new HR system. I especially appreciate the fact that they have introduced steps to enable us to manage our programmes effectively. What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

We have used the system now for 1 year and its been a good and smooth experience so far, we have not had any issue with accessibility, the interface was change but we have gotten used to it now as it is now gives a consolidated/summary view, As an administrator, I have been able to get around easily with reporting and sharing them with stakeholders monthly automatically and other aspects of the system, I have also been able to make the system bespoke to us in terms of arranging the lessons into courses to create a structured pathway, I would like to also mention that it put into consideration neurodiversity to include all types learners.

Customer support has been good as well and I learn a lot from the monthly MS Teams peer to peer idea swap and other sessions hosted by Matt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?
