The ability to send all onboarding out with one email, and track all onboarding, DBS, references etc in one portal, and the integration to iTrent when uploading new starters is great for myself in my role. **What do you dislike about Talos ATS?** The tracking updates can be a bit confusing for our stakeholders. Specifically the DBS status doesn't make it clear for our managers to see what is still required from their employees, and the stage/step names of the applicants' journey do confuse our managers. **What problems is Talos ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Talos ATS, our recruitment process involved a lot of manual recruitment sheets and trackers, with information being stored across multiple places. Onboarding was also sent to candidates across around five separate emails, which meant that emails and required actions could easily be missed. This resulted in us having to check multiple systems and manually resend individual pieces of information. With Talos ATS, everything is now held in one place, with candidates receiving one simple email to complete their onboarding, making the process much more streamlined and easier to manage. ### 2. I also like how clearly the candidate profile is laid out, making it easy to review key information at a glance. The history and comments feature is another highlight, as it gives clear visibility into a candidate's journey and keeps all feedback in one place for the team. **What do you dislike about Talos ATS?** A few things could be improved. Firstly, every time I refresh the page, it takes me back to the home screen rather than keeping me where I was, which is disruptive when I need to refresh to see recent changes reflected. Secondly, for Trust ID, it would be great to have the option to upload documents myself directly, rather than always having to send the request to candidates to complete on their end. **What problems is Talos ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talos brings everything into one centralised system, which saves a significant amount of time and reduces the need to switch between different tools. The history feature is particularly beneficial, as it gives a clear record of past interactions and decisions for each candidate. It also allows me to see when candidates have applied for multiple positions, which helps me manage duplicate applications and get a fuller picture of each candidate's interest across the business. ### 3. Saving time reviewing multiple CV's before realising they are not a good fit. Being able to build your own talent pool and use Tali (AI) to help make appropriate decisions. **What do you dislike about Talos ATS?** I think there could be some more integrations to make completing onboarding documents and giving new candidates a more hands on onboarding service. **What problems is Talos ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving us time and money on recruitment which in turn is helping us target more of a specific group when placing job adverts ### 4. And the customer service is outstanding **What do you dislike about Talos ATS?** I would prefer more integration of email addresses for my managers into the system **What problems is Talos ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We went from recruiting 6 people a year, managing in diaries and excel to 8 people a month, and we were losing track of who was who, when they were coming and collecting references and RtW data.
