"Seamless Expense Management with Stellar ROI"
What do you like best about Pleo?

I love how Pleo has completely streamlined and simplified the expense management process. For out-of-pocket claims, it provides an all-in-one platform for reimbursement that allows me to quickly snap a picture, upload it, and have everything presented clearly to avoid overcomplicating the reimbursement process. Additionally, for credit card users, Pleo’s real-time feed into the app is fantastic as it brings up live transactions without the typical wait time of two or three days, ensuring that I don't lose receipts or struggle to retrospectively do claims. The platform seamlessly prompts me to upload receipts as needed, keeping everything efficient. I find the approval and reimbursement processes very seamless and straightforward, as I can track manager approvals through the app. Pleo’s intuitive nature is exceptional, making any need for extensive user or Confluence notes almost unnecessary. The software is a breath of fresh air compared to other clunky systems due to its self-intuitive design and ease of obtaining feedback, which has been well-received within my finance department. Also, Pleo's vendor cards are incredibly useful in eliminating the chaos that happens when managing subscriptions originally assigned to individual credit cards. The smooth integration process, which was probably one of the easiest I've ever been involved in, speaks to the excellent work of their customer success team. What do you dislike about Pleo?

I find Pleo to be on the premium end of costing, which might be a deterrent when initially considering it, especially when the ROI hasn't yet been proven. Additionally, the integration with HiBob could be improved, specifically regarding hierarchy management. Currently, the only functionality that Pleo pulls from HiBob is names and status of accounts being onboarded or offboarded. However, it does not immediately pull in the managers and subordinates, so it doesn't map the hierarchy immediately, although this feature is reportedly pending. What do you like best about Pleo?

The software is a killer. It is really easy to get an overview of your own and your company expenses. I used to be really bad a getting my receipts tracked but Pleo notifies me instantly to take a photo of it.

The automatic upload/integration to my ERP works great, and the auto fetch receipt feature in Outlook is really handy.

I also get the possibility for Pleo to work as a "bank" by giving me a quite high credit amount.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

There is a fee almost every time I use the card which is very high and that is on top of the monthly base fee for the subscription. For a small business this runs up quite a bill when adding up everything.

What do you like best about Pleo?

I have been using Pleo for a year, mainly for work-related expenses like tools, equipment, and stationery. Setting it up was quite easy, just had to follow a few simple steps, activate the card, and set up an email—everything worked smoothly right from the start. Pleo makes my work life significantly easier by providing easy access to funds, and the card is accepted at multiple stores, so I never have to worry about where to shop. I find Pleo's app very convenient and ready-to-use, with features that are offering and shareable, making it easy to navigate. I integrate it with Microsoft, which enhances its utility in my work environment. Because it's such a convenient app and method of working with, I would recommend it to anyone for their business. "Perfect for uncomplicated travel expense accounting"
What do you like best about Pleo?

I appreciate the extremely simple setup of Pleo, which works very well for me as a user. The billing of business trips has become significantly easier since I no longer have to keep and submit receipts in analog form. Instead, I can conveniently submit them digitally via the app. I find the integration with Apple Pay particularly useful, which further enriches my experience with the product. The user-friendliness, especially the ease of use via the app directly on site, is something that makes me recommend Pleo without hesitation. For example, I can submit receipts directly at the restaurant or hotel, which saves me a lot of time and effort. Overall, I like how Pleo significantly eases my work. "Limited Integration and VAT Reporting Challenges with Pleo"
What do you like best about Pleo?

I was particularly attracted to Pleo because of the cashback features and the favorable foreign exchange (FX) fees it offers. The user cards and expense management capabilities are standout features for me. Additionally, I find the ease of use for both cardholders and when submitting expenses to be highly beneficial. The Pleo app and online portal are both excellent tools that contribute to smooth operations. One feature I frequently rely on is the instant card management, which allows for swift changes and control over card settings. What do you dislike about Pleo?

I dislike the absence of an API connector which forces us to manually upload data, affecting efficiency. Additionally, the initial promise of an API connector has not been fulfilled, which is quite disappointing. The lack of a VAT feature is another drawback, making tax management more cumbersome. What do you like best about Pleo?

I find Pleo incredibly useful as it allows me to verify and settle my personal expenses in seconds without having to deal with my money in a cumbersome way. The ability to pay directly from the company account via the app without causing any issues is extremely convenient. Pleo has a nice and self-explanatory interface, which makes it easy to use, even for someone like me who has little technical knowledge. The app takes the work off my hands by automatically capturing all details such as amount, date, and place of purchase, and I only have to handle the confirmation, which minimizes careless mistakes. I really appreciate that the whole process runs automatically in the system and provides an accurate overview of when my company has processed or reimbursed the expenses. What do you like best about Pleo?

Pleo is very easy to use. It gives you a clear view of your expanses. it reminds you when you need to add more receipts so you can't forget anything. Also, when you (on accident) make a personal payment with your business credit card, it's very easy to mark this as a personal purchase and fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

For me, there's nothing I dislike about pleo. There is one small improvement: When I accidently make a personal purchase with my Pleo card, I need to put in the receipt before I can mark it as a personal expanse. What do you like best about Pleo?

Since our company is based in Europe, Pleo truly understands and provides services that align with European regulations. It integrates seamlessly with our accounting system, making our work much easier.

Pleo also offers all the features we need to manage our company expenses efficiently. We used to rely on multiple expense apps, but now we’ve replaced them all with Pleo — it’s compact, convenient, and powerful.

What I appreciate most is the support team. Whenever I encounter an issue, I receive quick and effective help, and our account manager is always highly responsive.

What do you like best about Pleo?

Pleo is a very easy and affordable service for us as a non profit organization. The things we like best is the ability to do payments online, the Pleo Pocket feature and the direct integration with our accounting service.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

Its honestly hard to find anything to dislike about Pleo. There are some features that we think can get better in the Pleo Pocket feature and the feature of getting the receipt automatically attached to the right cost (Pleo Feth) is not working for all kind of receipts but this is not a big issue.
