What do you like best about Pleo?

I like that expenses can be exported to the accounting software. I like Pleo because it removes friction: employees can pay easily, and finance receives clean, well-structured data that’s ready to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

I don't like that it only has a 4 type VAT rate. The technical support told me that only Spanish rates are included, but for example, the 5% rate is also Spanish and it’s not included. When I separate the VAT on an invoice in Holded, two separate expenses are added and the invoice does not upload. Also, I don't like that the app is only available for cardholders; the accounting department should be able to access and monitor all expenses through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

The ease with which you can enter expense submissions as it automates a lot of the process and also removes duplicated effort. I now find I enter expenses "on-the-fly" compared to other solutions where I was having to put aside a couple of hours each month to process expenses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pleo?

I use Pleo for the ease of accessing and viewing the available balance on the card. I like being able to pay at a large number of establishments and having the virtual card for quick and convenient payments. I enjoy the speed of making payments with the downloaded card, and the fact that having both a physical and virtual card on the phone provides agility and convenience in payments. Additionally, I value the tax savings generated by having part of the salary through the restaurant card. I consider that Pleo meets the requirements and has not given me significant problems. What do you dislike about Pleo?

There are some restaurants that are not operating, but I understand it's because of the CNAE to which these establishments are associated. What do you like best about Pleo?

My employer uses it for expenses, its incredibly simple and not time consuming at all, quick photo on my phone of my reciept and it scans everything on it without me having to write any transaction myself, works perfectly every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

Sometimes the app will log me out by itself, and since I dont use it every day I can sometimes get caught short in a queue where I need to check the PIN code for the card and oops, i'm not logged in. the last time this happened I was waiting for a train so didnt have time to go through my authentication and try to get signal, so I had to use my own debit card and claim expenses afterwards (Which was easy to do on pleo) I think this is a problem with Android / Google though not Pleo as some other apps do the same thing. What do you like best about Pleo?

I use Pleo for both physical and online purchases related to my work, and I really find it makes filing receipts so much easier. It gives me a good overview of which receipts I still need to add to the app and helps me assign receipts to the correct budget effortlessly. What I like most about Pleo is its simplicity and how user-friendly it is. It's also very easy to lend my card to any of my teammates while still keeping a good overview. Transitioning to Pleo from our previous system, Traveltext, was a big relief because Pleo is way easier to manage, and the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pleo?

What do you like best about Pleo?

I like the ease of using Pleo and how practical it is, especially having it right on my phone. It's great for managing expenses like subscriptions, team prizes, and client travel. I appreciate how easy and quick it is to upload receipts, which saves me from having to deal with a lengthy transactional process like in my previous role. I also enjoy the simple process of taking a photo of the receipt right there and then. The setup was really easy too; just downloading the app and following the steps, which took no time at all. What do you like best about Pleo?

I find Pleo really easy to use, especially for submitting everything the company needs, like receipts and such, without the hassle of dealing with paperwork or taking pictures. I also like the 'Fetch' feature that looks into my emails to find receipts, which is pretty useful. It saves me a lot of time since I don't have to take pictures, upload PDFs, or click through various steps. It's just easy to use, and I'm happy with it. What do you like best about Pleo?

I love Pleo because it manages all my expenses efficiently when I'm on office business trips, like visits to expos or traveling to places like Birmingham or Northern Ireland. It means I don't have to keep my receipts all the time or worry about losing them. It makes reimbursement way less of a hassle compared to doing it manually. The app auto-populates details from the receipts, like the amount, date, and location, so I don't have to manually enter anything, which is awesome. It significantly reduces the typing I have to do. The setup was quick and easy, taking only five to ten minutes, thanks to autofilled information from my work phone. I'm really glad to be using such an amazing app that makes my life easier. What do you like best about Pleo?

I really like that Pleo picks up the information automatically from the receipt, which means I don't have to type much. It's good at sending me reminders and doesn't request a lot of documentation every time I need to document a payment. Using Pleo is way easier than previous tools I used, like Excel and another app. I find it easy to use compared to other apps, and it saves me a lot of time on these bureaucratic tasks. What do you like best about Pleo?

I really like using Pleo because it means there's a lot less admin for me. I can make payments that I'm authorized to do without any extra fuss. It's a really good way for me to handle HR payments, like booking flights to the office since we're mostly a remote team. Pleo is also easy to use for regular expenses. Another thing I like is that it allows us to have our own cards, which was a big reason for switching from Dext. It's much easier to upload receipts and evidence, and for people to check things.
